I really liked the japanese one better. Sonic's voice was better and the show was also funnier too. The theme songs in japanese and endings were better than the english. I can't stand to hear the english one over and over again whenever it comes on on saturday mornings whenever it comes on! DX

Maybe an adaptation of the Sonic heroes plot with Neo Metal Sonic? as in have him....Kill Chris with Fire?(xD seriously) Or better yet have him actually -BEAT- Sonic to a pulp bearly leave him leaving. Make Tails and Knux get off their butts and fight for real. Have shadow be more of an epic Anti-hero, and Rouge....yea....Moving on. Any in-game char or Comic char should just replace chris or eliminate his role completely. Then have Sonic Return to the fight epically beat some ass, then somehow get helped by Amy(who should be recovering from insanity due to Sonic almost dying) Then a final battle for the ages between Eggman's Metal Copies & Metal Sonic v.s. Sonic & Co.

Deleted User	No season 4 for me. Looking back, I realize that the show was pretty terrible. The only good episodes were the ones made to be adaptions of SA1 and SA2, and even those were kind of cruddy. So unless season 4 has a storyline about Shadow's game complete with guns and swearing I'd have to say 'No, bury it and make a new one' or something.

I will say that Chris is definitely underrated judging by the ridiculous vitriol he receives. I agree there's something amiss about his loneliness when he already had friends before Sonic came along, but there's still the issue of his parents' distance and resulting overcompensating that can admittedly screw a kid up. It's not as if his weird home life has led to mere loneliness either. He has severe confidence problems as well and has ironically complained about being too whiny and selfish before, especially in lieu of Sonic's ridiculous over-confidence. The writers may not have met Chris' potential, but he's not this horrific character like some of you claim he is, at least not in comparison to those overrated scrapped characters, but let's not go there. Even then, all of these complaints are bunk when the space arc single-handedly got rid of most of the baggage the fanbase still complains about by making him older. It's almost as bad as people continuing to complain about Shadow whining about his past (as if any of his actions could ever constitute as 'whining') after he decided to leave it behind, or more fittingly, complaining about the nearly non-existent potential of Cosmo coming back when they shot her to death. Pay attention, people. Now on the subject of Eggman, why in the bloody blue blazes do some of you want him to pure evil? Keep that cruddy characterization to SatAM. In the games, he builds theme parks, he feeds his kidnap victims and keeps them comfortable, he actually showed remorse for Sonic when he ejected him in SA2, he has willingly worked with the heroes without the intent to double-cross them moments after. Eggman is eccentric, egotistical, stubborn, and dangerous. But for God's sake, he isn't Satan. If you guys must insist on something so over the top and cliche' as 100% pure evil, then throw in Mephiles or Black Doom or someone. But don't warp Eggman from his game counterpart, because when he's shooting Cream in the head while laughing at it, you all will complain that the show still isn't enough of a games tie-in. Even then, this is all really irrelevant to the fact that Sonic X was meant to be a children's shonen in the first place, not an epic transcendental show worthy of HBO airings. It was meant to be kooky and episodic (although there's no excuse for the bad animation), but it could manage some emotional and philosophical moments as well when it went for them. Really, compared to some of the shit that's on for children nowadays, Sonic X did really well for itself; I mean, there's a reason it got renewed and SatAM didn't. Now being the way I am about animation, I would be much happier if BONES or Pierrot or someone got ahold of the rights to Sonic. But if another season for X were to ever surface, I sure as Hell wouldn't complain. I enjoy the show for what it is instead of hating it for what it isn't. (PS: Do not personally pitch ideas to Sega. They don't take them.)

I whole heartedly agree. If Eggman were pure evil, I wouldn't like him as much as I do now. Bones has done the Cowboy Bebop movie, Fullmetal Alchemist, Wolf's Rain, and are helping with the upcoming Halo Legends, and Pierrot has done Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto, Bleach, and the Sonic OAV.

It was, in fact, an anime. Its characters were flat, its antagonists either barely worth batting an eye at or else incredibly vague and uninspired, the story was plain and one-sided...all it really had going for it in my opinion was the humor (Japanese version only) and the final episode (again, Japanese version). X is finished, and that is a good thing.

One was Knuckles and rouge scenes (though the ones in Japan and France were a little bit perverted). Another thing was the game adaptions (Chris screwed up the SA2 one though.). And finally the gullibility of Knuckles.
