Crappy old picture (I’ll add a reference sheet when I make one, but this should suffice) .:Personality:. Static is a straight-A student, and is often labeled as a nerd, geek, and other things. He often pays no attention to these jeers. He prefers a simple lifestyle, and is often laid back. He doesn’t mind fighting, but if he can, he will avoid it. He often seems calm and emotionless, as he tries to keep his emotions to himself. However, when one gets to know him, he is actually quite carefree, and likes to make jokes out of things. .:Appearance:. Static is a dark green hedgehog with messy hair. From a side view, one can only see two quills on his head, but from the back one will notice two sets of two side quills and one set of three quills in the middle. His eyes are icy blue, and his muzzle and belly are a peach-ish color. His two shoulder quills and his tail are slightly longer than most hedgehogs, the tail being the most obvious. .:Attire:. Generally, Static always wears a white shirt, a red sleeveless vest, and blue jeans. His vest is torn at the bottom edges and at the holes where the arms go through. His shoes are red with blue tips, and he wears three golden earrings on his right ear. .:Strengths and Powers:. Static is very intelligent for his age, and is in many of the higher classes in his school. He is a relatively fast runner, as Gale often challenges him to race. Static can defend himself, though his fighting skills aren’t top-notch. His hearing is much better than most people’s. He has a good memory. .:Weaknesses:. Static doesn’t tell people about his problems, so he tends to get overly stressed. He has low stamina when it comes to running. He isn’t all that good at dodging things. He has trouble seeing things at long or short distances (in other words, he can only see things clearly at moderate distances), and should have glasses. However, due to his family’s financial situation, he has never been able to get any. .:Hobbies and Talents:. Static likes to explore, often finding his way out of the city. He always finds his way back home, of course. When he isn’t exploring, Static also likes to read and write stories. Drawing is another hobby of his. As for talents, he is a good artist and writer. Static is also good at hiding his emotions, seeming calm in the toughest situations, even when he’s panicking inside. .:Useable Items, Weapons, and Vehicles:. N/A .:Likes:. As much as Static likes to explore, his true passion is reading and writing. His favorite genre is adventure, of course. He also enjoys drawing and music. As for music, he likes all genres aside from rap. Swimming and horseback riding are also things he enjoys doing. His favorite candy is chocolate, and he likes healthy foods. .:Dislikes:. Static hates rap. The people at his school had a tendency to like rap music, and he heard it all the time, so he developed a passionate hatred for it. He also has a thing against hybrids, as they had a tendency to look down on him during his elementary school years. He wound up developing a negative stereotype for them. Static also hates soda and bubble gum. .:Catchphrases:. Normal: “...” Random: “I have a twig and I’m not afraid to use it... -huge blaster appears in his enemy’s hand- ...Crud.” .:Occupation:. Student .:Economy Class:. Middle .:Theme Songs:. HE HAS A THEME SONG?! .:History:. Static has always lived a normal, peaceful life. He has always lived in Station Square with two happily married parents and two siblings. Throughout his time in elementary school, he was often teased about his love for reading and doing schoolwork. However, he never let these jeers get to him. Of course, he made a few friends who would stick with him throughout middle school, where the insults continued. Gale often stood up for him when his friends weren’t there, and the two were inseparable. At one point, Static started an a cappella group in his school, as he finds himself drawn to that kind of music. Static is currently in the eighth grade. His family is currently in a bad financial situation. Comments? Crits? Flames I can laugh at? Say somethin pleez <3 Also, I realize he may appear to look like Manic. Though I have a question. Why is he nicknamed 'Static? Also, I think the backstory should be much more in-depth, but that's just a personal oppionin of mine. Other then that, a well-designed character.

Later the reason was "staying in one place," as a static object would do. And now... I'm thinking it's his hair. As for his backstory... I'm bad at backstories c:> I'll try and work on it.

Static? ... as in static character? punched in the face High IQ for a kid, but then again that's what this character mainly is, as he reads a WHOLE lot. Other than that I've got nothing to point at. Such a short profile. Yet your character seems complete. ~~TC approves! Please tell me of your wisdom of small profiles!~~

I used to just post the picture as an image. Now I link it cuz it's ugleh. Yeah, I thought of the static character thing a few months after making the character. He is a bit of a static character x3 Haha... Small? I like to think of it as a good medium-sized profile. I try not to put anything useless on there. I mean, I don't think anyone cares that the hair on his legs is half a millimeter longer than the hair on his arms. I'm glad the character seems complete. I try to put at least a tenth of my heart and a sixteenth of my soul into everything I do. \|D But yeah, I care about my characters. I want the best for 'em. <3 Thanks for the feedback <3
