This thread is dedicated to the second round match up between the competitors listed in the title. You will have 2 weeks to compete however a generous gap of 1 week is allowed for a non posting period... if either competitor takes longer than 1 week to make a reply then their characters fate is instantly handed to their opponent and/or the judges and they will be declared the loser. Begin with posts of your characters regaining consciousness and realizing that they are back in their natural bodies and retain all memories from the cafeteria. P.S. If you were (lightly-highly) involved in the recent Cafeteria ruckus, please account for fatigue, not my fault, we gave the warning and now you get to play (sort of - semi) tired if you did. |

The sound of the crowd and strange music was soon blasting its way into Jet's ears as he lies on the floor of the arena. Jet was careful enough to avoid getting into the conflict that suddenly flared up when in the cafeteria. He knew who he was going to have to fight next, and he wasn't about to take the risk of fighting not at full strength. It took a few minutes, lying on the metal floor, before Jet starts to stir and hold his head immediately. He opens his eyes and starts to look around as he gets to his feet once again. "Ugh, I'm starting to get sick of those black outs. Now where am?" says Jet to himself as he looks around the arena. Jet sees that he is pretty much out in the open, and there was no where for him to run off and hide. That wasn't exactly what Jet liked in a battlefield, seeing as he wasn't the most physical competitor in this tournament. However, Jet does notice one thing about this tube like arena he was trapped in that he didn't like, the gas seeping inside the arena. The crowd wasn't exactly nuts about Jet, seeing as he had let his opponent live in the last match, but there were some people that liked that he had moved on. Jet just hoped that he could move onto the third round as soon as possible. All Jet has to do now is wait for his opponent to wake up so they could start the fight. |

And so the scene was set. Green fox was to fight purple armoured possum, sword against sword. Small and younger against stocky and experienced. As Adokas rose from his unnatural slumber, the ever-present booming of the crowd rang around the inside of his helmet, making him wince - as if that stupid whistling from before wasn't bad enough... But before this fight even begins, let's cast our minds back to prior events. First of all, that almighty whistling! Adokas was hiding in the toilets at the time but even then, the high-pitched shrill penetrating the room and reverberating inside the tightly-fitted headpiece. It gave the poor mammal a ringing sensation in his ears. Moving on. As he'd poked his head out the door, he saw the layout of the arena, and barely had time to take all the details in before finding himself feeling rather sluggish. Grasping against the door frame, Adokas then realised what was happening and allowed himself to once again drop gently to the floor, to prevent any harm coming to him. He might have been in light mode, but the plating covering his body would still be affected somewhat by gravity's effects. Now, back to the present. Adokas stirred gently, before violently coughing. Whatever he was breathing now, wasn't air. Standing up as quickly as he could, his metal hands scrabbled for grip on the cold floor beneath him, eventually finding purchase on one of the many perforations there within. Struggling to open his eyes due to the coughing, the possum noted that he was surrounded by a pale green gas, that clearly hadn't built up to a deadly level as of yet. This vapour was flowing gently down through the holes in the floor, to a destination unknown. That was fine, he figured. Now forcing himself onto his feet - the metal-adorned feet clattering on the grate underfoot, Adokas took a final couple of hacks before steadying himself. The green gases were only really low on the floor, but he did hear a faint hissing - an indication more was on its way in. Adokas took a while to survey his surroundings. The floor was metal and filled with holes, some signs of rusting were evident around the edges of most of these gaps - poor maintenance or intentional design, Adokas didn't care. The walls were glass, and in need of a darned good clean. He saw two stacked sets of bleachers before him, and spinning briefly on the spot, this was the case all around the arena. A hell of a lot of spectators were here this time, a lot of whom were booing, it would seem. Flipping the bird at one side of the glass-walled combat zone, the crowd changed their boos into cheers. This was most odd... unless of course, it wasn't him that was being jeered. The spectators nearest the glass banged their hands on it, a deep bass bashing sounding out for all to hear, the shockwaves easily penetrating his armoured carcass and could be felt deep within his body. It was almost like being at a nightclub, the bass was that immense. Eventually, Adokas figured it was time. He turned slowly and steadily towards his foe, the little brat who'd somehow ignored his attacks outside upon arrival. Who'd been such a stick-up little shit. Who was such a goodie-goodie two shoes it made the overlord retch. "Heeey!" the possum called out above the increasing din, waving towards his prey. "If I'd realised we were at a fancy dress party, I'd have dressed for the occasion!" Standing his ground, Adokas looked at the crowd, a sinister grin on his face. Holding his thumb out sideways, he called for the crowd to gesture their opinion - the vote being whether to annihilate the fox before him, or leave him be. There were a few thumbs up in the congregation; these guys rapidly got beaten to a pulp for even trying to be nice in this cut-throat world. the vast majority were chanting something unrecognisable, with their thumbs pointing down. Seeing this, Adokas smirked that toothy grin of his, before turning his own thumb downwards, and then raising it to draw it slowly against his neck, in a cutting motion. The crowd lapped it up, baying for blood. With Adokas it was highly likely this was going to be the case. Once he'd finished making the promise, Adokas drew his sword. He held it outwards, directly pointing towards Jet. "Seeing as how I'm dressed to kill you, that'll have to do won't it?" he uttered quietly, taking a balanced stance with his left hand coming up and slightly out, palm opened up to aid with his balance. "You're not playing with children and babies and nappies, boy. You're f**king with the grown-ups now!" he snarled, concentrating on any move that Prower might attempt from over the other side of the arena. |

