Yes, pictures of this would be awesome!! So, bother people with art skills to do so!  anyways, next chapter!! Hope you enjoy!  Chapter 6: Get Away BOOM!! The ground shakes as a black and purple beam of light shoots straight up towards the sky, causing the clouds to turn black as a surge of power roars within the crater. Viperin and Linerid look over their shoulder at this phenomenon. Miracle and Cy-Fox also stare at the glowing beam of light, which soon settles into nothingness. Slowly, a black and purple monster form of lilsonic raises out of the crater. His body was hunched over as if he was dead while something from above was pulling him out. He soon hovers over the dent in the ground and arched backwards, head leaning back as his hair reached for the ground. His eyes were closed as his body started to shake, the result of power rushing through him it would seem. Suddenly, his eyes fling open as he thrust his upper body forward and flexed his arms while his fist closed tightly. His eyes turned a solid dark purple as his hands now bared claws. "Miracle!" Sorrow's voice called from behind them. He was joined with Hellbeam as they both raced towards them. "Sorrow, what are you doing here?" She asked, to which the kind and gentle beast pants a bit before replying. "Fate argued that he needed to help his master. So me and Hellbeam chased after him to ensure that you and everyone else were safe." He replied, to which he looked at lilsonic's new beast form. "Which is why lilsonic is what he is now. Fate fused with him, knowing that he would still be in his rage form. I came back to make sure your safe, master. Because this time, I do don't think lilsonic will be able to hold back." Miracle looked towards lilsonic as her Doll spoke, staring into the eyes of the horrid beast that was lilsonic. A quick flash back was brought into her mind, a flash back of the Dark Knight before this world was made a reality. lilsonic had the same soulless stare, as if her love wasn't the one she was looking at any more. Her eyes watered as she tightened her fist with anger. "I promised him I wouldn't let this happened again... I and intend to keep that promise, even if it means dieing." She informed the beast standing next to her. Sorrow only stared at her, knowing full well he couldn't allow her to die. Not even if she ordered him to let her die, he wouldn't be able to follow through. "I thought you killed him already?" Viperin comments as he turned his full attention on the floating lilsonic. "Seems like I need to show you how to properly kill someone." Linerid glared upon the all white masked male, spitting out a disapproving 'teh' as she focused on the monster floating above the crater. "Hmp, be my guest. Show me how its done then, sweetie." Her attitude was ignored as Viperin locked eyes with lilsonic, as if reading his energy and power surging through him. "Why does my hand tremble? The very sight of this beast sickens me, yet fear grips my heart the more I stare into it's eyes. This human, this... monster, why does it scare me so? Why can't I focus and gain enough courage to strike!? This beast causes a feeling that shouldn't be! Why, demon!? Why do you stare with such unearthly eyes!? Why have I seen your eyes before!? What is it that causes such great fear!?" The more he thought, the tighter his fingers wrapped around his fencing sword, clenching the air with his other fist as if trying to shatter the air it self. A sudden thought rushed into his mind, making his lips part a bit as a small and silent gasp escaped him. "Can it be? Is he the one? Is he... Odin?" Viperin's train of thought was quickly broken as lilsonic hissed a horrid growled, hovering forward and soon planting his feet onto the ground next to the crater. His toes first touched, then his heels placed themselves on the ground, scattering any lose debris as a small gust of wind flew out from this simple and effortless action. "HEEEEEH!!" lilsonic burst forward with sightless speed, forming his evil spawned sword and slashing it down upon his enemy with one clean stroke. Viperin shot off into the distance like bullet as a rush of wind raced about form the impact of blow. Linerid had little time to react as lilsonic slashed his sword horizontally upon her. A quick yelp escapes her as she barely blocked his sword with her own weapon. Even so, the force of his attack sent her sliding fifty feet back. Once she was stopped the black and purple beast was already upon her. She quickly leaps as the tip of his sword skinned her bare flesh, forming a perfect red line of blood down the center of her body. Her eyes widen with fear as she slides to a halt yet again. Before the monster could attack again, Viperin attacked from his left with fury and speed. lilsonic reacted as if he saw his attacker coming, blocking off Viperin's rapid stabbing attacks as he moved back. Viperin was becoming more confident in himself, seeing as he was on the offense and lilsonic was the one backing away while blocking. Pap! Viperin's eyes filled with intensity and fear. "He... Caught my blade!?" Within lilsonic's left bare hand was the tip of Viperin's sword. The beast glared