Kat nodded at Adrian, but was he really fine? She was going as fast as she probably could without Adrian falling off. She looked at in front of her, the clouds seemed allot darker up close, she took a deep breath. She leaned back and took a long, flat, stick out of her shoe, it was hidden by her pant leg. Se looked at it" This should help us avoid waves" She told Adrian, she could start to feel little drops of water on her fur, no turning' back now. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lucario saw Jason jump into the water, and didn't see him come back up. He looked around the boat to see what their was that he could use to make another small boat, though he didn't know when the boat was gonna explode. He ripped off the steering wheel and took a paddle that all boat come from, Lucario through the wooden wheel onto the water, he then jumped on top of it, he began o paddle away from the boat when it suddenly exploded. |

Adrian tries to joke about the whole situation, however he was worried about their chance. --- Jason had difficult maintaining him self above, when the boom sent shiver like his heart increased with multiple beats per second. ((  I was playing when the cat when I felt something on my neck so I swatted at my neck and a HUGE black bug the size of a tratula fell and I HATE BUGS!!!!!  ))" You're probably thinking I can just go higher, no, the lightning's to severe" She kept a straight corse towards the island, she wondered though how the human and fox plan to get across, last time Kat saw her they where just talking" Oh, and that's what the flat stick's for, I can use it to steer the board, even though where no in water" Kat explained ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Because of the blast Lucario was sent flying, He landed in the water with a big splash, he anxiously paddled his way to the surface, when he got their he he slapped the water and kicked his legs, trying his best to stay afloat, he heard Jason call him, he took a deep breath" Jason!" Adrian didn't respond he just wished for his sake, she would do well out in the storm ahead. The waves had already increased in size, and from looking out towards the sea, he tried to look for the other competitors. In the distance he could see what looked like the black flag. Shivering since his last encounter with the evil duo. The two female's who also were a team, was nowhere to be seen. Obvious their route is different to avoid the strong currents. That left him thinking out loud. Even if it sounded like a question for other ears. "Think we could find a different route, so we won't sail in the violent weather ahead?" --- Jason could hear someone shouting in return, but it made him even more worried with the boat now waisted. He continues to swim, even the water was cold. But there has to be some floating waste from their boat. Indeed, a small piece of wood approached with the waves, that constantly smashed him in the face. He continued to yell, while trying to survive on his own. "Luc, where are you?" Once more it sounded like he's last breathe above the water surface. |

Jacques was looking off towards the docks, when he saw the guy from before riding on a hoverboard across the water with his teammate. "Hm." He said. "...Taint? I have a plan. You brought your throwing knives, right?" === Taint leaned over the ship, eyeing his targets. Suddenly he pulled out a few poison-tipped knives, and hurled them towards Kat and Adrian. They made a sharp whistle as they flew. (Figured I'd make things interesting. FIGHT!)

The agitated waters started to reach Shion and Huntress. "We have to hurry before the other competitors get there!" "I know! Let's just hope we can survive the waters first!" The monster growled frightened and started to swim away. "It's fleeing..." Huntress thought to herself, "Is it really that dangerous?" She looked out at the open sea forward with a worried look. (Haven't been able to come up with anything yet but I'm bing way to neglectful here. Apologies.) |

[ Sorry about being inactive for 3 weeks, I was at camp. I'm back now and we can get this rp active again^^] Kat thought about Adrian's idea, but, is their a safer route somewhere? Or would it just be better to go straight towards the island? She saw the boat the Taint and Jacques stool from a poor human. She stared at the boat, she saw the two robots talking, and then saw Taint looking at her and Adrian with two knifes in hand, her ears went down. She knelt down and put her left hand on the side of the board" You might want to hold on, unless you wanna go swimming" Once she saw Taint throw the knifes she sped up and pulled the board with the hand she held it with, the bored was now fully tipped and made a sharp turn, Kat felt a sharp pain in her right ear, she straightened the bored back up and held onto her ear, blood dripped down her face. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lucario broke through the surface and took a deep breath, he began breathing quickly, trying to get in as much air as possible without hyperventilating. He heard Jason call him and ask him where he is. He went under the surface again, he kicked viciously to get back to the surface. He threw an aura ball into the air to show Jason where he was, he then took another deep breath and went under the water. |

