the pc can't detect MicroSD USB adapter when i insert the SD card in though it is detected when the SD card in't inserted in the MicroSD USB adapter need help

Fix'd. They're illegal, so I really wouldn't discuss it here. They're illegal because they use a chipped cartridge to load several games. |

He didn't specify whether or not he has an R4. He just said MicroSD, which can be used for cameras. Besides, R4s are LEGAL, but it's what you DO with it.
