EDIT: Uh...GIMP don't wanna download.....after I hit "Run" it says "You must be logged in as an administrator or as a member of the Power Users group when installing this program" ANy help? You have a limited user account. If that's a home PC and assuming you still live with your family, you need to ask a parent or whatever to log into their account and install it for you.