with eyes of pure evil. Luckily for the all white dressed male, Linerid attacked from the beast's right side. A quick and powerful kick launched Viperin into several rolls backwards, leading him to slid face down and come to a complete stop. "Die!! You ugly and vomit born beast!!" Linerid shouts with frustration as lilsonic continued to dodge her speedy attacks. He moved as if he glided on air, swiftly, clean, and without any ridged jerks. It was like he moved in one fluid motion, until he lifted his sword and knocked aside her attacking hand, cutting her hand as she yelped in pain. She was silenced by a spinning back kick to her the center of her chest, winding her and sending her to join Viperin. Once she stopped tumbling backwards and came to a halt next to Viperin, Viperin got up weakly, yet ready to continue the fight. Taking his time to reach them, lilsonic walked towards the two of them. This allowed Linerid to gain some strength back and help her self to her feet. Both panted with exhaustion and anger, waiting for lilsonic to attack while they tired to muster up enough courage and strength to attack him instead. It wasn't long before lilsonic moved to attack again, attacking the male first and quickly tossing him aside with a strong airborne spinning kick to the head. Once the tip of his toes grazed the ground the beast quickly spun around and lashed out his sword upon Linerid. The appealing female was ready for his attack as she planted her feet firmly on the ground, creating large indentations of her feet as he slammed his sword upon her oddly shaped weapon. The beast's eyes soon fixed upon his arm as he tried to retract it back. He growled lowly as she smiled an evil and taunting smile. Her tail was wrapped around his arm with the tip of it jabbed into his forearm. This feeling of overpowering her foe was quickly shredded as the monster lifted his hand and placed it on the back of his blade. He quickly ran his hand along the back of the blade, coating it with purple and black energy of some kind. This aura soon settled into the sword, making it glow as he joined his free hand with his other on the hilt of the sword. Her eyes continued to widen as he slowly moved the his sword back, like a kedo master would when about to strike. "Linerid!!" Viperin shouts as a large explosion roars out when lilsonic slashed his sword upon. A huge cloud of smoke formed as debris flew about. Within seconds, Viperin burst out of the cloud of smoke and races above the ground as blood poured out of a huge gash wound upon his chest. The smoke quickly disbursed as lilsonic's anger rose, which caused a gust of wind to release form him. Linerid was now where Viperin was when he shouted, as if he some how took her place, more like switched places with her. Angered, lilsonic twirled his sword for a second, then stabbed it into the air. However, within that second lilsonic suddenly appeared behind Viperin, causing the male to fly straight into his sword which quickly burst out the other side as it pierced his back. His body came to a jerking stop as his back slammed into the hilt of the sword, the blade puncturing the center of Viperin's chest. "Viperin!!" She screamed in horror on her hands and knees, eyes filling with hateful tears as she growled with anger. She watched as the monster pulled out his sword and delivered a kick to the male's ribs, sending him to Linerid as his body weakly and lifeless tumbled around on the ground before it reached her. The trail of blood was shaped like an L as the beast stood at the point where both lines come together, the ending of the line leading to her and Viperin's blood covered body. "I'll kill you... I swear I'll end your life..." She growled through her teeth, shaking from anger and fear. She quickly scooped up the bloody male in her arms and dashes away in a hurry, vanishing in a blur. Miracle and Cy-Fox stared with horror, Miracle's emotions showing clearly while Cy-Fox covered his emotion with his normal serious expression. There was a silence that sat upon the city while the wind started to gently breeze by. The beast's long hair waved about as his cape flapped in the wind's playful hands. This gentle and calm moment only lasted for a few seconds. The winds whipped wildly as the monster set his eyes upon the brown bird and the cyborg fox. Miracle held her breath as his eyes pierced deep into her soul, striking not only fear, but also reminding her of her promised mission. She soon gains the courage to narrow her eyes and tightens her fist, ready to fight, ready to die for her love. Upon seeing her determination, the beast was quick to test her as he growled fiercely, only to receive a stronger glare from her. Cy-Fox suddenly leaped in front of Miracle and shoots off four shots. As quick as the bullets were shot, Cy-Fox was flung to the side as lilsonic slashed his sword down while appearing on the fox's left. Miracle quickly took action and formed a shield like barrier as the monster attacked. The barrier quickly shattered and explodes as the beast bashed the blade of his sword against it. The explosion tosses Miracle back and into Sorrow's arms, shocking her a bit