Jet coughs a few times trying to clear his through when he does get a wift of some of the gas in the room. He wasn't sure how long he would be able to fend this gas off before it starts taking its toll, but Jet does grin a bit thinking he has a plan that he can use to his advantage. However, this guy would have to fall for it. Jet just watches quietly, not really reacting all that negatively or positively to when the crowd and Adokas both say they want him to go down. Jet could tell this guy was not pure of heart, so he didn't expect anything less from him. He would just have to deal with it. Jet would handle this fight much differently than he did the last. "I figured you wouldn't want to simply do a knockout match. You want my blood and I can't blame you. It's part of who you are. If you must try and kill me, then I'll make it very difficult for you to do so. You will have to earn your win. I'm not going down easily. You better watch it, or I might just surprise you." says Jet grinning a bit as he reaches to his side and slowly pulls his bright lime green sword from his holster and lets it shine in what little light their was in the arena. The sword was still very clean, since he hadn't used it for deadly force, yet. Jet doesn't get into any sorta of stance and just stands there with his sword held to the side and another hand held rather low to his waist. He was keeping this one partially hidden from view at the moment. "I'm going to see what kind of fighter you are. Looking you over, I have a pretty good clue. Let's see if my analysis are correct." says Jet taking a few step backwards away from Adokas. Jet might look like he was going to retreat from Adokas, but he had other things in mind. Jet just wanted to test Adokas for a moment, while at the same time, he had already formulated his first attack inside his head. The fox now had to just wait for his opponent to make his move towards him. |

The more ambitious of the pair it would seem, Adokas couldn't believe what he was hearing. He motioned for the crowd to shush down a little so he could hear what this waste of space had to say for himself. And as the boring speech went on longer and longer, his jaw dropped further and further south. The green fox was literally boring him to death. A novel tactic, but wouldn't work. "Are you f**king RETARDED?" Adokas called out, after a final cough to clear his lungs. "I'm in a suit of armour, I'm holding a sword. You don't need to be a genius to know how I fight, you stupid little shit!" Slashing his sword a couple of times through the air to warm up slightly and to test the weigh of the weapon, the possum then span it about on his hand - allowing the edged device to fall back across his hand before flicking his wrist and bringing the sword back upright. He pulled it back slightly so it was level with his shoulder before blasting himself directly upwards roughly one storey in height. As Adokas approached his intended altitude he unleashed hell's fury. "EAT SHIT, WORM!"" he yelled as he hurled a couple of energy bolts towards the green fox. This kid had seriously managed to piss him off and it was now the time to reveal his full powers. If this handicapped him in later rounds then so be it, but the fox had insulted his intelligence once too often. Roaring through the air and searing towards their target, they both veered in the same fashion they had in the last fight: straight towards Jet. No point trying to anticipate where he could dodge to, as there were multiple directions he could choose from. No, the aim was to hit him twice with the red hot magical swirling energies. If one hit, they'd both hit. If one missed, they'd both miss. Considering the distance between the pair, even taking into consideration the speed of the energy blasts they could still be avoided. but someone had to begin. As Adokas reached peak height he shut off the engines, and after inertia had finished playing its part and gravity took hold, he would begin descending directly back down to his starting point. If Prower had a ranged attack, this was his best chance to use it. The crowd burst into life. The fight was under way! |

