Well, if the graphics in the video didn't make it easy enough to find out which version is which, I'll explain. Both version's battles consisted of three main parts, One where you fight Dark Gaia as Gaia colossus, one where your race to Dark Gaia's three eyes as Sonic on top of Colossus, and the final part where you fight Perfect Dark Gaia as Super Sonic. The 360 version had you boosting to Dark Gaia as Colossus from far away, avoiding rocks he throws at you and such. The Wii version has you just do a battle like a boxing match. The Sonic run parts are mostly identical, with only a few differences added in. The final battle in the 360 version has you breaking PDG's shield as GC holds him off, then have you do action commands at the end, but the Wii version just has you collection rings to charge at all 7 of his eyes, while avoiding his claw attacks. Both versions have their up and downs, such as the Wii version lacks a bit of epicness IMO, but the punch-out battle was much better than the action chain one you have in the 360 version, the 360 one has less fighting Dark Gaia, ect. All in all, Sega, as shown in the video, left out certain parts or made certain parts in a way to where it seems like the two versions complete each other. Just watch the video again (presuming you have already) and see if what I said makes sense. |

Yea that will be awsome. But I don't think thats gonna happen. The Wii needs an HD and Nintendo will not make something like that. >_> |

I thought they were making a HD Wii, but oh well. x3 I hope they add some sorta update to the game, like characters, level, overall gameplay, and also glitches. x3 |

Well, if you wanna go that far, the 360 version had parts removed too. Like I said, both versions are missing parts in a way that makes them seem to "complete" each other. @Aurorae: There are actually some glitches I know of, but they may only be for the 360 version. And isn't there a graphic card you can get for the Wii? As for the added content, I highly doubt it. That's something Bungie would do, not Sega. Edited by A Spades Ω, Feb 7 2009, 09:09 AM.

Do you mean me? Well, I'm not sure, but I've heard that Nintendo will not make an Wii HD. But I hope they do! Because then the Wii owners can play the awsomness 360-version of Sonic Unleashed. Do you get my point?

Actually, I don't think that just having HD makes it so the Wii can handle the 360 version. It's more then good graphics that make the 360 version what it is.

Wait the Wii Version is the same as the PS2 version. And also the PS3 version is the same as the XBOX360 version. And the 20G, 60G and SOME 180G PS3's can play PS2 games. Maybe the PS3 had a patch so you could copy the PS2 version to the hard drive and could set it so when ever the PS3 version was played they would be combined. (It wouldn't effect me because I don't own a PS3 but it is still a cool idea.) |
