See, I've never really done any spriting, until a few days ago after I came back from a long, cold day at the skatepark. I was searching through sprites in MFZ and noticed a Sonic Genesis styled sheet with him skateboarding. I noticed it was somewhat, small. So, I decided to go out and make the blue blur on a skateboard. It's still a work in progress, but I know a guy who wants to use them for a fangame. Here's the one I found on MFZ and here's the one I am currently working on *SPECIAL NOTE: The image was resized to avoid stretching the topic and such. So, click on the "View Full Image" button above to see a less pixelated and blurry sheet. * Yeah. As mentioned, it's still a work in progress and it is one of my first spriting attempts. Sonic Crossroads 6 years ago, I began a fangame project called "Pure Shadow". I cancelled the project due to lack of time and other priorities. Now that I'm in college, and have loads of more time, I found the file and began to pick it up again. After refreshing my memory of all the coding put into the engine, I decided to use it to write a new project. Drawing out a new plot and new gimmicks for the project, I decided to rename this project called Sonic Crossroads. This project is going to be completed in Game Maker 8 PRO coded by myself and my friend who goes by the alias, MastaaFrederick. Because of our lack of experience in many aspects to increase enjoyability (such as music, artistry, animation, etc.), we want to develop a small team to work on this project. Anyone who is interested, please message me. On top of these things, we want to create a new antagonist for the story. We, MastaaFrederick and I, need a whole new character concept. We want the most creative fan character we can find, and create a sprite sheet for this character. We would like to find a character via messenger. Demo for the fangame coming soon.

The Female Ultimate Life Form! Posts: 3,112 Group: E Rank Legend Member #59 Joined: April 29, 2006	I'd say it's not bad for a start. I would probably adjust the top part of the board, so it isn't 100% black. (Changing the shade to be more like a dark grey) But maybe that's just me.

And, yes, I will fix it by next update. I was thinking the same thing when I noticed the grip tape. But, maybe a bit darker tone on the grey? I'll try the grey you mentioned, but I'll also try a slighty darker tone as well. ITOS Could you be mistaken for the snowboard used at the start of IceCap Zone in Sonic 3? Anyway, decent work. I'm sure somebody will find something useful for this sheet. Thanks. I do know someone who wants it for a fangame, but I meant for this sheet to be used in a good creative comic or something. But, ok. Raedo That's pretty sic. You should make some with other characters. Thank you. And, yes, I was thinking of making the main trio (Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles) have a their own skating sheet. But, first, I need to finish Sonic and expieriment with him so I know how well to do the sprites and all. Thanks for the comments. The next update should be up by a day or two. If there are any tricks that you would like me to add, or Character Special Tricks (Like Sonic's Human Dart Doulble Kickflip to Fakie Combo) just let me know and I'll do the best I can.
