in all the sonic the hedgehog games why didn't they put princess sally in any of the video games? If you have any concerns from what I'm talking about its just that how come Amy Rose, Cream, Blaze and Rouge the bat gets to be in video games but not princess sally, but of course she cant really fight can she, but you would think they would at least put her in one of the game series like in a scene of events or at an ending of a game. I am not trying to be bad about the sonic series or anything its just kinda weird that they would leave her out of the game series. If shes in the comic and season 1 and 2 of sonic the hedgehog shows. i would love to hear from other peoples thoughts about this topic

As much as I would like to see my favorite Sonic character ever in the games, I don't think she really...fits. First off, she doesn't really have any fighting moves. Second, how would SEGA pull that off? What could she do? Not a whole lot, I believe. With the way the series is, the only thing I could see her in now, would be an RPG based on the Sat-AM series, or the Archie comics. If only Sonic Mars had been released....that would have been epic... |

Hey, HanzoShadow dude, Sally Acorn is only in the comics. Yes I know so surprising...I wish she was in a video game too but they would probably jack her up |

Hanzoshadow, the comics and the gamers are considered two different realities. So there is no Princess sally in the games because in the Game universe she doesn't exist. And personally, I think the games are just fine without that squirrel brat. EDIT:actually, I remember hearing that she appeared in the background of one of the special stages in one of the sonic games. But i don't know which one or if it's even true. She was in Sonic Pinball for the Genesis. In a special stage, as Zak stated. And Sally was created by the people who made SatAM. Amy, Cream and everyone else made their appearances in the games first, which explains why they're in the games. Sally was created solely for the SatAM and Archie series, and will more likely than not stay that way. I personally don't exactly like the SatAM series in general. I don't think it's a bad series or anything, just... Never really got into it. So I'm not really all that exited about Sally ever appearing in a game, anyway. Edited by Tammy, Mar 7 2010, 07:12 AM.

she wasn't really in the background. she was in one (or a few, it's been so long since I played) of the special stages, as oen of the animals you free. Sally was the original design, with short black hair and a hair clip. She wasn't the only one who had a cameo, either. I distinctly remember Bunnie Rabbot, Rotor, and Antoine in there as well, so technically speaking, Sonic Spinball was a SatAM game. tell ya what. I'll break out my Genesis and play it again so I can speak authoritatively on the game. |

But I thought she originally looked like: Princess Sally Original Design And then didn't they change it to this: Another Princess Sally Design

Yes, in the comics, she orginally looked like the top pic. However, they changed it to match her Sat-AM form better. I think the change was done in issue....16? |

Okay, here's what Sal looked like in Season 2 of Sat-AM: Here's what she currently looks like:  There are some differences, as you can see. But basically, Archie wanted the character to look a bit more like her Sat-AM portrayal. |

Actually, I don't see any differences. Well maybe a few but that's it. So...why don't they make a Sat-AM game and put Sally in it? Or does she just not fit in games? |
