Wii Friend Code: 6630724741343929	Sonic Wikia When testing the Power Sneakers for the first time, Kintobor put Sonic into a "Kinetic Gyratoscope" in order to test Sonic's speed. Sonic ended up breaking the speed of sound, causing an accident that fused Sonic's quills together and turning them a distinctly different blue colour.[2] Sonic honed his skills using the various structures around the Green Hill Zone and soon learned to control his super-speed, allowing him to perform aerial feats and stunts. His signature move quickly became the "Sonic Spin Attack", which proved useful for destroying Badniks. why Dr. Ovi Kintobor wanna test out if Sonic was really that fast? XD	I once read a comic that explained it this way: Sonic was originally brown until Kintobor let him use a souped-up treadmill that he'd invented, but when Sonic really got going, he broke the treadmill, and the resulting shockwaves that had hit him after he smashed the sound barrier turned him blue!

(Something...) this all I found at the sonic wikia Sonic Wikia who was transformed into Doctor Ivo Robotnik during a laboratory accident. but it doesn't have enough info on what happened and how he did transform into the Evil Dr. Robotnik! Well, most of them have weird fur colors, but I actually think Tails' fur color is pretty normal for a fox, a lot of red foxes have his same orangish-yellow fur!

Well, most of them have weird fur colors, but I actually think Tails' fur color is pretty normal for a fox, a lot of red foxes have his same orangish-yellow fur! how about tell about the fur colors of Blaze, Marine, Rouge, Fang and his sister Nic, and finally Knux? sorry if this a little kinda askin'

So Marine is sort of average colour. I imagine that Blaze being from another dimension could be purple but in fairness you do get "lilac point" cat colours. http://www.siamese-scotland.co.uk/Lilac%20Point.jpg < I know it isn't obvious but the facial and pay tones are more purpley than they are brown so maybe she is meant to be a sort of lilac point but she is just all lilac. Rouge is a white bat... Hmm http://sasthamcotta.files.wordpress.com/2009/06/1128065879.jpg you do get white bats they just aren't as pretty as Rouge but it makes sense. As for Knuckles, well he is red and the most "red" looking tone I have seen in a real life echidna is a sort of orangey shade. So I don't know why he is red, maybe it's from all the time spent around the master emerald has died his fur? Fang and Nic are weasles and I have never saw purple weasels so I cannot help with that one.

In that universe, that's how it happened, in the original game universe, he's blue because Sonic Team made it that way. End of story as this topic has been created a thousand times.
