 Yes... Casino games must be Sonic-related. Not to mention, counting to 100 can be done in a matter of days with just a paltry of members (talking with experience from another forum) and there's already a million thread that's active and a thousand thread lost in Casino's pages.

As to why neither of those threads have been locked, well, the 'Sonic games only' rule was established in December 21 AFTER those games were created, so they have permission to stay. However, the rules states that all games done after that date have to be Sonic-related or be locked. Sorry.

P.S. The main admin is already the forum's Emperor. He's actually Emperor-ranked.
