Dexterity - 4
Intelligence - 7
Skill - 8

Special Attacks-
Pyrokinetic Moves.

  • Flamethrower. Fire rages out from in front of his open palm hands. Tactic can use this attack in two different directions, but damage is lessened and takes more concentrate to do so.
  • Backdraft Backlash. TC catches a fire attack. TC may move the flames around a little, before throwing the attack back. Without a fire shield active TC has his limits in how much fire he can catch and send back. TC will be forced to use more of his mental stamina when countering a more powerful fire attack.
  • Drill Shield. (Requires a fire shield.) While sprinting all the flames of the fire shield swirls ahead of TC, like a drill. This attack pushes and knocks aside those in its way. Its stands one foot ahead of the caster and only lasts a couple of seconds, before restoring back to its sphere shape.
  • Flare Missiles. TC's fire source gathered behind his back. The fire slowly spreads out into multiple fireballs, which are quickly launched in the general direction in front of TC. These fireballs either strike at one point or land in multiple spots.
  • Blazing Edge. A crescent shape of fire drives at the target(s). Its size is determined by the amount of flames used.
  • Nova Blast. TC excites the atoms, around his fire source, to vibrate and ignite, causing an explosion like attack. The size and damage of this explosion varies depending on charging time and the amount of fire used; the longer the charge and the large the fire source the more devastating the explosion. The fire source is sacrificed.
  • Jack Tail. If someone is pursuing his retreat TC use his levitate ability and allow his fire to travel and extend a couple meters behind him. (Picture it like a car creating a "rooster tail" in a rainy day.)
  • Phoenix Eyes. An entire fire shield is used to create a flaming bird. Requiring deep meditation TC's is fed visions of the view through the eyes of this airborne scout. The bird can only clock in two miles of flight before phasing out into nothing. TC's deep meditation to be fed these visions leaves him defenseless.

Abilities & Aptitude-
Swift Burst. Tactic can burst from 0-40 MPH in seconds, yet can only maintain this speed for less than half a minute before running low in stamina.
Concentration Enhancement. Over time TC's mental endurance rose once he began using meditation to clear his mind. Mental focus can be obtained with only one deep breath. This helps with all abilities and aptitudes.

  • Mental Over Physical. Tactic can go well beyond his physical capabilities without showing signs of physical fatigue. When it comes to sports this holds up extremely well since TC only uses his energy in short bursts. A battle, due to adrenaline and depending on length, makes it harder to keep the ability up.

Pyrokinesis. Fire Manipulation. This was originally taught for explorations purposes. When brawls became more frequent TC self trained to expand his fire skills to fighting. Even forming readable shapes and letters. However, with all of this, specific things need to be present for this ability to be used: A fire source (lighter is easiest to carry, matches doesn't last long, but a Fire Shield does wonders as not much is known about its limitations) and mental concentration (this is where meditation and mental endurance comes into play).

  • Restoration. TC manipulates fire to restore into his fire shield in trying to use the most out of his fire source(s). Restoring flames he used in an attack return back with less usable fire. Without a fire shield TC is unable to absorb fire and has a slightly harder time manipulating fire.
  • Warm Body. Bodily aptitude. Pyrokinesis had added an odd side effect from the long term usage. TC's body is able to adjust its bodily temperature, depending on the temperatures it encounters, without damaging or putting stressing on his body. Example: He can wear little clothing in the frozen weather of Ice cap Zone and only feel a slight chill.
  • Levitate. TC uses his pyrokinesis to project large amounts of fire, from underneath his feet, levitating a few inches off the ground. Nowadays, instead of fire blowing from beneath his feet, heated air pushes him up making this pretty useful for sneaking up on people, but uses up more of his fire source. TC's able to project himself three times his natural running speed, but when using this ability his accuracy with firearms and the power behind his pyrokinetic attacks drops. He uses this mainly for traveling, instead of fighting. This works over water.

Complete Battler. TC is an experienced all-around fighter in. He fights fair when rules are set.

  • Krav Maga. An aggressive fighting and self-defense style. TC mainly uses elbows and knees in his standup fighting.
  • Grappling. When the fight goes to the ground the scenario turns into a chess match. Two well-rounded ground fighters can make a fight highly interesting to watch, since the advantage can changed so quickly. TC's moderate in the submission department.
  • Knife User. He learned to use blades on his spare time, but is an amateur. He spent more time using knives than any other blade weapon.

Marksmanship. Does this really need to be explained? TC has a small obsession in pin-pointing a target for any projectile, mainly bullets.
Split Reflex. Bodily aptitude. TC has developed a habit in reacting in a split second .

