Posts: 4,645 Group: C-Rank Legend Member #70 Joined: May 12, 2006 Gender: Male Favorite System: Playstation 3 Favorite Sonic Game: Sonic Adventure 2	I'm a huge fan of the Avatar series, the cartoon is one of the best ever IMO. I just saw the teaser trailer and thought it was really awesome. Everyone who has got to see some of the film praises the CGI as the best ever (I believe James Cameron is helping on it, he's done the Terminator movies.) I don't really like who they casted as Zuko, though, but maybe he'll end up being better than I think (: The Last Airbender Trailer. This is going to be a trilogy, I imagine each movie will cover one of the books. Can't wait for July 2010! Here's some pics as well: Edited by Vermillion, Jun 25 2009, 11:52 AM.

So that made it a bit anticlimactic. As for this, I am both excited and scared. Will it be actually good or another DrangonBall Revolution catastrophe?

The CGI works, and it looks like they got the right tone for the movie. If this is any indication of how the whole movie is going to be, then this is going to be amazing! Gotta say I'm really excited for it now.

I think the move's going to be a failure. First off, it's from the guy who did the horror movie known as 'The Happening' which I thought was terrible and real stupid. And second, this is just my opinion, but I don't like how Aang looks very much. I know he's a young boy but he just looks too... 'baby faced' for my opinion. And ugh, his voice. The rest of the cast looks fine though, especially Zuko. Don't take this the wrong way. I love Avatar(But I wasn't able to watch the last season except the finale and they never showed it on nickelodeon after the final episode which kind of angers me. Yes, I know it's shown on nicktoons but I don't have that channel and I kinda don't want to buy the DVD....). The series felt like a fresh start after the downhill of most cartoons and it's defiantly one of my favorite shows back in the day(Like I said though, I still need to watch final season). But I just think it will end up like Dragonball Revolution. But this is all my opinion and I'll still probably watch it. I'm just not having my hopes up. Edited by Fenroar, Jun 28 2010, 04:49 PM.

That would make most sense, anyways. Yeah, wow, 10% on Rotten Tomatoes, that's BAD. I'm seeing this anyway. I don't care what the critics say. I'll judge it myself. I own, watched, and loved the cartoon. My anticipation had died a little for it though...

Especially at the beginning (if anyone saw that preview on nickelodeon). I want it to be the same, not changed at all, and for that reason, I don't think I'm going to like the movie..

Night Shyamalan (director) really dropped the ball on this film. From the trailers it looks amazing, but fans are saying it's quite boring and the 3D (which I didn't expect much from, since they converted it to 3D) is awful... Seems like everything is going wrong for this film.
