It is not viewable by anyone who can not access it now and I have lowered the requirements to B-Rank Hero access(1000 posts) to access it as I just checked and found out not a whole lot of people have 1500 posts here. Only like 20+ or so... Secondly, I added a new Zone(Zone V) below community parlor, dedicated to forum events.
