What is the difference between a duck?

 "Don't get up, yer likely t' rip somethin'." Kneeling down, Auriel pointed to Relik's wound. "It's not immediately life threatenin', but blood is still blood, 'specially with that cut. Yer life ebbs wit' blood loss; if Oi can help it, Oi'm gonna try an' stop yer bleedin'. Wit' 'ope, Oi can get ya to a surgeon afore too long. Now take off yer jacket, it'll staunch better than yer shirt."

Surely to his own surprise Auriel began to dissipate, a sign he was heading back to the cafeteria. A slight chuckle came from behind him as footsteps made their way toward the two along the edge of the arena.

"Don't worry.. I'll take good care of him."

Auriel may have had the time to catch a glimpse of Sadistic as he approached but the judge was making sure that he wouldn't be around to see what happened to Relik, and most definitely being sure that Relik was put out of commission as was the plan.

Sadistic reaches Relik, standing over his weakened, battered, and bloody body with his all too common toothy smile. The illumination of the hellish flames cast a shadow on his front (opposite facing) side, giving him a menacing look as he towered over the fallen combatant. He slowly extends his left hand's fingers into the long thin, blade-like forms that were used in the slaying of Tokui.

"I guess that's the problem with trapping fighters for tournaments like this.. too many self-righteous heroes who are too good to stain their own hands... oh well.."

He points his blade fingers down at Relik.

"More fun for me.."

(Relik blacks out / is now eligible for the Void)
