Well Wal-Mart has proven one thing.

Profit first.
Customer last.

Wal Mart is not the only place to do this... I've read many times people bought new games at gamestop only to find no disc in the case.

Well at least I got games in my boxes...even though two times they werent the games I wanted.

Then again, Gamestop is a monopoly itself too.

Well I've never experienced and empty casket. Mostly everyone is before you actually head to the seller and pay for the video game. That's also when he/she will add the cd to the game. It's a safety risk. I guess they haven't come up with such a unique idea there. XD
Working on banner, but if your looking to have some time off. Come, visit my channel on youtube.

If Reggie finds out, then the company will get her a new ds. Otherwise, "let the bullshit continue!" They'll say.

The stuff with gamestop, I have gotten the wrong game before, but if you can easily prove it was their fault, which is pretty easy to do when you know the people at your gamestop, they will gladly just switch the disks. I've never have the no disk thing happen before. If it wasn't in there, they would hear hell from my dad most likely.

But still, this is sorta ridiculous that it happened. It could have been a problem with walmart or some pranksters idea of a bad joke by putting that there himself.
I'm a gamer and always will be a gamer. If you don't believe me. I have 430 Video Games and 19 Consoles.

I doubt you could beat that unless you are a gamer as well! =P

So, let's see if you can outdo "The Jet Gamer"

XD Whoa... Whoa... Walmart is Pre-(Anti)Ownage... These are some sorry people out here. I mean, c'mon! Chinese Newspapers? ****-filled Memory Stick Duo? Wow. All on top of the fact that I lost my chance to get One Peice game and the closing of Layaway. Wall-Mart is digging their own grave. Lesson Learned, Kiddies: Order from the source.

That tells me one thing. I'm not buying my DSi from Wal-Mart. Probably from target or something. But it's bullshit that they wouldn't refund it right away, tupid wal-mart.

Well it's not so stupid, you've got to look at it from the business stand point. Anyone can claim their box was empty when they bought it and take advantage of the company, that's why they were reluctant to exchange it.

Also I think the person who bought it is kind of stupid. I'm pretty sure you can tell by weight that there's no DS and rocks in there. Plus couldn't they all slide around? They'd have to tape them down or something.

I got pegged with an empty box as well from GameStop. 'Course, I'd checked within five minutes of leaving the store, in the mall corridors, so... it ended up being all good. Problematic the big chains may be, but they are nothing if not convenient.
Indeed, there is nothing more repulsive than these monsters that defy nature and are known by the name of witcher, as they are the offspring of foul sorcery and witchcraft. They are unscrupulous scoundrels without conscience and virtue, veritable creatures from hell capable only of taking lives. They have no place amongst decent and honest folk.

This is one of the reason why Tesco and other supermarkets own ASDA ( Wal-mart ) in UK.

But seriously, that's kind of a dick move if you ask me, sue the **Bleep**s I say. It's USA afterall right? You can sue anyone for anything.

I'm thinking about suing McDonalds because their Iced Coffee is too cold. I mean seriously!! There's no warning! I didn't know it was that cold when I accidentally spilled it on myself.
