I've been exploring the artistic work recently, including spriting(Sonic the Skater) and signature making... I made a few sigs just out of boredom. Well, I'll show them, and give you a few details. Just click on the spoiler. Spoiler: click to toggle SONIC THE HEDGEHOG ^^This was actually my first attempt at a Sonic sig. I just thought since it was a first, I should experiment with Sonic. SKATEBOARDING ^^I love to Skate. That's the explanation of this signature. That isn't me skating, it's some other dude I found on Google. Part of a skating magazine I think. Anyway, I just changed the brightnedd, contrast and the board in the picture, and I got that. I entered it in the Paradise contest. No way it's gonna win, but that's my paradise MARIO ^^I always wanted to make a Mario Signature, and this came up GO GREEN ^^It's something I want to spread to people. It's a message that has value. It's probably my favorite quote other than the one in my signature. This is probably my favorite sig out of all of these. ALL HAIL VENNY ^^I hate this one. It was for the All Hail Venny SOTW. It was a five minute attempt. It sucks.... SKITTLES MOVEMENT ^^It's this one joke group I'm in with my friends at school. Don't know the intention of our little gang, but whatever. I talk to a lot of cute girls. I used the same background in this one as I did in the Mario sig. I just increased the brightness and the contrast. This one actually took me around half an hour. CAMILLA BELLE ^^To me, this is the hottest girl on the planet. Some one asked me to make this, and I had no problem. ROLLER COASTER TYCOON 3 ^^This is a game I like. After I finished playing it today, I just made it. SNOWBOARDING ^^This is my first year snowboarding, but I learned so much. Including a 540. I'm surprised I got this good this year. Anyway, those are my very first sigs. Comments and Critisicm would be greatly appreciated. UPDATE: I WILL START TAKING FAN CHARACTER REQUESTS! Sonic Crossroads 6 years ago, I began a fangame project called "Pure Shadow". I cancelled the project due to lack of time and other priorities. Now that I'm in college, and have loads of more time, I found the file and began to pick it up again. After refreshing my memory of all the coding put into the engine, I decided to use it to write a new project. Drawing out a new plot and new gimmicks for the project, I decided to rename this project called Sonic Crossroads. This project is going to be completed in Game Maker 8 PRO coded by myself and my friend who goes by the alias, MastaaFrederick. Because of our lack of experience in many aspects to increase enjoyability (such as music, artistry, animation, etc.), we want to develop a small team to work on this project. Anyone who is interested, please message me. On top of these things, we want to create a new antagonist for the story. We, MastaaFrederick and I, need a whole new character concept. We want the most creative fan character we can find, and create a sprite sheet for this character. We would like to find a character via messenger. Demo for the fangame coming soon.

Now, I don't recall if there' supposed to be white around Paper Mario in addition to his black border, but you might want to try and get that off if not. Also, Sonic has the same white still on him, but in much smaller amounts, that needs to be removed. Anyway, those are seriously fantastic! What are you using to make these?

I don't have photoshop, so I use Microsoft Powerpoint to put it together and edit, and MS Paint to edit a few things as well. And thanks for the comments! Glad someone appreciated them! And I did notice the white around Mario, but not Sonic. Thanks for pointing it out, I'll fix it ASAP. And, as for Mario, I added the white there. I thought it would make it look better. If not, then just say so and I'll get rid of it.

I'll be there every step of the way... Posts: 4,813 Group: C Rank Legend Member #1,680 Joined: July 13, 2007	The white on Mario looks good in a way, but you proably need to smooth it out a little around the edges. Make it flow into the red more noticeably, and make sure it's pretty even in depth all around. There's a few parts where it pokes out a bit. Also, that's an odd combination of tools. XP I've never heard of anyone doing that before. It seems to work efficiently, though! Might I suggest GIMP for some of the details that Powerpoint probably doesn't cover? It's free to download, and it's probably the best thing you'll ever find that you don't have to pay for or illegally pirate or something, and on close terms with even those things. And I'm always happy to comment on anyone's works. ^.^

That's correct. I'm currently using how to use GIMP, but I'm not to sure on everything, so until I have a good understanding of the program, only then will I start using it.