Jet just chuckles as he sees Adokas start to yell and jump into the air like that. Jet had pissed the possum off, which was just what Jet was going for in the long run. Most people that were not pure of heart seem to have super short tempers and telling how stupid they are, or telling you want to examine them, seems to work just fine in pissing them off. Jet looks up at Adokas when he makes it so obvious that he is going to throw an attack. Jet bends his knees and jumps as high as he can, which is pretty much the same height, if not a bit more than Adokas. Jet was light, and trained in things like this, so jumping was easy for him. The fox does look down seeing the energy blasts hit right where he had been before and just grins. "Glad to see I was right about you." says Jet as he soon threw his arm that he had been hiding behind his back and threw two consecutive Wind Balls that he had been fighting and building up right in Adokas direction as he was falling. One was heading right for Adokas, the other seemed to go off somewhere on its own, like it wasn't even aimed at the possum. As Jet reached the peak of his jump, he soon came to a stop floating there in the air. There was a bit of a breeze blowing against Jet that seemed to be keeping him afloat in the air. Jet doesn't do this all that much when fighting, but manipulating wind to keep him afloat in the air, is a simple trick he learned during his training. Jet just grins to see if his hard ball of wind energy would hit its mark. Jet did keep an arm held out towards Adokas for some odd reason, but he just floats there and waits. |

Unlike previous fights, this one had gotten off fantastically quickly. Adokas was pumped; this was his territory. The more angered he was, the more instinctively he fought. And as he had a barbaric, animalistic attitude at the best of times it just made things easier and easier for him to slip into something akin to a survival mode. Right now, Jet's constant and boring voice was really beginning to f**k him off. Oooh, I know how you're gonna fight, oooh I was right, ooh I'm such a punk and ooh I'm so F**KING RIGHT BECAUSE I WAS NEGLECTED AS A KID! Adokas seethed in silence, almost amazed that the fox could in fact jump up to his height. Sure, it was the height of a single storey he'd achieved but the fox was... not a rabbit. As such it didn't come as much of a surprise when the bolts struck the metal grating, exploding outwards. As a storey of a building was roughly three meters in height, Adokas was also amused that the explosion didn't at least catch the green one's feet, but he'd get the ******* next time. Just before Adokas began his descent Jet moved the hand that had been in hiding thus far. It turned out that the sneaky fox was building up an energy attack. As the possum had't paid much attention to this, once more he was caught off guard due to having not seen it coming. His hand could have been back there because of injury, scratching his furry behind, all manner of reasons. He just hadn't noticed that Jet was a magic user. And as Jet's hand moved forth it released a couple of... what could only be described as balls of wind. Densely packed air swirled about, picking up loose dust particles here and there aided the possum's visibility of the items - being made of air it was actually very difficult to see anything other than a distorted blob rapidly approaching and then striking him firmly in the chest section, a great burst of light emitting from the contact as magical armour sought to cancel out magical wind. The second one had veered off randomly, and would miss the rocket knight. The impact didn't hurt him as such, what with the balls being made up of nothing but air, but it did push him back towards the arena wall. It was a simple matter to fire up the rocket pack and correct this, Adokas adjusting his flight path so that he'd return to his original starting point. As he landed with a clacking of metal on metal, the rocket pack shut out. The possum shook his head briefly; the pack needed charging already and that wasn't terribly good. Adokas was fuming. This was a rather bland arena, not a lot that could be used against that irritating brat. There was one possibility but he'd use that as an ace up his sleeve... But now he was back to square one, and Jet was hovering above. "Nice trick..." he said quietly, struggling to even hear himself over the ferocity of the spectators surrounding them. They were unbelievably hungry for the sight of carnage. Back to the fox, he was too far away to try that trick, and they were technically indoors so he couldn't use that one either. Only one thing for it then. Adokas began a walk towards Jet's position. It would take him a while to get there at his current pace as he wasn't running or charging, but he was now watching and waiting. The little brat couldn't stay up there forever. |

Jet hovered there in mid air and watched as his Wind Ball flew right at and struck Adokas right in the chest. He does notice that it only seems to push him back and not damage him that much. Jet figured that would be the outcome of that attack, but that wasn't the reason he sent that Wind Ball right at Adokas. It was just a distraction. Jet couldn't hear a word that Adokas was saying over the roar of the crowd around him, but he didn't mind that. If he didn't have to hear the constant insults being thrown his way, the better Jet would be. That was at least what Jet figures. He hated being insulted because of his age, but he wouldn't lose it over something simple as insults about his age and experience. Jet did continue to hover there in the air with one arm extended towards Adokas. it was at that time that Jet started to move his arm and pulls his arm towards him very hard. That second Wind Ball that Jet had let go flying off on its own, he was actually manually controlling. Right before the energy hit the wall, it turns and starts to head in thee other direction. Since Adokas was looking up and focusing on Jet, Jet figured that the possum wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. Jet would have aimed the ball of energy at Adokas head, but he had a better target to aim it at. Jet was aiming the hard ball of wind energy, right at the main circuits of the jet pack on Adokas back. The fox now just watched as the ball of energy heads for the target. It being as quiet as a mouth, because it is wind. Wind is pretty silent so it doesn't make much noise, and Jet was banking on that to hit the target he desired. Even if he missed, it would likely hit somewhere on the back. |

