Well in the time of sonic games a lot of features have been introduced but...a lot of features have been lost also. What features of Sonic the hedgehog would you like to see come back? or what new elements would you like to see in future sonic games?

i personally liked the ol' finding an upgrade to use. what i mean by this is the items or equipment you find in SA & SA2. i mean i loved the light speed attack...it was....EPIC!! if they were to put that in with some more equipment then i would love sonic games even more. and sonic may even possibly get popular again.

*idea* Bring back the Chao Garden, BUT be able to transfer the Chao you have on SA/SA2 onto the newer game! Eh? EH?
I have an interest in spriting. If anyone has a request, don't hesitate to ask.

Deep stuff below:

Well, more like SADX/SA2B and it can only be done with a Wii game, but it could work.

Just bring Chao Gardens back in general. Have a similar way in raising Chao, just like in Sonic Adventure 2 (Battle).

To backup Sonikku-Otaku and answer Eevee's question:
the same way in how to transfer Chao between GameCube and Gameboy Advance. I don't think it'll be quite possible to transfer Chao from the Dreamcasts (sad).

Oh, I know! Bring back the Team concept, BUT (to mostly make many of you happy) instead of having all of the team members on screen at once, they tag out on who will be continuing onward. For example, let's say I was Team Sonic. My path is being blocked by a huge boulder and I'm using Sonic. I would just simply press a button, and voila, I'm Knuckles and able to bash that rock into pebbles.

Not sure if I'd like that or not.

I still can't use this.

The presence or lack thereof of your inactive teammates wasn't so much the problem as it was the way the entire gimmick was implemented. It was so patronizing and trivial with the stale, reoccuring obstacles, color coordinated signs, gates that automatically switched your characters out, and the lack of penalty for injured teammates that helped lead to Heroes' downfall. I wanted puzzles that were mentally stimulating and engaging as well as characters that had truly unique abilities even among their class counterparts; Seriously, what is the defining difference between Sonic and Shadow or Knuckles and Vector that makes playing practically the exact same campaign over four different times thrilling? Not enough.

The potential of wielding the Classic Trio at your disposal was completely shat on by the piss-poor copy-and-paste and buggy effort that is Heroes. However, since I like its main idea I wouldn't mind seeing them give the gimmick another go under the presumption that the actual obstacles require more than a reflexive button press and subsequent button-mashing to figure out as well as characters that aid in this type of engaging puzzle play by having a deep and unique set of abilities along with their general class traits.
