http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/projectnatal/ This is amazing. I'd never imagine gaming without a controller, excluding some other accessories. But what do you think? A new system that goes beyond the limits, putting you 'inside' the game itself. Channel Links: http://www.youtube.com/user/xboxprojectnatal |

I can't wait to see what kind of games there will be for this. I'd like to see something like Call of Duty or Oblivion or something. That would be amazing. The voice and facial recognition is pretty cool, plus the pary where you can use your own stuff. When's this coming out? |

This isn't really a "New" Xbox, is it? You still use your 360 to play Natal... I saw it and thought it might be fun. I'd like to at least try it once to see what it's like, but I don't own a 360 so... :F |

I hope they still make games for the 360, instead of making all Natal stuff. cause I don't want to pay for a whole new system. |

Oh yeah, Project Natal, I don't think so. With no controller, think about all the crap your going to actually have to DO? Couch potatoes everywhere will boycott it. Cant' wait for it to come out.

It is new. It's a new advancement in Microsoft technology for many fans. This may be the first time they've made a game system that you actually feel like you're 'inside' the game system. |

Sandopolis Act 2

You guys just found out about this? It was announced last may, and will be coming out this holiday season. And NO it is NOT a new Xbox, it is an accessory that works with the xbox 360 the same way the eye toy functions with the ps2. |

Its a good idea but.. 1. Many people, including me do not have enough space in the room our 360's are in. (But if you do, then ignore this.) 2. From personal experience, I think that the product might not work as good as it does in the trailer. 3. Doesn't the Wii almost do the exact same thing? (Without the no controllers and face recognization of course.) Good idea.. but I'm not sure how far it will go. |

The wii uses relatively primitive technology and only detects where your hands are. Natal detects your whole body, your distance from the camera, and voice. |

This is not a new Xbox, it's an accessory for the 360. Also, Eyetoy did this on PS2 albeit more primitive, so it's nothing new it's just an improvement on an already established idea. Natal is a more advanced eyetoy, Move is a more advanced wiimote. It'll be interesting to see how these pan out, it'll probably take a lot of customers away from Nintendo. |

Even if I'm not looking down on this project. I prefer controls and won't change em, unless this is the future. But I love smashing buttons in different occasions. So I've been rather neutral to this whole thing. After all I could've bought a Wii if I wanted to flap around with my arms hitting balls, or whatever. If that's not enough, there's a rumour, that project natal will be involved in Fable III. |
