I'm about 1hr 20 minutes into it so far and liking it, although the story is kind of weird... Hard to put together, but I'm sure further in it'll come together and make sense. Great graphics, not the best, but up there. I got the PS3 version so I got my code for the FFXIV beta. It's not out yet though so it can not be downloaded, but it's for the future.

I thought the graphics look amazing for it. So, do you think it's worth buying new or waiting for a price drop?

Looks good, the story is unclear until you learn of the circumstances that lead to each character's involvement, making the story look good in hindsight, and the characters themselves have hangups that rival what the characters had in FFVIII.
	Indeed, there is nothing more repulsive than these monsters that defy nature and are known by the name of witcher, as they are the offspring of foul sorcery and witchcraft. They are unscrupulous scoundrels without conscience and virtue, veritable creatures from hell capable only of taking lives. They have no place amongst decent and honest folk.

What is the difference between a duck? The wording makes me think that there are 360 plans down the road. Either way, I'm borrowing the first disc at the moment, haven't had a ton of time to play but it does look great in HD. <3

I have the 360 version (which has 3 discs) but right now I am working on unlocking all the characters on Sonic and Sega all stars racing. So I probably won't play it again for a while. Neo xD All I'm saying is that they never said it was an indefinite And exclusive, and it's not uncommon for Final Fantasy to have 3-4 discs like it used to on the PS1. It is GOING to take multiple discs to install the PC versions unless someone goes the digital download and buy a serial route... god forbid since that'd take FOREVER if it's going to be as big as I think. Besides anything not specifically locked to a platform, especially linked to PC, can make a jump to the 360.
