So i was thinking, The opposite of Sonic is Shadow, which is still a hegehog. But the opposite of Knuckles is Rouge, which is a bat. Why is Knuckles The only Main character echidna? So I came up with a fan character called Jade. Here's the Profile: Name: Jade Age: 17 Gender: Female Species: Echidna Date of birth: February 2nd, 1992 Place of birth: White Jungle Current residence: Never stays in the same place Alignment: Anti-hero Image (If Available): http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=zzqtomylzny&thumb=4 Height: 6'2" Weight: 40 lbs. Personal Information: Personality: Always on duty Hobbies/Talents: Training, killing, destroying Likes: Weapons, fights, winning. Dislikes: Losing, repetitive things, and goodie-goodies Items: Blade-sharp claws, backpack full of nessesary items, and stopwatch Vehicles: None Trivia: Jade has never been trained by anyone, got fighting skills by Learning from mistakes Relationships: Family: Unknown Close Friends: None Other Friends: Silver the hedghog , and Blaze the cat. Romantic Interest: None Rivals: Sonic, Shadow, Tails Enemies: Knuckles, Rouge, Eggman Battle Information: Skills: Can Dig through almost anything, can distract enemy with item then attack when they're unaware, Punch, and She can sense a motion even if it's perfectly silent and stealthy. Strengths: Hiding in darkness, punching, kicking Weaknesses: Distractions (how ever little there may be), and telekenisis History: Not much is known about Jade, but For one, She never gives up in battle. Because Game-wise, all the other echidna's are dead. He's the last one. And archie wise, well, he isn't the only main one. Also, Id work on getting a proper bio for him in order, and a proper image too, since the one you posted is broken. Then We'll talk.

Make it Dark the Echidna then. I would shy away from generic name's like Dark, Shade, Shadow. They tend to suck away originality from the character. i don't even have to look to tell you there are probably tons of "Dark the Echidna"s. Most probably a black knuckles re-color.

The name is...un original. Make it name like, Dalia or... something that doesn't have to do with darkness or something that isn't close to Shade. And, critisizing makes your character better. Many people did that to my character, Kanata Alina Cythiana, and I fixed it to make it better. Also, please. Change your name. I know you have a right to name your character Dark, but it sounds un original and too close to Shade. Edited by Kanata the Detective, Feb 7 2010, 12:54 PM.

Ah, a typical reaction. You have to understand that the whole point of posting your character is for people to criticize it. NOT Flame it, mind you, Criticize. I'm not trying to be rude or mean, but there is something wrong with your character. all characters have flaws. I'm telling you them so you can fix them and have a better character.

A usual reaction like that is normal. We are not trying to be mean, all characters end up having flaws, remember...NOBODY'S PERFECT! -shot- but really. Every character has flaws in their own ways.
