I have a couple In the First Ultraman series, episode 33: The forbidden world. The main antagonist is named Mephilas. Biollante from Godzilla vs. Biollante has a design very similar to perfect Chaos from Sonic Adventure. What references have the rest of you found?

The Simpsons has done so several times, though I'm not much of a connoisseur of parody shows. For the other way around, in the latest issue in the Archie series, Robotnik quotes GLaDOS.