as the gentle beast slides to a halt. Hellbeam raced passed Sorrow and Miracle as the Cyborg continued to pop off shots as a distraction. The monster blocked and deflected the bullets with quick lashes of his sword. The small and yellow fire bird charged it's wings and soon lashed out a wave of fire towards the monster with a battle cry screech. The monster leaps to the side to avoid the cyborg's shots and whipped a dark purple energy attack form his sword. The attack sliced through the fire and caused it to fly over his head as the bottom half was buried into the ground. His attack didn't stop once it split the fire and slams into Hellbeam, rocketing the infant fire bird passed Sorrow and Miracle who raced towards the monster. Cy-Fox continued to fire his pistols as the brown bird and her Doll charged. The monster caught sight of his attacker's to his right. He quickly twirled his sword in front of him like a airplane propeller which started to deflect the bullets away. The fox quickly noticed something and became alarmed. lilsonic was using his left hand to twirl his sword, and Miracle was attacking from his right. "Miracle!! Get back!!" The monster already lifted his arm and pointed his palm towards the two of them as the fox shouted his warning. A black sphere with dark purple energy swirling around it formed in front of his hand. It grew in size as charged, making the brown bird and her Doll skid to a halt as they stared with fear struck eyes. His arm jerked a bit as the attack was released. It zoomed towards Miracle and fixed dead center on her heart. "HAAAAAA!!" Sorrow shouts with agony as he pushed her out the way and took the full hit, screaming with sheer pain as his body was engulfed in a purple flames. His screams fade into nothing as the flames explode and tosses him straight up into the air. The gentle beast dropped from the sky and hit ground with a loud boom. Dust covered his body while smoke started to rise off of him as he lay motionless. "Sorrow!! Sorrow get up!! Please!" The brown bird shouts as she raced over to her Doll and cradled is body in her arms. Tears streamed down her cheek as she sobbed, holding her lifeless Doll. She tugged, shook, and pulled on his fur to wake him up. Not a single breathe came forth from the Doll, only one tear which darkened his fur as it rolled down his cheek. lilsonic growls with anger as he took a step towards Miracle. Pow! A bullet ripped through the monster's shoulder as it turned and faced the cyborg with it's sword propped up, as if it missed the bullet when it tried to block it. It's growl grew monstrous as it fixed it's hateful eyes upon the cyborg. The monster's sword was still in it's left hand, forced to keep it that way since it's right shoulder now had a bullet hole in it. Within seconds lilsonic attacked Cy-Fox with a vertical slash. The fox's senors picked up the monster before it even reached him, allowing for the cyborg to leap back perfectly and avoid the attack, adding another gash to his helmet as the blade barely missed him. Pow! A second bullet ripped through it's chest. This caused the monster to take a step back as the left side of his body leaned back a bit. This only delayed the monster's attack as it thrust's it's left side forward to deliver it's attack once more. Time and space seemed to stop as the fox had to make a quick decision within nano-seconds. "I need you alive... So don't die." Pow! For some reason, this last gun fire echoed loudly throughout the city, drawing Miracle's attention towards the two of them. Her eyes widen as she gasped loudly. Her heart beat loudly once, then stopped. Her eyes cleared itself of it's tear so her vision wouldn't be blurry. The sun cast a silhouette of the fox and monster, showing the cyborg on his back with his knee propped up and gun pointed towards lilsonic's head, showing the monster that is lilsonic arching backwards with his head flung back, and black spots that could be identified as blood coming from his head. An odd shape followed the blood that slowly descended to the ground in this slow motion state, the odd shape could be seen as one of his horns, floating in mid air as it mixed itself with the blood. lilsonic's body hit the floor with a thud as the blood fell upon the ground and on the cyborg's helmet. The horn fell next to the monster's right foot as the cyborg dropped his gun and laid on the ground. The monster's sword was stabbed through the fox's right shoulder and pinned him to ground. Both of them laid there as the sun warmed their bodies. A light cool breeze hovered over both of them, as if the wind itself was concerned for both fighters, cresting their cheeks and wounds to sooth their pain. However, only the cyborg could feel this gentle gesture from the wind. Through his visor, his eyes remained opened, unlike the monster who had his eyes shut for him by the fox. "Teh..." A light breathe of air came from the monster, tickling the fox's hearing as he smirked inward. "Finally, you listened to for once." The fox thought, smirking more in his mind. His thought was interrupted as his sensors picked up Miracle's movement towards them, hearing her drop to her