This is one of the reason why Tesco and other supermarkets own ASDA ( Wal-mart ) in UK.

But seriously, that's kind of a dick move if you ask me, sue the **Bleep**s I say. It's USA afterall right? You can sue anyone for anything.
I'm thinking about suing McDonalds because their Iced Coffee is too cold. I mean seriously!! There's no warning! I didn't know it was that cold when I accidentally spilled it on myself.
Nice to see you're attempting some hyrony, Metallix.
But if I wanted to, I could sue McDonalds for that. I'd surely lose the case, but I could.

Well I think my idea could work. Some idiot got away big for suing McDonalds because their coffee was too hot. Heck they even got money for suing McDonalds over getting fat and blaming it on their food. :D

I'm going to get really fat, start eating at Subway, and sue them for making me skinny! I don't want to be like Jared, I want my weight to attract the ladies. :D
