Ignatio paused for a moment, and briefly considered lingering behind to loot the baggage. He decided not too. Even though there were possibly weapons inside, and taking said weapons would give him an advantage over their owner, that would make things far too easy. And Ignatio didn't like to make things TOO easy. Instead, he went with the flow, and followed as everybody else followed the 'tour guide' or whatever he was. Hopefully they'd get to see something interesting soon- he hadn't come all this way for nothing. |

Peeved by the man's indifference to his question, Relik nearly yelled louder at the principal figure. But that would be both foolish and childish. Instead, he swallowed his anger and continued ahead. Out of the periphery of his vision, Relik noticed Ignatio pause, glancing at the unattended luggage. He let out a low, 'Hmm' and continued walking. He'd keep an eye on this one. And his belongings. Approaching the field of the school, Relik was sure he'd never seen a field this big in a closed academic area. It was two, maybe three football fields long AND wide. Which puzzled him. "Why does the field have to be so big?" he asked, scratching his head, "We gonna be running laps or something?" With that, he smirked. Sometimes he cracked himself up. |

All questions would soon be answered. That's when he turned his focus back on the students once more. "Well then. This is the main field of our school. It's also where all main events is been held. However that's not all. We have a small announcement to make." A few seconds later his attention were drawn towards the ocean that lied East from their current location. "In fact when we mentioned adventure on the available poster/s. We had our reasons not to reveal all information at once. So allow me to introduce the main core, that makes our school so unique." With a radio transmitter in his left hand, he would draw it beneath his mouth. "It's time. Let them come." --- Beneath the school in several caves. Someone lived their sheltered lives. About to leave as she received words about to make an entrance. That's when she looked out towards the ocean and inhaled her last time of freedom. As from now on, she would become bound with whoever that stands on the field. She had one issue on how the school system works however. None of the students would actually now what their up to. This would at once ask for trouble in different ways. But if they wished for a surprising element, then let them have it. She would look out for the others at a second as if all had would leave at once. "Let's head out then." As if she like to order em around, but was no more worthy then the others. In an instance she found her self in air. And from there, ascend till she would become visible for the ones with a good eye. --- She didn't know what awaited them after the principals announcement through the radio. But the excitement never seized to amaze her. That's when she stumbled backwards. As if whatever she would see couldn't be true. Would she run or stand brave like if it wasn't anything out of the extraordinary. But it was to much. "That's impossible." With a turn of his head, the teacher smiled and said happily. "No it's the truth. Allow me to introduce our dragons. Your new soul mates." |

Though he'd never really admit it(Not that he needed to, from the way he was gaping), Ignatio was dumbstruck. Dragons. Huge lizards, winged, with fangs, and likely fire-breath. It was beautiful in a horrendous kind of way. He began to consider how well he and his comrades would benefit from having a dragon on the team. Their success rate during missions rose to 100%. After all, who on earth would expect a DRAGON? Well, obviously a HANDFUL would, since the guys who made this school in the first place even HAD dragons. But that was besides the point. Ignatio finally broke out of his trance and shut his mouth, and just said the first word to come to mind, "Sweet." |

Relik was about to speak, but then he heard the D word. He did a double take. "Wait, what?" He said dumbly, "Dragons? ...Are you kidding me?" It then occurred to him this was the Draconian University. He felt like slapping himself. It didn't seem obvious at first, but it was one of those things that made you go, "Oh yeah." Staring at the majestic beasts, Relik was at a loss of words. It was breathtaking. He had never seen anything like this before. The cascading masters of the sky, now standing before him? Ignatio also seemed mesmerized. 'Awesome,' he said. Relik turned to look at him as he said it. Pointing a thumb at Ignatio and reverting his gaze back on the dragons, he spoke. "What he said." |

It looked like none of them had been prepared for this encounter. Typical But none of them seemed scared, and that's different. Instead the enthusiasm was found within all three students. Even if the two on her left and right could easily look more intimidating and fierce. Instead her attitude would take that notch into sky-heights. Not a word struck her mouth. As if she'd like to hear what Maximus tell em more. His attention were drawn towards the students who obvious couldn't believe what they've been looking at for the last few seconds. "Now then, there will be time for more formal introductions soon enough. Listen up students. This is what you've come here for. To become Dragon Riders. However it ain't..." "Cut the cheese already Max." Sunrise interfered the lone man's speech. The man obvious found that offending. No matter what, he knew the female's attitude and wished not to anger her. I mean look at the size of the three. He remained silent, as if letting her have the word. "Thanks..." A moment silence as if that would have set them ever more backwards. As the beast/s could talk. "Now then. This is no school, it's more like a training academy. I dare not tell, we don't want people with scare of heights now." Given an evil smirk, but more a sufficient joke for those with some humour. "We'll make it fast. Learn to ride, and we'll head out towards old Shattered Crystal. Or that's what we like to call it. It's been frozen, however someone wished to awaken an ancient evil. So, I assume you all know what to do from now on." For a second or two, she looked back on Virtus and Blackwind. With her right hand scratching beneath her scaly chin. Considering almost the choices from were she stand. "I take the fox, if I'm allowed." Maximus knew this had already been mentioned in advance. Sunrise would have the female human, and both Virtus and Blackwind would have the boys. But she never seem to learn. However if Relik would accept her request, then by all means. He wouldn't deny the red dragon's wish. All this time, she hadn't found words, until she had to let it out. "Hi there...." That was the most stupidest thing she ever had come up with. She was also scared that she had walked in something she won't handle. Battle some evilness about to awaken and become a dragon rider. That's like asking for to much, even if it's a dream coming true for some. |

Virtus turned his attention to the one he'd been assigned to. Hopefully it was someone worthy of his strength and cunning, and not just some random idiot they'd plucked off the street. Honestly, it was strange that they only had a FEW people here, considering the large number of flyers. Ignatio met his gaze, cold, analytical, as if he already knew which dragon was to be his partner, despite that being an obvious impossibility. So young, and yet he has the looks of an experienced warrior. Mused Virtus. Perhaps he IS worthy of my partnership... And, if not, at least he should prove to be an entertaining companion. |

Blackwind gazed upon the three individuals, deep in thought. His eyes affixed on Relik, however. He appears to be the eldest of the three. With age comes wisdom. Maximus was right to pair me with this one Relik eyes were locked with Blackwind's, as if fate had foreseen these exact circumstances. This will be interesting... Blackwind overheard Sunrise's comment and let out a loud harrumph. "Stay your tongue. You know you you have been assigned to, and that way it shall stay. Do not tamper with Maximus' decision." He leaned his head in close to Relik's face, his massive crystalline eye reflecting the being. "What do you fear most, boy?" he asked. Relik's chest was pounding. He swallowed hard. Perhaps he was looking for a bold answer? "I fear death. But I also fear life without a purpose. I certainly do not fear you." |

"Hmph!" Was all that shuttered from her mouth. Meanwhile the female human decided to walk forth. Maximus left a hand on her shoulder to add a small confident boost, that there were no such thing as to worry about. Sunrise looked down onto the female human who stayed only inches away. However with such rudeness from the male adult fox, she couldn't care less then take what comes at her. "Won't I do?" Tanya asked, but it sounded more like a whisper. And of course she stumbled backwards when she looked at the feet move backwards. Yet all the red scaled dragon wished to intend, was to settled down on her stomach. Within eye contact, she would only return. "It looks like that." This is the first time experience with the beasts. So he wished not to interfere this moment. |