  • Bullet Defrag. TC eyes the potential direction of where the gunner to aiming. Training in meditation to clear the mind and with lightning fast reflexes TC is able to deflect a bullet that is shot at him with a swift reaction with his knife. He can do this well on users who like to have a few second gaps between shots. TC's has to be in total concentration to heighten his chances to deflect.

Weaknesses-
Light. Tactic's eyes don't agree much with the sun. TC's isn't really an early bird and has to go through his daily morning routine to get him prepared for the rest of the day. When it comes to the rest of the day he just wears sunglasses or ski goggles to cancel this out.
Thunderstorms. Storms scare the living hell out of TC. Adepts that can create a thunder strike noises have an advantage. TC fears of getting electrocuted hurts goes to unhealthy levels.
Tail. [This is as simplified as I could put it.] Grabbing his tail immobilizes ALL physical action from this swift fox. HOWEVER, the grabbed gains full access in using TC like a weapon, as long as the grabber is holding on to his tail. Any command, whether it is mental or said, TC will follow. TC's pyrokinesis ability is severally dropped to where he's only able to manipulating the shapes of his fireballs, which is TC's only way in signaling a message for help. (Other characters that know about this weakness: Lightning, Mew, Rose, Land and Sky. [Yeah, go figure, they're all female characters.]) TC can't use this on himself.
Snapping Ankle. Tactic has twisted his right ankle a number of times during his school sports days. With little hospital checkups they've taken their toll and seem to make a snapping/cracking noise in every other step, making sneaking around harder for him. This weakness can be less of a worry if TC wears an ankle brace. This could be part of the reason for his next weakness.
Landing. When landing after a High Jump (see Talents) he always lands with one-knee knelt down and with a right hand placed on the ground. Keeping your hands up offers the quickest protection in fights. Say we got a basic fighting stance. You have basic protection between the mid-section and head. Your defense is already up, so all you need is to adjust the position of your arm, just a little bit, to block strike to the head. If your arms are down your going to take about 1 second to get your hands up to protect your head. A lot can happen in one second, plus reaction time can be -iffy. ANYWAYS the reasoning for this weakness: His landing position really endangers him because he drops his guard, by placing a hand on the ground. However in order to put your hand on the ground you got to bend yourself, or in TC's case kneel down, so in turn he drops some of his offensive striking options. His dropped guard also allows low kicks to pass through with ease, if TC doesn't dodge in time. He still has one arm for defense, but heavy strikes aren’t best block in this position. For TC it's best to get back up as soon as possible.
Physical Combat. With pyrokinesis under his belt, TC's physical battling is average at best.

  • Physical Endurance (HP). He doesn't have the physical strength in taking heavy blows. He also uses up much of his energy in maintaining his top running speed, though this doesn't heavily apply when he uses his speeds in short bursts.
  • Glass-Chin. A good punch or two at his jaw and, in a snap, instant KO.
  • MOP weakness. (The weakness of the Mental Over Physical aptitude.) Whether in battle or playing sports TC may be able to hide how tired he is, but once reaching his limit there's no way for him to conceal his fatigue. The healing process would take longer, he becomes more prone to cramps, and TC STILL can't take many hits, plus the stress he puts his body through messes with his mental concentration in using his pyrokinesis. Tactic will surely feel these effects once the adrenaline wears off.
  • Defensive Adrenaline. TC has a high handle in hand-to-hand defense. However, it is said that defense is suppose to help wear down an opponent. It isn't very great if you go down with them. This doesn't heavily apply when he's playing defense in sports.
  • Quadruple Teamed. Surprisingly TC can handle fighting and keeping track of three targets at once, in hand-to hand combat, but once a forth enters in the fight it's tough to keep track of them all.

Water. Fire and Water don't mix.

  • Deep Waters. Even with swimming experience, TC fears deep waters. He isn't paranoid about it. He simply wants to keep his feet on solid ground and rather not drown.
  • Dousing the Flame. If TC doesn't manipulate his fire attacks in mid-flight his fire dies out quickly when water splashes on it. Being entirely doused and covered with water also disrupts his pyrokinetic abilities and locks his ability to use attacks with the fire element (though Tactic can solve that by activating a fire shield, which would instantly evaporate the water off his body).
  • Rainy Weather. Nature's rain locks his ability to use his Alternate Forms. Not only that, but Tactic doesn't feel safe while traveling at high speeds when he's more likely to slip due to the wet pavement. And with his baggy black pants his foot speed may drop.