[Judging from your profile, you don't actually state whether the wind balls do damage - they're WIND. Hence my last post. Your profile also does not state you can manipulate the balls after launch, so whatever. Oh, and wind isn't silent - the saying is you can hear it, not see it. So, OWNED.] Looking up still, the possum shook his head. This kid really had no idea. Adokas had nothing to lose by being here, he could also take a few knocks thanks to the durability of his armour. Whilst he waited for the rocket pack to charge up, he muttered a small phrase very quietly. As he did, the rocket knight braced himself for an increase in weight. "Armour, be my strength." Almost instantly upon finishing the final word, Adokas' armour thickened up and became more solid, more capable of withstanding a sudden strong attack. As he finished this, he heard a swirling in the air, almost like a faint whistling - and just audible over the roars of the crowds. Spinning his head, the second orb was coming for him - so the green bogey could manipulate wind eh? And in an arena filled with a lot of the stuff, Adokas sure had his work cut out to even the odds. As the armour was weighting him down he was almost rooted to the spot. All he could do was shuffle side-on a little and hope it was enou-kra-kOOOM - too late, this sphere was going much quicker than the last one, and struck him solidly in the rocket pack. Again, a blast of light emitted out in all directions, Adokas raising an arm to shield his eyes from the intensity of the burst. This ball placed pressure on his back, forcing the possum to take a step or two forwards to compensate for the ferocity of the blow. But the ball was magical, attacking magical armour. Magical armour in its reinforced mode to boot. The lack of physical properties within the ball meant Adokas got shoved once again but no damage was dealt. Just as well the rocket had no exposed cables, wiring or other mechanical components other than a simple couple of gauges - the pack was magical, it not needing anything more than its oil reserves to maintain flight. Wincing slightly, Adokas knew he couldn't take more like that. The impacts might not hurt him or his tools directly, but they vibrated the armour a lot and the metal shell wasn't exactly padded - his back felt that quite a lot. Shuffling around to get a better view of the fox up on high, the possum snarled before releasing two more bolts of energy. They didn't home in on their target, they just flew straight and true towards where Adokas wanted them to go. And where Adokas wanted them to go was split this time - one aimed for the fox's chest for maximum impact, the other directly at the younger fighter's feet to attempt to disrupt the flow of air keeping the fox in the air. |

(Of course they do damage man, I don't see how you could not think that. They are just like any other ball of green energy. They can fly across the do pretty decent damage if they hit you in the right spots. And I didn't say I could manipulate the balls directly, but if I can manipulate the wind to fly, that sorta of implies I can control the wind any way I want.) Jet continued to float there in the air as he watched his wind balls hit their target, yet these also seem to be dispelled by the possum's armor. Jet growls a bit at this, because that armor was starting to annoy him, in that his distance attacks don't seem to be doing all that much damage to the Adokas at all. Jet was about to try something else, but that is when he saw Adokas throw two more of those energy blasts his way. Seeing as Jet was up here in the air, he had little room to dodge at the moment, short of just falling. Jet holds his sword up in front of him and keeps it pointed straight up vertically. He was going to try and fend off the energy blast. Jet braces himself as he hears the crowd starting to get more excited at this part. He knew they were liking the action, even if Jet thought differently, being actually in the arena. Jet just holds in there as the energy blast soon hits his sword really hard. Jet grunts and does hold steady deflecting much of the blast from the sword guard, however a little but does get through and scratch some of his fur. Jet was just glad he survived that blast using his magical sword, but he does then feel the other energy blast sweep under his feet and disrupt his wind flow. With his wind disrupted, Jet starts to sway around in the air before finally starting to fall. However, Jet grins when this starts to happen. At first, Jet thought this was a bad thing that had happened, but he soon thought up a solution to his problem. As Jet is falling he sticks his sword out straight, as if he were stabbing someone, holds his breath and starts to spin as he is falling. Since he was falling he was able to get up alot more speed alot quicker than if he were on the ground, Jet would in the long run have a better chance at hitting with this than on the ground starting out with. The gas that was below Jet, on the ground near Adokas, was slowly starting to spin it seemed. The audience had seen this move before hand, so they knew what was coming when Jet built up enough speed. Jet had a plan with this counter attack when it was ready. He just hoped it would work against this guy. |

