You will have 2 weeks to compete however a generous gap of 1 week is allowed for a non posting period... if either competitor takes longer than 1 week to make a reply then their characters fate is instantly handed to their opponent and/or the judges and they will be declared the loser. Begin with posts of your characters regaining consciousness and realizing that they are back in their natural bodies and retain all memories from the cafeteria.

Posts: 4,340 Group: Former Monarchs Member #4,694 Joined: December 31, 2007	Jet starts to moan as he begins to regain consciousness once again. He was starting to get sick of this trend of getting knocked out every time he had to be taken somewhere. Jet leans up and rubs his eyes to make his vision return faster, so that he could see where he was now. When Jet does eventually get his vision back, he isn't happy to see where he was now. Jet looks to his left and right and down where he was sitting. Jet notices that he is now no longer inside the cafeteria, but now is on platforms just like he saw on the arena maps. This must be where he was going to fight, which meant that it was time to get started. It took a moment for Jet to get to his feet before he looks around the arena and sees his opponent on the opposite of the floating platforms. It was just as Jet thought. The fox that he had tried to talk to back in the cafeteria was Ramen. Jet didn't know what this guy had in store for him, but he did hope that he was merciful like he knew some of the other fighters were and some that weren't. Jet just hoped that Ramen was one of those people. Jet begins to dust himself off now and looks ready to fight. He was hoping he could have had a talk with Ramen first before they had to fight, but they could talk as they fought. However, that would be a little tricky with having to be constantly on the move, but Jet had no problem with that. He was rather light, so jumping would be a cinch for him. Jet now just stands there and waits for Ramen to wake up now as well. It wouldn't be fair to make a move before his opponent was even awake yet.
	I'm a gamer and always will be a gamer. If you don't believe me. I have 430 Video Games and 19 Consoles. I doubt you could beat that unless you are a gamer as well! =P So, let's see if you can outdo "The Jet Gamer"

He also noticed the fox he presumed to be Jet across the arena, also awake. He drew his sword and prepared to fight, ready to block any attack. Ramen tightened his grip on his sword, waiting for his opponent to attack.

It did take the other fox a little bit to regain consciousness, but Jet was patient and willing to wait as long as he needed. However when Jet sees Ramen start to draw his sword, he simply sighs. He had hoped to have a small chat first, but figures that they wouldn't have that much of a chance to do so. Jet does pull his own sword as well just to be safe and looks right at Ramen across from him. "So, I hope you have a merciful side. I know I will if you have the same kind of feelings towards me." says Jet to Ramen. Jet didn't really want to kill any of his opponents if he could avoid it, but he wasn't about to just lie down his arms and be killed himself. Right after Jet finishes telling Ramen that he was merciful, the platform Jet was on began to shake. Jet knew right away what this was and very easily jumps to the platform to the right of him. The jumps are very easy of someone of the wind element. Jumping was pretty much a basic skill someone of the wind has to master to learn to not let the wind control them and they control the wind. Once Jet regains his footing on the new platform he holds his sword forward in front of him while keeping his other hand behind his back for the moment. It might seem like an odd stance, but Jet knew what he was doing in the slightly crouched position. The hand that is behind his back does have a few green sparkles forming on it, but nothing just yet. Jet was just being careful and waiting to see Ramen's first move. He was ready and had a trick up his sleeve if it was needed.

"Mercy? That depends on if I think you deserve it or not." With that, Ramen shot a bolt of lightning at Jet, One hand still gripping his sword.

Posts: 4,340 Group: Former Monarchs Member #4,694 Joined: December 31, 2007	Jet does wonder what Ramen meant when he said if Jet deserved it or not, but the moment Jet saw lightning come out of Ramen's hand, Jet's fur stands right up. He yells and dives for the next platform to his right to avoid the bolt. He wasn't concerned with landing on his feet at the moment. Jet just wanted to get away from the lightning. Right after Jet lands his other hand that wasn't holding the sword swings around from his back and immediately shoots out a rather quick ball of green wind energy right at Ramen. Jet's wind balls might not be his most effective weapon, but they are the easiest and swiftest attack he has when at a distance. He could throw them all day and was already starting to build up another one to replace the one he just shot off. "Of course I would get a lightning user in the first round. Just what I need is to be turned into a furry fox lightning rod." says Jet keeping his sword low and on the platform. He would have to be careful using it, since it most likely would attract the lightning, being metal and all.

Then try this on for size!" Ramen shot a bolt of lightning combined with a small ball of darkness at his enemy and jumped to another platform, getting hit on the arm by the wind ball as he jumped.