Gas. I'm pretty sure we know the basic equation of this: Fire + Gas = Explosion. Liquid state gas is easy to keep away from, it's the ones in a gas state that worry TC. It can be anywhere, without even giving off the slightest scent that it's there. He has never hit gas with his fire, but it poses high dangers as explosions leave practically no time for a reaction.
Wind. It's a love/hate relationship. One on end, fire lives off oxygen and that fuels the fire to keep on burning. On the other, strong enough winds can blow out the fire. (Fire is referred to as TC's pyrokinesis attacks.)
Motion Sickness. This comes up in riding backseat of cars and is more intense when traveling by boat. Other means have little to no effect on him.
BD weakness. (The weakness of the Bullet Defrag ability.) The bullet(s) MUST be coming from a sidearm. He can only deflect two bullets per second. TC doesn't stand a good chance against trigger happy gunners and rapid fire guns. This would take up 1/6th of his endurance in one second, if it were to be calculated.

Personality-
In a nut shell Tactic is a shy, loner who likes to work alone when working as a team, has high patients as a sniper, dangerous curiosity and kind mentality.

Tactic's loner childhood has developed him a lone wolf complex, feeling the need to do things himself. He normally resists asking for assistance, though TC won't decline if asked whether or not he needs it.

His shy quiet nature slowly gave him the natural speech of being straight forward with his words. Regularly he doesn't speak out unless asked for an opinion, which isn't often with his below average conversation skills. If there's a positive with his low speaking it would his patience.

TC's patience runs high, as the sniper his is, but as friend he always has both ears open when someone needs to "get something off their chest". He doesn't mind listening to others, and keeping secret is no problem, but he'll keep the person accountable in listening to him in return.

He tends to let his curiosity override his better judgment of personal safety and codes, in order to satisfy any questions that happen to develop. He'll risk his well being in a potentially dangerous situation in order to fish out answer, despite how dumb the question may be.

In terms of battle: Normally he'll use his strengths and advantages first before moving on to other strategies. TC can work with others, but with his lone wolf complex he would rather strike his opponents solo.

He desires to help assist and provide safety to those around him, but Tactic's personal relationship with others determines his sacrifice in protecting those around him. His allies should be able to hold their own. However, when it's those who TC holds close, he would give up a limb, if that's what it took, to keep that person safe.

In the mist of it all Tactic has a kind and open heart. He treats his allies with respect, unless it's been broken, and he opens his arms to those who he has gotten to know personally.