At long last, something got through to that sickeningly pathetic green thing. Despite a large explosion radius that surely should have gotten through Jet's defenses, the fox somehow deflected all bar a slight singeing of his fur. This must put it beyond all doubt now, the possum smirked. This piece of shit's a magic wielder. That's why his balls of wind didn't do much harm to my armour, and why my bolts aren't touching him. He's attuned to the ebb and flow of things. Whilst Adokas was bearing this in mind, the fox was slowly spinning downwards. Adokas had disrupted the air flow beneath the fox, but apparently not enough as this downwards movement was being used to counter-attack. Realising he had to move quickly, the possum looked around with a purpose. "Armour be my light," he whispered, the purple suit glinting slightly as it transformed into its lighter and more manoeuvrable mode. A tornado was being formed it would seem, sucking up all the gases. Adokas coughed a little as some of it got up and into his lungs once more. A light-headed sensation struck him briefly, before he bashed the side of his helmet to bring himself around. Looking up, the fox was descending rapidly and spinning in ever-faster circles. Adokas had to think quickly - deal with gas, or stupid annoying flying fox that wouldn't come down to play? One choice really was open to him - deal with fox. A simple sidestep brought him directly underneath the fox, allowing Adokas to implement part two of this. Powering up the pack attached to his back, the possum waited until he felt the fox was spinning the sword with too much outward force to redirect anywhere, before unleashing a Cannonball Slash directly up and underneath the fox, aiming for the green one's knees, torso... wherever really. The momentum of Jet's attack should mean he wouldn't be able to stop spinning quickly enough to counter, nor move out of the way quickly owing to gravity's effects. This was going to be a home run, he was sure of it, and the fox was going to have no answer for this. |

(I'm surprised you returned, but I still have a few things to say. For one, how your Rocket pack could absorb my magic attack when it is not magical at all according to your profile. If it is, then your profile lies. Also I like how you are totally ignoring a forming tornado that is going on around you and not affected by it in the least <_<. I would appreciate you please being a bit more considerate when you play with me, or I won't play anymore. I am only going to continue, so that I don't get kicked out. However, I don't agree with some things you have done.) As Jet continued to spin and build up speed, he does notice Adokas somehow walking right into the swirling wind of gas that was building up around him. Jet couldn't believe what he was seeing. Even if this guy could walk in the wind like this, all this gas was sure to do a big number on the possum. Jet continues spinning as the thrust of the forming tornado is slowly starting to get strong and the wind a lot faster as well. When Jet sees Adokas start to jump up towards him like that, he immediately goes wide eyed. Jet had never seen someone do something like this before. Adokas was apparently going to try and do an attack while Jet was spinning like this. There was no way Jet was going to be able to dodge this attack with how it was coming. The only way Jet was going to get any sort of results from being attacked from under him like this was to try and tilt downwards so that he could slash Adokas a few times before he got hit himself. Jet grunts and slowly starts to tilt himself downwards as best he can so that he can make himself point downwards, so that as he is spinning his sword it should slice this guy at least one or two times. Jet tilts as much as he can and hopes that his sword is cutting Adokas some as he soon feels the force and grunts very loudly before going flying off to the side and out of his forming tornado. Due to his thrust, Jet went flying right over towards the wall and slams his back against it. Jet lets out a loud grunt as he hits the wall and starts to slide down onto the ground. He got lucky and landed on his feet, but that wasn't the most pleasant of attacks at all and left him pretty bruised up by it. Jet now looks up to see what were the results of his tilt. Even though Jet had fallen out of his tornado, the gas that he had built up swirling like that continued to do so. Just because Jet wasn't adding any more thrust to the tornado, it would still take a bit before it would die down enough to die away. |

