A vampyric fan/subscriber of SirRonLionHeart Posts: 352 Group: E Rank Knight Member #9,902 Joined: April 11, 2009	Two Summers ago, I went to Hawaii for a little more than week, starting on a Saturday, and ending the next Sunday. During the week, that Monday there was a magmic 6.4 earthquake that struck, and we were less than 5 MILES from the epicenter. Luckily, the only casualty in our guest house was a vase. (I don't live in Hawaii) Hurricane Flossie was on its way, and we had to retreat to higher ground, and by god I am glad we did. Tsunami-sized waves were pounding the shore, we went to watch! B) Then, after the storm passed, we got a MAJOR TSUNAMI WARNING because of some 9.1 earthquake in chili. ------- I went again recently, and of course, we have another magmic earthquake, this time even worse! This time a 7.6, and we were missing a chunk of our guest house, but at least no one was injured. Down the street people weren't as lucky. There were no deaths, but one house completely down, and something like 5 to the hospital, one critically. I want to go back this Summer, but should I? Am I unlucky in Hawaii? What made it occur at the exact time could be different issues. Like time of year when nature catastrophes are more common then in another different period of time. I can't tell, never been that far. And I have never actually experienced anything what you happened to come cross twice in a row. Perhaps you had more luck then bad luck. Maybe this had to be your two lifetime experiences when your close to face danger and your life is at the breech. I don't know. I guess it's just coincidence. I don't see it specially trouble you as a person. You have just been unlucky.

Posts: 4,340 Group: Former Monarchs Member #4,694 Joined: December 31, 2007	I doubt the state hates you, but that does seem to be a big degree of bad luck. Just make sure you are going during the season where hurricanes are not going to be hitting. Then the time of year when the earthquakes maybe less too, i dunno. You just have to watch the time of year you go, if you go during the wrong times of the year, its not going to be very pretty over there.
	I'm a gamer and always will be a gamer. If you don't believe me. I have 430 Video Games and 19 Consoles. I doubt you could beat that unless you are a gamer as well! =P So, let's see if you can outdo "The Jet Gamer"