knees and start healing lilsonic eased his mind and body. As he gazed upon the blue sky, his vision was soon blocked off by a demonic robot. It only took him a second to realize who this person was. His reflexes kicked in as his left arm reached for his pistol. However, his arm stopped half way as Blaire's head came into his view. "What the hell happen to you?" Devlin asked, screwing up his face as if he really didn't care, or was expecting some technical mumbo-jumbo reply. "lilsonic isn't all that he appears to be." Cy-Fox informed the robot, only to twitch in pain as Blaire took out the sword that pinned him down. "Sorry." The husky comments, reaching out a hand towards the fox. After being helped to his feet by Devlin and Blaire, the fox soon set his sights on Miracle healing lilsonic, who now was a normal tan human. "Who are they?" The fox soon asked as he heard some commotion all around him. "My raiding party... Well, half of them. They were with someone else who betrayed you guys. However, that person and half of the party are gone. Where they went is a question I want an answer to." The robot answered as his soldiers walked around, helping fix the place up and getting those that were injured to safety and healing them. "If this is your raiding part, then their doing it wrong." The fox comments, not really sure what to think of this. He knows Blaire would never betray him, but why would she be running around Devlin an his raiding party? "Devlin chose to help us fight a new evil. They are called Odin Keepers. We found this out after a 'white blur,' or a all white version of lilsonic kidnapped us. So says TUC and Devlin." Blaire informed him, which quickly brought memories of encountering the white blur into the fox's head. "How come TUC isn't with you?" The fox asked as he eyed lilsonic, watching Miracle heal him as she focused strongly on him. "Some weirdo named Guiden 'freed' us from where ever we were. But, as usual, TUC wasn't happy not knowing anything about this group. Yet, we also needed to stop this guy's sister named Linerid from attacking Unity City, and my raiding party. So we split up, me and Blaire came here while TUC and our Dolls staid behind to investigate." The robot explained, watching his men fix up the place and help out. Watching doing something hey weren't suppose to do was simply odd in Devlin's eyes. He quickly shrugged the thought off with an actual shrug of his shoulders. "The bad thing is, we can't go back and help them out. Me and Devlin went through a warp hole in order to get out. TUC said that there was no way of getting back in through the same warp hole." Blaire adds, looking around at the battle field and trying to figure out what happened. "What happened here?" Blaire finally asked. Cy remained silent for a moment before he spoke. "We encountered Linerid. She is the one responsible for most of the damage... However, lilsonic chased her away. He actually saved me and Miracle from death. Only to direct his attention upon us and attack afterward." Blaire became slightly shocked as he spoke about lilsonic attacking Miracle. Devlin only listened intensely, wondering why lilsonic would attack Miracle in the first place. "According to Radar, lilsonic isn't himself. When in battle, or simply when enraged, he turns into a killing beast that sees everyone as his enemy. I witness this for myself. However, me and a few other Dolls found out that lilsonic can fuse with his Doll to become stronger. This granted him immense power while he was in this 'rage form.' He killed one of the these 'Odin Keepers,' forcing Linerid to collect her dead and flee. After that, he attacked us... So I put a bullet in his head, however, his horn got in the way." The fox bluffed at the end of his speech, knowing he never intended to kill lilsonic in the first. Blaire remained shocked. She looked towards Miracle, seeing her sadden expression as Cy-Fox spoke about what happened. "Miracle?" Blaire said softly, to which the brown bird turned her attention to Blaire and nods her head slowly. "Heh, he sounds like a real bad-ass." Devlin comments with an evil grin. "I'd like to see this 'rage form' of his. Could prove to be interesting." Blaire glared upon Devlin as he spoke, to which the robot simply shrugged his shoulders without a care. "So, what should we do now?" Blaire asked. The cyborg remained silent once more, wondering if what he should do next was the right thing to do. "Its all about choices and which one benefits you the most, which one works according to your plan, and which one gets you where ever you want to be!" The white blur's voice echoed in his mind, causing the fox to tighten his fist as he thought about selecting the next course of action. "We need to get TUC back." Cy-Fox demanded, speaking with a stern voice. "Didn't you hear us? We don't know where this place is." Devlin remarked as he placed his hand on his hips, tapping his metal foot as if losing patience. "I know someone who does." The fox replied, fixing his eyes on lilsonic, picturing an all white version of him laying there on the ground, picturing his evil grin and yellow eyes staring back at him with torment. |
