Save PNGs With Alpha Channels; Using An Alpha Mask??

I've been looking for a program to save PNGs with alpha channels taken from an alpha mask, but Google sucks. I saw a name of a free program that does this before but forgot it. Can anyone help me out here?

The installer is only 16.1MB, but it's actually more like 79.5MB.