JET Fair Play: 10/10 - I'm going to side with TF in saying that if you can control wind that you should be able to manipulate wind balls, though it should have been noted in the profile. Grammar: 7/10 - Slightly bothered by flip flopping from past tense to present tense. There was some run on and some missing words/letters. You improved by little hops as your posts went on but the early hits in this category are hard to shake. I wouldn't say it was super prevalent but it was enough to clip your score. Adaptation to Environment: 7/10 - There was little environmental involvement until your tornado maneuver, but it was still taking advantage of your strengths to manipulate the environment so it gets you plus points. Entertainment: 7/10 - I found a bit of a twinge of entertainment since the moves and attacks were believable and I got a sense of Jet's personality and a couple hint's of desperation. One weakness is that while I like description I felt you may have over described at times to add bulk, but it hurt your flow. 31/40 ADOKAS Fair Play: 8/10 - I understand where you're coming from on the whole wind ball damage topic, and you did act like they affected you and such but something in my mind made it seem just slightly undesirable even if they did rag doll you around the arena a bit, outside of that everything was nicely thought out. Grammar: 10/10 - You rarely make grammatical errors and I couldn't find anything major enough on my grammatical skim to show up on my radar. Adaptation to Environment: 7/10 - I really liked your description of the environment and noting the gas from a smell standpoint e.t.c. but It would have been fun to see Adokas impaired for a short time (outside of a little light-headed smack to the noggin) due to gas effects. It barely played a role in this match overall. Entertainment: 10/10 - A little sweary (not that I have a problem with it really) but full of fire. I could tell from the performance that you wanted to win. Your arena description was strong once again and you had a nice gameplan for the fight along with good flow and a nice medium-up tempo pace. Got a good sense of your character's personality in the fight and that gets you extra props. JET - 31 ADOKAS - 35 Overall I was pleased with what I saw, the pace was up tempo and both of you fought hard against the other to create one of the more interesting fights I've judged so far, counting round 1. This one is still realistically winnable for either of you so be happy of your performances and good luck in the next round to the winner. |

TF Fair Play: 9/10 - Took hits, didn’t force attacks, pretty straightforward. I’m not touching the wind manipulation subject for obvious reasons. Grammar: 8/10 - Some instances where a new paragraph was not started, use of 'Jet said/did' as opposed to 'he said/did' and likewise was severely unbalanced and some sentence structure just seemed off. ASIIIIIDE from that, excellent. Adaptation to Environment: 1/10 - In the words of I. M. Meen, “AAAAA-AAAA-AAAAAAAA!” You mentioned the gas once at the start of the match, forgot all about it, and then mentioned it in passing in a merely visual capacity as your tornado attack took effect. This BRIEF mention is the only reason I’m not giving you a 0. - Entertainment: 7/10 - What’s dragged you down mostly is the lack of mention of the gas, which could have made things a lot more interesting, and your tendency to spam proper nouns, which is a creative no-no in the field of writing. Your combat techniques and reactions to your foe, however, were well-played, and much as I haaate those goody-goody ‘I shall defeat you for you are evil and I am good, ha-hahaaa!’ types, you pulled it of well and definitely deserves some commendation there. MoD Fair Play: 9/10 - Took hits, didn’t force attacks, pretty straightforward. Grammar: 10/10 - I can't spot any immediate faults, with the exception of a single missed stroke of the 'Enter' key, but that's clearly a typo and not that big a one considering the otherwise flawless grammar. Adaptation to Environment: 1/10 - Not much better than TF in this respect. However, where he forgot all about the gas aside from a small visual mention, you forgot all about the gas aside for a small, exceptionally brief slip in concentration (which is recovered from pretty quickly by hitting himself in the helmet...?). Entertainment: 8/10 - Everything was well described, even details about your opponent’s attack, characterisation was strong (it could be debated that it’s a little too strong, and technically I’m sure there’s some rules bein’ broken here, but for the sake of good roleplaying I ain’t complaining) and overall you’ve just provided us with some excellent material. BUT (and there’s always a ‘but’). The fact that you left the gas’ effects out was disappointing and I felt that the whole thing could have been amped way up if you’d done something with that. Now, as the entire arena is pretty much full of gas to some extent, you’d think all these blasts of wind would be rather more visible as the gas is displaced by the attacks. TF almost touched on this with his tornado, but still, there was a lot of potential in terms of visual effects but neither of you seemed to notice this, let alone the gas’ actual effects in terms of game mechanics... O_O Lady Fury, this is a match of contrasts. You’re both exceptional RPers, but you both managed to make a glaring oversight that even the... *ahe-hem* less experienced RPers took into account. Oh the horrors! D: Still, best tally up the scores and hope to whatever powers that be that whoever goes on doesn’t make such a potentially fatal mistake twice... ![]() TF – 25 MoD – 28 In total, we've got: TF - 56 MoD - 63 Winner of this round is Master of Darkness. |
