Special Attacks-
Smash Bounce. In mid-air Specs rapidly descends diagonally, impacting with his feet. Ending in a crouch he'll use that position and his wings to push himself airborne again. He's unpredictable with this move as he tends to lightly jump around while battling. (Can be considered as a flying kick in a downward direction or Sonic's Downward Kick in Brawl, but Specs drops down with both feet. He simply follows through by returning back into the air.)
Wing Swipe. It deals light damage if used as an attack. Mainly used for deflecting a projectile(s), and if timed correctly Specs can launch it back at his opponent. (High velocity, sharp, magick projectiles, and projectiles that are bigger than him cannot be deflected.)
Tornado Hammers. Specs spins in place and unloads with multiple hammers. If he spins fast enough he may go airborne. Deals area damage to those who surround him. (Causes a few seconds of clumsy dizziness.)

Abilities & Aptitude -
Castle Boss/Guard. Specs' highly varied knowledge and usage of ranks make him a formidable opponent, more so when he combines the usage of his ranks.

  • Paratroopa. (Aerial) Once obtaining this rank Specs drove himself to in using his wings to the fullest extent. Being in the air has many advantages and good prediction can easily create high evasiveness.
  • Hammer Brother. (Distance) Classic signature of a Hammer Bro. is effective hammer throwing.
  • Thunder Lakitu. (Aerial & Magick) An advanced Lakitu rank that focuses more on elemental magick: Fire and Electricity.

Random Accuracy. When throwing projectiles from a Lakitu Cloud it just seems that each wild throw is one step ahead of its target.

Weaknesses-
Power Player. Specs isn't good at melee fighting and rather battle at a distance, than be in close combat.
Swimming. Specs never picked up the ability to swim. Why would he if he spends much of his time in the air?
Shell Reliance. Weaknesses surrounding Specs' need of a Koopa shell.

  • Back Landing. Like most turtles Koopas simply laying on their back is instant disadvantage, more so when in their shell.
  • Removal. Taking Specs' shell away from him drastically drops his Defense. (Doing this slightly raises his Agility, Evasiveness and Dexterity.) It's the choice between durability and versatility.
  • Air Time. Removing his all strategies of being in the air can greatly cripple his game play.
  • Elemental Resistance. The shell has little resistance to Magick. Specs alone has a small resistance to thunder as a trained Thunder Lakitu. Even though Thunder Lakitu's handle fire with ease, it's Specs' ultimate weakness. Fire based attacks scare the hell out of Specs. Bowser's surviving minion’s mention how fireballs, thrown by Mario, are well known to take down even the most prepared of Koopas.

Farsighted. Specs has strained his eyes during his studying days. It has gotten to a point where everything that's close to him is too blurry to make out anything.
Intimidating King. Specs is a Koopa. Bowser is King of them. Specs could give Bowser a run for his money, it’s just too intimidating to go one-on-one against the King of Koopa’s.


Personality-
Possibly the cheeriest of the renegade. Specs smiles a lot, even when studies got tough. He seems to just find a good enough reason to laugh. This cheery attitude is show even in battle. Specs’ energetic personality creates a question in how he can stand the time consuming task of fishing and reading.

Playfully joyful, no matter the situation this Koopa happily smiles.

Parents. Specs was removed from his parent's care at age 5, because his father served as one of Bowser's troops. Specs hasn't seen them since.[/list]

Hobbies:

  • [*]Reading. Whenever there is extra time you’ll see a book in hand, with this Koopa. And no matter the activity he’d toss some seconds in reading a sentence.
    [*]Drumming. The Thunder Lakitu Cloud came with five drum-like containers, which summon up fire. He grooves with them when he’s not busy with books.

Talents:

  • [*]Climbing. Specs has a knack in climbing castle nets.
    [*]Motorcycle Racing. Though Specs doesn’t own a motorcycle he was trained to race, just in case another “Mario Kart GP" were to take place.

Liked/Favorite activities:

  • [*]Flying. Specs has grown accustom to his wings, thus you would usually see this paratroopa flying instead of walking.
    [*]Fishing. As part of the Lakitu training Specs was introduced into the wonderfully boring activity of fishing. Being in the renegade he now takes this for granted; catching fish to eat and sell. The renegade still question how this hyper active koopa can potentially spend hours doing something as boring as fishing.

  • [*]The back side of this durable blue shell is spiked, indicating that he had control over a castle at some point in time. Large white paratroopa wings. The chest area is light brown. The shell is said to be so sturdy that it's indestructible.

  • [*]The back side of this black shell is very smooth. The shell can take much punishment before breaking.

Weaponry-
Hammer Bro Set. Hammer Bro insignia branded on the wooden hammer's handle. When a hammer is thrown another magickally appears in hand, ready to be used. It's said that the supply of hammers never runs out.

Items-
Prescription Eyewear. Thick glasses are worn over his eyes, while goggles hangs around the neck.
Feather. Just in case we loses his wings he can quickly grow them back. He carries one in his shell and has a couple stored in his Thunder Lakitu Cloud.
Red Bull. Because if feathers can’t give you wings, Red Bull will.


Vehicles-
Thunder Lakitu Cloud. This cloud has some sort of magickal storage space that can hold multiple items, up to a total weight of 250 lbs. Five drums, containing fire element, float with the cloud when its drum sticks are grasped. Its grey-ish color is maintained with the storage of thunder/electricity. It won't shock those whom it considers an "ally". Those who ride this Thunder Lakitu Cloud gains access to two basic elemental attacks.

  • [*]Blue Bolt. Blue electricity jolts at one target. Damage is light and may paralyze a target, limiting their activity. One clap of the hands, having the finger tips point the direction, is all that’s needed to use this attack.
    [*]Rusty Fireball. A fireball is shoots at a target. Hitting sticks against the drums activates this attack. The shorter the drumming the smaller the ball and the faster it is, but the less damage it does. The larger the drumming the more the more devastating damage the fireball gives, but the easier it is to dodge. (User's decision between Speed and Power.)

Nothing really to say. It's the easiest to read and is fairly short, IMO. Not only is Specs a team brawler, but is capable of being a self reliant one.