Personal Relations-
Friends:
Dart Jack Howard. Hyper active Black lab born without a vocal box. Deceased at age 18. Dart grew up as TC's childhood friend. It is said that Dart's presence still lingers in the place where his grave was made.
Rose. Hedgehog. Best-friend. Tactic had first met Rose in elementary school, before TC was forced to go to a public school due to his parents' death. They both bumped into each other again, before TC moved to Aquatic Ruin Zone, to finish his education. When bumping into each other for the third time they both of them made sure to sit down and talk to one another. TC considers Rose he closest friend, despite how much Lightning really knows about this swift fox. (Side note: Rose is my friend's fancharacter. The description is not exact.)
Faye Jin Harding. Injured Fennec Fox. House girl. Ag had become TC's friend when he turned 7. It was like having an online friend, in his mind, as they spoke telepathically. The day they both met each other, in person, Ag welcomed TC into the foreign zone. She introduced him into meditation, a new concept greatly supported his pyrokinesis. Later Ag has hired to be a part-time house girl.
Mr. Maze. Red Hedgehog. Math teacher. TC became an apprentice under the math teacher, who was a manipulator adept with the fire element. This is the starting point of TC's pyrokinetic ability. Communication between the two has been low since TC's high school graduation.
"The Drake Brothers". Road runner, hedgehog hybrid siblings. Basketball buddies.
Edge Harding. Blue Porcupine. Roommate. Edge was going out with Ag when he and TC first met, and seeing how much TC was hanging out with her Edge couldn't be nothing but suspicious. After a confrontation Edge decided to tag along with TC when the swift fox wished to zone hop back to Green Hill. TC offered Edge a room, in return for regularly spars in the arts of Grappling.
Glacier Nicole Kartzine. Arctic Fox. Heir of a particle underground castle. This cute young fox and a few of the castle's guards rescued TC and a couple of his friends from freezing in Icecap Zone. She provided them housing until they fully recovered. TC's rarely visits the area, but he keeps in mind the ally who helped him out in a harsh situation.
Zip & Drag. Chao pets.
Mew Bright. Swift Fox. Playful student. TC was hired to bodyguard Mew from any potential gangs who wanted their dirty hands on her. TC, himself, had to restrain from doing that he was hired to protect her from, and her consistent teasing didn't help either. He trained Mew in how to protect herself before quitting. You can say that 'Mew is to TC' as 'Amy is to Sonic', but Mew's intention is more... devious. She very attracted to her swift fox friend and wants him for herself, however this is the problem since TC is already in a relationship with Rose.
Desert Vincent Cannon. Kit Fox. Police Officer. As a rookie TC had to be paired with an officer who had much experience in the force. When TC moved on in working as an Undercover Officer, Desert changed his position to repairing police weaponry and vehicles. Desert is TC's backbone when it comes to new technology and upgrades.
Triple Wind. Aerokinetic siblings. TC asked these three to lay off the Dark Gang, as they've interfered with the gang from time to time. Wind adepts could make valuable allies so he made an alliance with them through friendship.
Suicide Hearts: On a mission TC was asked to ally with this clan's leader in order to locate a renegade group of assassins to increase alliances. Their friendship is purely business.
Steel Shadows. Four exiled female assassins. Mission information led him to Tree Top Zone. A deal was cut and a contract of alliance was signed. It's hard to tell whether or not this group will keep to their promises, but a paper document will have to do for now.
Sky Sarah Cannon. Desert's youngest sister. Undercover Officer. She has "been in bed" with the Dark Gang for a couple of years. When TC reached an Undercover Officer level he was assigned to help Sky. The two played along as a couple in the Dark Gang, though TC refrains in getting physical with Sky since he's already in a relationship with someone else. Sky made up a story for TC in why they never got physical in the open: "He's just shy. He'd rather keep the action within closed doors and away from our cameras."
Rivals:
Edge. The two are friends, but they share a friendly rivalry in fighting.
Rim. They have a basketball rivalry when it comes to who's the better point guard.
Enemies:
Ice Pack. A gang of wolves and arctic foxes in Ice Cap Zone. This gang had been established 200 years ago. The problem is keeping track of this gang's whereabouts because they're constantly moving and have members in various other gangs.
Ray. Red fox cyborg. False Antagonist. It was told that a red fox had built a ship, like Eggman's, and is taking his stab on world domination. Engaging TC defeated Ray, but lost Jack in the process. Realizing the ship wasn't equipped with weapons Desert, being the only technician to tag along, took some of the ships more valuable data chips before it crashed to the ground. Desert reported his findings to TC's boss, who gives TC's his private missions. This attack was ordered under streams of false information and their source was never found. Nowadays the sources for assassination jobs have been more concrete and reliable. TC had moved on from his experience, but the events still scar him through his nightmares.
Dark Gang. Antagonist. A gang who traffic drugs, weaponry, and furries worldwide. It's claimed that there are four major players of the gang's plans and activities, two in who TC was met during his school days, however there's little evidence and they have loyal pawns dealing with the hands on stuff. When it comes to "turf wars" they occupy areas in Station Square, Emerald Beach, Carnival Night Zone, Aquatic Ruins Zone and Green Hill Zone. They're allied with a few other gangs and clans whom they traffic with.
Sea's Gambit. Captain Bone and his sea pirate crew have a record in hijacking sea vessels, whether it be a commoner’s boat or military ships. They fight with both old and modern day weaponry: swords and firearms, but when it comes to ship combat they either look to: steal or destroy. Only recently have they been ID as the group they are now. they could have hijacking enough ship to a point that they may have their own fleet. The location of their main base has yet to be found.
Known relatives:
Parents. Deceased. Before TC reached 7, he was told that his parents were killed in a hit and run, near a mountain side. More than a decade later TC pulled up the case file of their death and found out that their death was bloodier than he was told. A gang of furries pulled off a drive by. No one was able to find who the killers were, despite a long list of potential suspects. TC had to move on with this new information, like he did when he was 7. He didn't inform his sister in how they were killed as "it wouldn't change the fact that they were gone".
Trixie Sniper. Older sister. Casino Dealer. A year older, TC and her sister grew up with a very tight bond, after their parents’ death. When they became teenagers they both started to drift into being more independent. Rarely do the two keep in contacted anymore, as their jobs conflict each other’s times. When they do reunite it's often found to be a touching/emotional family reunion. Every reunion has both of them playing soft music with an instrument they dedicated to play for their deceased parents.

Personal Information-
Hobbies:

  • Sports. From junior high to his graduation TC took PE every grade. He’s well-rounded in all sports, but excels in basketball.
  • Firearms Collecting. The more TC was around firearms the more fascinated he became of them. His collection isn't large.
  • EX Gear Skills. TC can use EX Gear, but rather ride his motorcycle. Nonetheless this swift fox is exceptional as a FLY 'Type Skill' rider. Stance: Goofy. His trick style can be described in one word: lazy. Such a style makes his trick runs look smooth and clean (with little effort). TC's signature move is a Japan Air Back Flip. EX Stats: Dash-*** Limit-**** Power-** Corner-***.