He was in no position at the moment to defend against it directly so Jet holds up his sword in front of him as he lies on his back there. The sword does take the hit and absorb some of the blow, but he does feel some of the effects in his body from the electricity. Jet grunts from a bit of pain from taking the blow and blocking it at such a close range. It wasn't the best plan in the world but at least he avoided being hit fully from the attack. Once Jet shakes himself off he starts to get back to his feet to get back into the fight. "Pretty good. How did you like that wind ball?" asks Jet grinning as he says this to Ramen. Jet's hand had still been behind his back all this time he had been on the ground. He might have been hit by that bolt, but since it wasn't the full blast he had managed to save his charge. "If you liked one, I'm sure you are going to like several of them!" yells jet as he pulls his hand around to the front and shoots one, two and then three wind balls over in Ramen's Direction. He was hoping to keep Ramen moving and on his toes, since that would give Jet the advantage he hoped at least.

Ramen blocked two of the wind balls, the third hitting him in the chest. He retelliated with a larger ball of darkness, juming along platforms all the while in an attempt to get close to his opponent.

If he was going to be hit, he would rather make sure and get a good hit on his opponent at the same time. Jet could take a few hits here and there, but if he got hit the wrong way, it would definitely spell bad new for how the battle might end. Jet wasn't about to let something like that happen, so he had to act now. Jet can see the energy coming, but instead of jumping out of the way he jumps straight up into the air and throws some more of his light weight energy balls as he prepares for the other energy to hit him. He does aim one of his energy balls at Ramen's to try and get rid of some of the energy, but the other two balls of wind were not aimed at Ramen's head like the other energy. These balls were heading straight for Ramen's kneecaps. Jet just hoped his aim was true as he sees the energy ball slam him hard across the arena, just barely landing on his feet on one of the outer platforms. Jet's caped was ripped apart by the blast, however Jet was more concerned to see how his counterattack fared against his attack opponent. If those balls hit where Jet wanted them to, it would definitely improve his chances. With how well Jet can manipulate wind, there was a good chance of them at least getting close to the general area where he wished them to be, but it was still all up to luck if he found his target or not.

Posts: 1,573 Group: S Rank Hero Member #1,047 Joined: May 14, 2007	Ramen kept rushing toward his opponent and getting hit by a few of the wind balls, thus slowing him down, shooting mutiple bolts of lightning as he went. Though these small shots of lightning were not very powerful, they took very little energy to fire off, and a direct hit could paralayze an enemy, if only for a second. Ramen continued his pursuit towards Jet, nearing his opponent, ready for an attack.

He doubted he was going to be able to dodge all these shots, but he figures if he was going to get hit and stopped by them, he better do a move that would work even if he was stuck in place for a bit. Jet had just the move to handle this situation. Jet holds his sword out in front of him and suddenly begins to spin around in a circle on one foot rather quickly after a small push off. Jet was swinging his sword around slowly at first, but he very quickly started to build up speed to where the air and wind around him starts to become visible. With how jet has his sword held out in front of him, if Ramen were to get too close he would probably be hacked to pieces in an instant. The air continues to form around him slowly becoming more and more like a tornado around his body. By this point, even if Jet is hit by the lightning, he has build up enough momentum for the effects to still hit him, but not stop the attack, due to the wind's momentum already being started up.

He took out a long length of chain and attached it to his sword. With one hand he started swinging the sword above his head, shooting 3 blasts of darkness at Jet with the other hand.

Posts: 4,340 Group: Former Monarchs Member #4,694 Joined: December 31, 2007	Jet grunts when the first two blasts do hit him inside the wind tornado he is forming and do hurt making some rather big bruises on his body. However, when the third blast his tornado, the blast ricochets off the tornado and spins around it throwing the blast right back at Ramen. By this time, Jet's wind was now looking exactly like a tornado and you could no longer see Jet inside of it as he kept spinning inside. "I sure hope you like going for a ride!" yells Jet as he soon Jumps out of the tornado on the other side and pushes the tornado right towards Ramen. From the looks on Jet's hands, he also seems to be controlling the tornado so that it could chase if needed. This was a big force of wind energy, but seeing as Jet is a master of the wind, he knows how to control it rather well.

Posts: 1,573 Group: S Rank Hero Member #1,047 Joined: May 14, 2007	Ramen pulled in the chains and detached them from his sword and shot a very large bolt of lightning at the tornado, the blast being sucked in and shot out in the air, exploding into many smaller blasts of lightning, Ramen directing most of them towards Jet's direction. That should get around his tornado, Ramen thought as he retreated back a couple platforms. Edited by Nine Tailed-Ramen Fox, Sep 9 2009, 04:35 PM.
