Now, this movie looks by far, to be the single greatest movie this year, it looks so disturbing and dark, I cant wait to see it. |

Those robots are absolutely lovely, in a hideous kind of way and that song, it makes the trailer even more Epic. |

The song is Welcome Home by Coheed & Cambria, to anyone who wants to know. It kicks arse go listen to it. Yeah, the robots are damn amazing. I like how they seem to be made from random junk, like how the Cat-like robots head is made from an animal skull. |

how can you not be an epic band with a name like that? I did really like how they incorporate organic material in some of the robots, kinda a techno-organic/cyborg thing going on. |

lol, the first time I saw the trailer I was like "IS THIS REALLY COHEED? YEEES." Lawl. I've been a fan of them since I was a kid. Devils in Jersey City was my favorite song when I was little. XD;; Anyway, this movie looks awesome. I love Tim Burton's work, too. Plus it's just such an interesting concept... definitely gonna see this. |

Totally want to see this. John showed me the trailer months ago and ever since, I've been interested. As for Tim Burton's films, I really liked 'The Nightmare Before Christmas', though Corpse Bride kind of let me hanging... It could have used a bit of a deeper plot, though the atmosphere used in it was awesome. So eerie and dramatic yet humorous when it had to be. This one looks promising though and I'm starting to get addicted to the song, though not as much as Dev. XP |

"Welcome Home" really does give it a great, epic feeling to the trailer. When I saw the first trailer a couple of months ago I was like WOW, this looks amazing. It has a dark feeling to it, which is great. Also Coheed & Cambria are one of my favorite bands. Can't wait! ![]() 9/9/09. |

Obvious I ain't overall fan of Coheed, but I don't mind their music like most bands out there. The movie looks alright. Nothing I would spend my money on, but I'm sure it's interesting for some. I just ain't that impressed. Maybe it's because of the increasing computer animated movies coming out. Once more, I don't mind. But I don't know, this didn't appeal me that much to head for the cinema at it's first release date. Edited by DragonFlame, Sep 3 2009, 05:57 AM.

Just checked out the lyrics for the song (it's a bit hard to understand what the singer is saying). Must say, the lyrics aren't as good as the music... |

Coheed & Cambria's lyrics are based on the story the singer came up with, it's not going to make sense to you unless you understand his story which he has comic books about, or have previous CD's. It's all concept, my friend. About a husband and wife if I remember correctly. It's kinda confusing, but yeah. ![]() |

Sandopolis Act 2
|
Post-apocalyptic: Piqued my interest. Animated burlap-sack dolls: Looks kiddish. "Welcome Home": Waitaminnit... GIANT KILLER JUNK MECH: This could be good. That was my thought process on seeing the trailer (before watching HBP, so I've known about this a while.) |
| Indeed, there is nothing more repulsive than these monsters that defy nature and are known by the name of witcher, as they are the offspring of foul sorcery and witchcraft. They are unscrupulous scoundrels without conscience and virtue, veritable creatures from hell capable only of taking lives. They have no place amongst decent and honest folk. | |

I think it looks really awesome...I've always loved Tim Burton, and this looks like one of the better things he's worked on...Not to say that everything he helped produce isn't fantastic! |

This looks amazing. Alas, as much as I'd like to see this, I probably won't be able to find the time to see it. Probably watch it when it comes out on DVD. |