Talents:

  • Telepathy. TC can speak and have conversations in thought, but he only shares this ability with Lightning and has trouble controlling what thoughts stay with him and what goes to her. Tactic's been training to keep his thoughts to himself, but so far little success has been made. The only time TC was able to keep his thoughts to himself is when he's: knocked out, in a state of sorrow, or when he's using his alternative form.
  • Deception. Drama class really helped in his acting skills. Regardless he was good at acting around people who didn't know him well. With acting aside his slim physical appearance doesn't go with his heavy weight. Many have also mistaken what fox species he is. Being undercover in some missions, this really helped.
  • High Jump. When TC joined the basketball team he was introduced to a program called "Air-Alert", which enhances jumping height. TC can jump two times his own height. His spinball jump didn't get the additional height, thus he can only spinball jump his own height. He prefers regular jumping anyways.

Liked/Favorite Activities:

  • Quiet Surroundings. A peaceful area can be extremely calming is what TC enjoys to relax in. He likes it quiet.
  • Morning Showers. Tactic is a morning person, more so after taking a cold shower. If he doesn't have it he'll be very grumpy and he tries not to be so when he has friends over. His shower is just one daily routine in starting up his mornings. He often meditates in the shower.
  • Speed. He loves adrenaline rush and the feel of wind splashing against his face.
  • Music. Listening and playing is two of TC's passions. When able to TC and some of friends play music.

Disliked/Least Activities:

  • Being Tickled.[/b] The neck and armpits are places to poke at, but his feet is the only area of his body that's highly ticklish. (TC reacts by thrashing his legs, after 3 seconds of this.)
  • Thunderstorms. TC's uneasiness of storms developed during his childhood when sitting through them at nights. He's also paranoid about getting struck by lightning.
  • Heights. Only when he FULLY acknowledges how high he is is when he starts getting shaky. He does things carefully and slowly when at heights. Even looking down from the second story gets him scared. However it's in the mind. If he doesn't think of himself falling to his death, this is then set on standby.
  • Something for Nothing. TC believes in equivalent exchange when it comes to business. If someone does something for him he'll repay the debt, and expects the same when doing something for someone else. He's more flexible with this when it comes to friends.
  • Reflecting the Past. He rather keeps his mind on the present and future than waste time wishing for a better past. "What's done is done and we must move on."
  • Slow Traffic. Patience of a sniper doesn't carry over when it comes to being on the roads.

Habits:

  • Meditation. Once a day TC goes to clear his mind for at least 60 minutes, if not more. Continuing this everyday has helped TC improve his mental conditioning and concentration.
  • Walking. This swift fox can be seen walking when in deep thought or blanked, sometimes clocking in four miles of pacing in just one day.

Favorite Gourmet: Spicy and/or salty foods.
Favorite Beverage:

  • Milk Tea.
  • Coffee. TC has been drinking caffeine throughout his entire teenage years. A little kick start in the morning. He verbalizes his resentment to those who spills his coffee, but at the end of the day he would apologize for the outburst by presenting that person with refreshment; his anger has been lessened on this. When TC can't reach expensive coffee he doesn't mind having black coffee with milk and a few spoons of sugar. After graduating TC simply stopped heavily drinking caffeine drinks without undergoing any withdrawals.

Favorite Color(s): Black and Silver.
Theme Song-

  • "Stand My Ground" by Within Temptation from <>
  • "Hourglass" by Liquid Tension Experiment from <>. (shared with his sister Trixie)

Physical Appearance-
Fur Color: light brown
Skin Color: light brown
Hair Color: light brown
Hair Style: short cut, many large bangs that are dyed black at the tips
Eye Color: brown
Eyelids: brown
Ears: large, some black behind the ears, a few spiked hairs at the tip.
Nose: black
Muzzle: thin, white
Chest: thick, soft, creamy white (it doesn't go down to the belly like Tails, but stops in the chest area like Jet's; shares a resemblance to Renamon/Absol -'s chest.)
Tail: long and somewhat thin, black at the tip (if Tails' tail tip is white, all of that area is black for TC.)
Other Body Features: Slim, despite his genetically heavy body height. His fur coat is silky smooth due to good body hygiene and the products he uses. This thin coat covers up his starting six-pack as well as the multiple scars on his body, from brawls and accidents. With high usage of his fire attacks it altered the color of his palms to a coal black color, this is not dead or burnt skin/fur. Same goes for his shoulder blades as he has four coal black spots on the area, as a direct result of his alternate form. His legs genetically have the most muscle and fat. Large feet, requiring size 16 shoes.