//Let's make another bump then.\\ Adrian's concentration wasn't to fall off. And the fact, the two villains decided to make an effort sending em down into the blue water was almost to much. He cramped around even in his odd posture, the daggers was thrown, but alas he made it without a scratch. Not so fortunate was Kat, he felt something tapping on his shoulder. Gentle and soft, like some sort of liquid. Worried, he made an effort to look up. "Hey, you okay up there?" Adrian shouted when another small touch from above decided to sink in his eye. Panicked, he was forced to blink like a maniac before he become frustrated. Even small, it affected greatly on the wolf, who lost his grip, and was thrown off board. --- There was someone in the waters ahead, unaware it was Luc made him scramble, before concentrating once more. As for the best ideal, there was no alternative safe location, so his waste hope, lied on his companion. "Luc?" He asked, before he decided to hold his breathe and look below. The water didn't seize however, the waves continued to smash his face, making things even harder to concentrate. Finally his breathe had catch up on him. He went down, and looked around while leaving the only possible raft left from their long lost boat. |

Jacques watched, his arms crossed, a grin on his face. No doubt he'd send the two competitors to the murky depths. "Keep throwing, Taint." He said coldly, his wicked grin growing wider. "Keep throwing." (Sorry for shortness. Couldn't think of much to say.) |

Kat nodded" Yea I'm fi- Adrian?" she looked behind her and saw him falling into the water" Adrian!" She let go of her hear and stood up, she did a sharp turn and jumped into the water, allowing the air board to fall as well, but because air still flowed out of it, it stayed in a hovering position. She looked around under water, when she found Adrian she swam over to him and grabbed onto his arm and wrapped her arm around his body. She then let go of his arm and began to swim upwards. The water touching her ear stinged, but also cleansed the wound. When her head poked out of the surface, she gulped for air, she wasn't sure if Adrian could swim or not, and their for didn't let go. She swam towards her air board, witch stayed in place. She grabbed it and climbed half way on, she loosened her grip on Adrian slightly so he could get on. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Under water, Lucario saw Jason, He began to swim towards him under water, unable to hold his breath any longer, he broke through the surface" Jason!" He said as he gulped for air. They couldn't give up, their where other contestants, they could always get some good luck and get a ride with another team. Lucario closed his eyes and, using aura, looked around them for other teams. He found the two robots, but Taint was throwing something. He then saw Kat and Adrian. What happened to Kats ear? He then opened his eyes " Their are other teams over in that direction" He quickly pointed" The two robots and Kat and Adrian. Kat and Adrian seem to be having the same problem as us" Lucario explained to Jason. |

Jacques cackled as he watched both teams flounder about in the water. "AHAHAHAHAHA!" He laughed, leaning over the railing. "Never mess with the Machine Emperor!" He suddenly pulled out three large orbs. "Oddly enough the guys we killed to get this ship had floating MINES in the...what do you call it? The ships basement?" He shrugged. Whistling, he threw the three into the water, and they started floating towards the other times. "Yar har fiddle dee dee, do watcha want cuz a pirate is free!" Jacques said, laughing like a madman. Taint stopped hurling knives and went back to steering. |

The waters shook the girls' boat. They tried to hold on but it kept getting rough. All of a sudden, another creature, strongly similar to the last one except of a reddish color grabbed the boat and held it in place. "What is..." Shion wondered wide-eyed. Huntress then noticed a shadow moving on the water. Focusing on it, she noticed the same beast from before, a gray echidna riding on it. "Shion..." she spoke with an odd tone, "I think something's up with these creatures..." Reaching Lucario and Jason, the creature, being ridden by the echidna, swum towards them. It picked them up and surfaced. "You two OK?" the echidna asked. |

Still aware Adrian fetched a hold of the board. While Kat seemed concentrated on rescuing. Adrian knew they're been watched from afar. And instead of climbing all the way up, he just lied there with both arms so she could head back on. He was alerted from the release of something heavy, as it plummet into the water. "Kat, we better avoid whatever those metal heads thrown into the water." Fortunate, let alone wish that none of the evil ones, were smart enough to active em before throwing em off board. Also what chance is there, would be advanced mines on modern fishing vessels. Adrian started to scramble on-board, as waiting for Kat to hasten their route towards the waves. ---
"Who?" As if Jason didn't care. What he cared was to come out of this alive. Yet rescue wasn't far from them, obvious a rider came on a beast out at sea. And before none of them could react, they were safe on it's back. A confidential boost after seeing almost negative on the whole completion, after all the other teams came closer, and would shortly have outrun em. Once more he tried to take out the share positive kindness available. "Thanks, we'll owe you for that one, whoever you are mysterious rider." As if that really mattered, but alas he could trick em to believe his intentions were good, he'd be fine with whoever takes him to their destination. And from there, he'd likely make an devious scheme to trick em behind. After all, he still had some vital items stocked, if he hadn't now lost em after been thrown off board. The storm continued at the same time, but it hadn't built up in strength, in fact it's slowly been calmer. Though with rain still falling down, and occasionally thunder coming from above.
