As in make the window smaller. Then stretch it so that you can see your desktop. And here's the weird part: click and drag the picture from the forums onto your desktop and you'll be able to access it in paint. Seems simple huh? Well it will once you do it.

If you can't open it, I'll write out a method here. Assuming that you're using MS Paint, Head to File > Save As... . Where it says 'Save As Type:', click the bar next to it, scroll down and click 'PNG (*.PNG)'. From there, save the image, and your sprites have lost near to no quality. ^^;