Attires-
0. Underclothing: (Worn underneath all attires, unless stated otherwise.)

  • Grey boxer briefs. Made of 100% cotton.
  • No gloves.

  • ("Black Utility Belt" is mentioned from time to time. For more information check the field between "Attires" and "Items".)

1. Signature Attire: (Main clothing set. Old reference picture by: Rose.[/url)

  • Shirtless.
  • Long, baggy black pants that have wide bottoms and multiple pockets, some pockets have a pocket on top of it. The pants are usually wider than his waist size, requiring a belt to help keep them from slipping down.
  • Black Utility Belt. Loosely secures his pants, making them drop slightly below the waist line.
  • Black Socks.
  • Black basketball shoes.

2. Casual Set:

  • White button up shirt, usually left unbuttoned.
  • Loose fitting blue jeans.
  • Brown leather belt
  • White socks.
  • White tennis shoes, which have a few black ascents on it.
  • A pair of fake nonprescription glasses. Thick black rims.

3. Mage Combat Outfit: (Black Mage appearance that suggests Red Mage. "FFTA2" based attire.)

  • A black mage hat, dyed red. It's so large that it can shadow and hide any wearers face, making facial identification nearly impossible. A light, leather belt wraps around the base of the hat. There are holes in the hat for his ears to poke out of.
  • A soft red and white robe is large enough to cover TC from his chin to his ankles, while its sleeves almost pass his wrists. It's said that this robe won't burn and absorbs any fire that gets close to it for usable magick.
  • Pants from This "Signature Attire".
  • Red Germina boots add extra protection for jumping, as they completely cover his ankles.
  • A red sash is securely wrapped around his left wrist, up to his palm, around the hand, and back down to his wrist, then tied like how one would tie a shoelace.

4. Officer Uniform:

  • Gold "Green Hill Police Department" Shield has his Badge number on it.
  • Navy blue pants.
  • Navy blue bullet proof vest.
  • Black Utility Belt.
  • Black basketball shoes.
  • A heavy police issued metal flashlight that's 6" long and requires four triple A batteries to use it.

5. DG Clothing: (Clothing set worn undercover in Dark Gang hideouts.)

  • He pulls back his large bangs underneath a chocolate brown beanie, which have holes for his ears.
  • A black full body mesh/fishnet.
  • Ripped baggy black pants. (These ones are different from his signature attire with only having a regular number of four pockets.)
  • Black leather belt with metal studs.
  • Metal chain clipped to the right loops of his pants.
  • On his left wrist TC wears a 7 long and sharp bronze spikes attached to a black leather bracelet, each spike has a sequence of numbers and letters that identifies who that member is and is the official symbol in who truly is a Dark Gang member.
  • Dark Gang assigned blue flip cell phone with very little functions: Call, SMS, Time/Date and Camera. Nothing else.

6. Racing Suit:

  • Combination of orange and black racing suit. This plain suit covers him from the neck to the waist and from the waist to the ankles. It, like the other pants, has a hole for his tail. Came with a matching colored helmet.
  • Black racing gloves and shoes.
  • Ski Goggles with Anti-glare. Unless riding his motorcycle TC will wear this sand colored bullet proof ski goggles instead. (TC prefers to feel the wind splash against his face.)

7. Ghillie Suit: Sniper suit.

  • TC owns a number of these for concealing himself, and his sniper rifle, in various grassy terrains.
  • Signature Attire is worn underneath.

Weaponry-
Set 1.

  • M110 SASS Rifle. Bipod attached, Scope included. Weighs 15 lbs. 20-round magazine.
  • MK23 SOCOM. Silencer and Laser-Aim included. Weighs about 1-3 lbs. 12-round magazine.
  • Combat Blade. Dark grey 10.5" stainless steel blade and a black 5" handle.

Set 2.

  • Raging Tarus Bull. A cushion on the grip helps in absorbing some of the recoil. Customized with a cylinder that can hold seven bullets instead of the standard five bullets. 50 caliber (armor piercing) rounds.
  • Nightstick. Police Issued. Black in color. (Combat Blade replacement for less lethal actions.)

Collectors Reserves.

