According to the German games rating website, Braid, the indie darling game of 2008, may finally be on its way to the Playstation Network.

A listing appeared yesterday on the German website USK (spotted by NeoGAF) which, like the ESRB here in North America, gives age restriction classifications to videogames. Braid for PS3 is being published by Hothead Games, who also published Braid for the Mac and the Penny Arcade Adventures games. Braid was also released for PC and Xbox Live Arcade, but through different publishers.

As per Google translator, that reads: "Released without an age restriction under section 14."

This shouldn't be taken as an official confirmation just yet, however. We've reach out for comment on an official release and we'll update you if we hear back.

Update: IGN just received word from a Hothead Games representative confirming the North American and European release of Braid for PSN. The spokesperson could not, however, comment on when the game will be released, but expect to hear more news in the coming months.

Yes!

Even better news than Castle Crashers!

Another one bites the dust!

This must be another game in microsoft's "Only on Xbox 360........... for awhile" program.

All joking aside this is good for people who actually care about this game. I know many 360 owners found Braid to be overrated. I'll just stick with Fat Princess. Depending on the reception of this game I might get it too.

Lol scraping for anything you can. Keep taking those old arcade games and we will keep taking your important franchises. Fair trade. ^^

P.S. Braid sucks.. it's just the original Super Mario with some overly dressed dude, bad enemies, and time reversing powers... yawn.

Yes you are scaping for stuff aren't you? Going as far as to make stuff up, impressive. Unless you actually believe that there is so much damage going on rofl.

And another 360 owner that doesn't think braid is hyped worthy. If it's just a platformer i'll stick to trine.

That's all I need to reply to... tell me Neo.. what (in regards to games Sony has lost and MS has gained) have I made anything up in.. ya know.. forget the parentheses... when have I made anything up period. You know that I've never lied regarding the console wars so my honesty isn't the target here.. it's your denial.... PS3 fans get all hyped over an OLD crappy concept of an arcade platformer because it has really sunk so low that you guys will gloat about anything you can take from us.. for MS fans.. we're used to it we're just all like "Woo another Playstation franchise finally sees daylight." You enjoy Castle Crashers and Braid... I'll enjoy Tekken and Metal Gear Solid: Rising... Devil May Cry.. screw it.. I don't even need to list the games anymore.
