Retarded time Sync error for Vista

 Anybody else have this problem? Seriously I've had it ever since I got this god forsaken laptop! Because I can't set my time correctly, I cannot play online games like Roblox! IT'S DRIVING ME MAD! Doesn't say why it couldn't sync, it just says this annoying message:

"An error occured while windows was trying to Synchronize with [whatever server I chose here >.>]"

No matter what server, what time, no mater how many times I click that button, it always says that message.

I've looked everywhere about Cyberspace and found nothing. Norton is not the problem, distance isn't the problem, I have found nothing stopping me from syncing the time, and yet Vista acts like a retard towards me anyway. WHAT DO I DO??