  • Single Shot. Users of this gun suffer from "limp wrist", when firing this sidearm due to its strong kick and in order to prevent that the welder should use both hands. There are many exits for the gases and smoke to leave the gun, but their positioning forcing the shooter to hold only the handle or risk blowing off a finger, literally. The bolt-action setup is low tech so the user must pull the __ back and remove the used bullet casing by hand; and with no opening for a cylinder or magazine clip a new bullet has to be manually placed into the chamber in order to fire another bullet. The kick-back and the constant unloading reloading of bullets can seriously weir down the gunners arm(s) before firing bullets in the double digits. Such inconvenience comes with advantages. It uses .50 caliber armor piercing bullets. TC has a number of enchanted bullets to go with this gun, some enchanted with elements while other release debuff stats effects, which aren't favorable to the target. Sand doesn't affect its firing and it has no problem shooting underwater. TC had two of these weapons, but one of them is out of service and can be found disassembled and rusting near Jack's burial site. (Used when wearing the belt described in the Underclothing section.)
  • FG42. Weighs 10 lbs. 20 round magazines of 7.92 Caliber rounds. A rare rifle.
  • Gunsword. A 6 bullet revolver with a long and durable knife attached to it. The gun sword’s blade is 13" long. (Final Fantasy based weapon.)
  • Flamewheel Rod. Rod weaponry TC carries when wearing his "Mage Combat Outfit", concealed underneath his right sleeve. (FFTA based weapon.)

Black Utility Belt: (usual items that are in it.)

  • Extra Ammo. Whatever sidearm TC's carrying is the type of ammo he'll bring. Individual bullets for revolvers; magazine clips for pistols. [/i]
Key Ring. These hold keys to his: house, motorcycle (and its lock), Rose's house, Mew's apartment and his police-issued hand-cuffs.[/i]
BlackBerry Cell. Normal sized black cell phone with multiple functions.[/i]
Topaz Ring of Water. A water shield has been compressed into this topaz ring. Right as the wears enters the water it provides a water shield for breathing underwater. Lady Glacier Nicole Kartzine had given him this item to TC as a farewell present. Only fits on his pinky finger.[/i]

Items-
Fire Shield Canister. When opened/broken it releases a Fire Shield. Tactic ALWAYS has three of these, somewhere, since he uses this item as his main fuel source for his pyrokinesis.
Wallet. This old brown leather wallet belonged to TC's father. It currently holds TC's: ID, driver’s license, a couple bank cards, a picture of both him and his sister that's hiding an old family picture behind it, and a few restaurant cards.
Aviator Sunglasses. Police-issued sunglass normally worn with his uniform. Pure black non-see-through-able lens with a silver coated frame. Black grips help hold the glasses in place. Protects against 100% of UV Rays.
Chainmail Gloves. Black police issued gloves whose palms are sown with protective materials that help in preventing knife slashes from cutting the hands. TC will have these on, usually when he knows he'll be entering combat.
Dragon Bracelet. Left wrist holds a foreign bracelet with strange characters that aren't recognizable to Tactic. Rose, the one who gave it to TC, this said that it could summon a dragon's spirit that can fight against demons or empower them. It’s common to see this item on him, except when wearing his Dark Gang attire. (Unofficial name as this item was given by Rose, one of my friend's FCs.)
Family Jewel. Within the amber sphere jewel is a crystallized magickal flame that maintains warm properties, but it gradually gets colder depending on TC's physical condition. TC usually leaves the jewel at home in fear of losing it or getting it stolen. This item was willed to him by his parents so he plans to keep it as family tradition to pass it down to his future children.[/i]

Vehicles-
Hyanide. An all terrain tankcycle that can hold two riders. Dimensions: __ (h) x __ (w) x __ (l) inches. 60hp 500cc liquid-cool single-cylinder engine. Estimated top speed: 130 MPH. Estimated weight: 450-650 lbs. The motorcycle has been modified substantially in order to mix it with multi-terrain capabilities of a tank. Its looks are appealing to TC and he has no complaints about its speed. This vehicle is rarely used as the others are faster in reaching from point A to point B.
Fern 4. EX Gear manufactured by Desert Vincent Cannon. A black hoverboard Speed Type-D (Desert). Its 5.4 lbs of weight is evenly distributed throughout the board for good balance. A large fern, surrounded by a circle, is engraved in silver at the very center on top of the board. This same insignia, in a smaller size, is placed underneath the hoverboard and closer to the nose. Two exits at the rear allow air to flow out, which changes to a combination of both blue and red colors when in a police pursuit. It reaches Top Speed of 0 to 175 Km/h in 5 seconds, boosting speeds of 225 Km/h; all speeds which increase by +25 Km/h after each level up. The board's major flaw is its off-road drive that brings the rider to a crawling 25-50 Km/h; carrying the board and running on foot is faster. Utilizing regular turning is considered, for most people, challenging to perform because of the high speeds this Extreme Gear can reach. Air consumption is above average. Board built by Desert. Insignia imprint created by __________. Gear Stats: Dash-****** Limit-***** Power-0 Corner-*.
Crouch Rocket Black colored motorcycle. (Details later.)
Power Gear. Hoverboard EX Gear manufactured by Robotnik Corp. Secondary board that matches TC's attire #8: "Racing Suit". The positive about this board is the Power stats it has, which TC and the "Fern 4" hoverboard lacks. Its off-road performance isn't too shabby either, able to go 135-145 Km/h. The only drawback of this hoverboard is that it accelerates to Top Speed from 0-162/180 Km/h in 16 seconds, which is considered pretty slow for a vehicle designed for racing. Other than that it doesn't have any special attributes, major flaws or strengths. Gear Stats: Dash-** Limit-**** Power-***** Corner-**.

