That's actually not bad. A couple of pointers from me, though, would be to not draw him as fat as you have done, and make his hands and shoes larger. One other observation is that your perception is a little off. Try drawing his tails behind him, and his shoes from a head-on position. All the same, a valiant first attempt. Keep improving!