Alternate Form-
The fire shield(s) that are used gets transferred to his shoulder blades and spread out like wings and are as tall as TC himself, which grant him the ability of flight. Attacking these wings will disturb his flight, but is useless as they would scatter then restored back to his wings due to his "Restoration" ability. A halo appears above his head and its properties depict his mood: gold halo is a light alignment, black halo is TC being TC, and crimson spiked halo shows a dark alignment. This halo is said to be see-able only when TC is a sleep, even if his isn't in this form. TC can freely switch in and out of this form when the conditions are met, but it takes a lot of mental stress to continually get in and out of these alternative forms. Whether TC: gets knocked out, faints, rain falls from the skies, or simply changing back to his normal self: his wings will ALWAYS result in the flames turning back into a fire shield. "Tail", "Heights", "Wind", and "Landing" weaknesses are nullified when using either form.

Angel of Fury. Version 1. Requirements to achieve form: One fire shield is all that's needed. The flames used to form his pair of wings transforms into solid red feathers.

TC will usually set a tree a blaze and use the growing fire from the tree as the fuel of his pyrokinetic attacks. In a terrain without trees TC will resort to using the flames from his wings for his magick attacks. The drawback is that his wings shorten, which the "Restoration" ability proves very handy if he would manipulate the flames back into his wings. His growing battling spirit, when entering this form, moderately increasing his strength. Tactic halves pinpoint marksmanship as he shifts his focus in keeping the fire shield as wings.

Angelic Fury. Version 2. Requirements to achieve form: Two fire shields and a clear mind to endure the mental strain in sustaining this form. His halo properties will always becomes golden and spiked. TC grows two pairs of wings (that means four wings, as a pair is two and two pairs equal four). Adding to the intimidation these wings keep their fire like properties. These duel set of wings DRAMATICALLY increases his agility and evasiveness. He also allows his aggressive nature to lash out, putting almost all of his bodily strength in to his attacks. "Bullet Defrag" ability takes less of a toll on his endurance and he can deflect twice as many bullets in a second.

That's where the good news stops when it come to this form. TC's "Restoration" ability only extends to the fire shield that he activates. Fire launched to him can't be absorbed into his wings as he's already on his limit in dealing with two fire shields, so must simply deflect them away. TC's ability to shoot projectiles, with pinpoint accuracy, plummets with his concentration in using his fire wings; accuracy takes a greater fall when it comes to air-to-air combat (from what I think). TC's pyrokinetic abilities in attacking are completely shut down as his mental focus, again, is in sustaining his wings of fire. In short TC's forced to go close range combat, he's too mentally tuned into keeping his flame wings and maneuvering his flight.

Back Story-
(Quite long and still needs to be typed out. If you look through the profile you'd obviously get some history.)

Authors Side Notes-
TC is perhaps the MOST DETAILED character I've invested my time into. Compared to all other characters TC tops them all when it comes to page length: 20 pages [double spaced] (excluding a simplified word.doc history that I can't access). TC was the first character I've ever made, which was 7 years ago. From a crappy recolor up until now I'm pleased with how my Protagonist, TC, turned out.

  • This swift fox is best fitted in a role of support since he's a sniper, but being my protagonist he can hold up his own on the frontlines.
  • All currently used EX Gear is based off of the 1st Sonic Riders game.
  • "Angel of Fury" and "Angelic Fury" was created in combining an old concept of angel and demon possession and having it play along with TC's pyrokinetic abilities. The concept of the halo hasn’t changed though.
  • This character has been through such enormous changes over the years that only two things haven't changed: His nickname TC and his Swift Fox species.

@lil. Haha, yes lots of time spent on this. Thanks (and yes, I enjoy your fanfic so OF COURSE you can use it).

@Blaire. Yeah. I believe this will be the only FC of mine which will have such an array of detail.

Update!

View the 2nd post, 2nd spoiler tag, for details in what was updated.

This may be my last update on this FC. If I update again, it's most likely in removing somethings for Tactic and moving them to my other FC's.
