Eight centuries ago their was a huge island in the middle ocean called Souridge. On the island there was a battle over a powerful crystal staff in the mountains in the west of the island, whoever possessed the staff would have great power and would rule the island. The battle raged on for three years until one of the solders got the staff, but the power of the weapon didn’t accept him the power turned on him it was like the staff had a mind of it’s own. The staff floated up in the air and blasted the island splitting it in two, the western part of the island began to move away and it disappeared. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rules You can use any number of your charcters, but state how many after you do your intro. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The plot There is a boat heading towards Souridge east island, they are going on a hunt for the crystal staff, you find out more about the crystal staff on the island from the people on the island. You first start in a city what has near it beach and the docks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eight centuries later in the present at the beach near the city, a puma was walking across the shore through the water holding his shoes and socks in his hands. The puma stops and looks up ahead and sees a boat at the docks, he walked out of the water and started to run up. As he ran up he came to some wooden steps, he sat on the bottom and put his socks and shoes on and walked up, he looked up and saw the boat was huge. "Big isn't it" said a voice behind him. The puma turned around and saw it was a dog. "Hi Rocky what are you doing here?" "Well Zamau I am going on the adventure to hunt for this staff" "What adventure?" "This boat is heading for the Souridge island well what left of it" "What is sourdge and this staff?" "I don't know much about the island but the staff is powerful and maybe valuble, do you wanna come" "Yeah okay but is it just us?" "No, some more might come later, we start to sail tomorrow" Zamau and Rocky walked up the steps on to the ship. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Characters Name: Zamau Vanasaki Species: Puma Gender: Male Age: 16 Height: 3.3 Weight: 75 lbs Appearance: Aqua fur Eye color blue White muzzle and inner ears, tummy/chest Triangular ears Bulbous black nose Medium length tail Attire: Dark blue t shirt White gloves Blue with green lightning patterns on the side od the legs shorts White socks Green sneakers with a white rubber sole and red strpes pattans on the sides a red spike pattan on top ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Rocky Growler Species: Dog Age: 17 Height: 3.7 Weight: 77 lbs Appearance: Fur color: Brown Eye color: Brown Light brown muzzle Black nose Black Floppy big thick ears Light brown fur middle of his belly and muzzle and tip of his tail Attire: Green short sleeve jacket White t shirt White gloves Blue denim shorts White socks Black shoes with white strap on the ankle and with a spot on the heal and white sole and toe ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I will do one more character later. //Hey! Why all in the great city, I can't use my dragon/s. O well I add a link to each of my character later. I will just go with the wind and let their names and stuff be revealed as the role play expands.\\ Time passing by, when eventually one mysterious warrior chasing down the streets. Looking straight forwards, making sure he won't bump into anyone present within the town. Some would look wary about his approach, some would continue with their usual labouring. Market stands with one seller each raising it's voice to seek attention from possible customers. However the warrior wasn't seizing his seemingly endless path ahead towards the docks were a great ship had docked. And someone had mentioned Treasure Hunt, it was at least worth to examine this investigation close-up, rather then settled down looking in an array of boringness as time flow by. A few more steps left him looking across some stairs heading down with two mountain cliffs split apart like a narrow alleyway. Yet more surpassing then a cold and blackened street with no interest of the likings except for those who commit crime and acts to use it like cover from the town's guard/police patrolling with their car's/feet/horses and other moveable possibilities. The Average old man arrives seeing two citizens carrying some sort of weaponry by each one's belt. Possible those he's about to meet and maybe even unite for whether a good or evil purpose. His running seized to exist while trampling through the small sand-dunes covering most of the beach. This man wasn't just wearing the ordinary clothes however. Suited with one white jacket along with a shirt who's image in front would be of a wolf. While beneath his fur would stand out from the cold or warmth lying ahead. His tail wagging back and forth, probably excited about what possibilities lies ahead by carrying of with a small crew out in the open sea. A black wolf named Adrian would be about to state his arrival seeking one of the other warriors attention. "Excuse my delay. But are you here to leave already. I haven't prepared my self, due I would like to know what and who's the captain on this ship." Finally settled with both feet firmly towards the ground while scratching at his back with the right hand available. The other would pass smoothly down his left side. //Haha! I can't make beginner's posts man. You'll have to live with this.\\ |

As Rocky and Zamau were on the steps they heard someone call out to them, they turned around and saw a wolf. Rocky came down as the puma waited on the steps, the dog stood on the dock grounds and faced the wolf “Welcome to the ship I’m Rocky, we are going on a voyage to an island what has a powerful treasure. Anyway the captain will be down in a moment to give us a tour he is my brother”. Zamau went down to introduce himself to the wolf “Hi I’m Zamau I’m here for the treasure hunt which might be cool”. As the two introduced themselves to the wolf another dog came out, he headed down the step onto the docks “Hello everyone I am Bret Growler captain of this ship, and you all are here for the hunt for the crystal staff on the island of Sourige. The wolf greeted them both in return. "Nice to meet you both. I'm Adrian Valiant Elderhorn. But you may just call me Adrian." While after finished his sentence the appointed captain of this ship arrived. However the announcement leaving so soon left him with an utter urgent message towards Growler. "I am sorry, but I haven't prepared my self for any journey. In all haste I was just curious about the ship and were off to it where to sail." The town turned his attention away from the rest of his currently team members. If you'd let me have one hour, then I should have everything prepared and eventually also returned back here." Rocky and Zamau walked up the steps to go look in the ship, the captain came down and walked in front of the wolf he turned round to face him. "We leave here tomorrow morning at 10 am, you have plenty of time to get prepared if you still want to come anyway I have to get the ship ready as well" Bret walked away from the wolf and headed over to a bag on the ground next to warehouse, in the bag was some tools, a rope and a grappling hook; he picked up the bag and walked back to the ship. In bottom the ship Rocky was showing Zamau round the cabins, the cabins had water was dripping from the pipes on the ceiling and the beds were hammocks. “This is not a cruise ship this will have to do” said the dog, the puma walked up to a window but couldn't see anything just the water from the sea and the bottom of the docks ground, "Come on lets go back outside the captain might want our help" said the dog, the puma and the dog left the cabins and went back outside side on the boat and saw the captain getting the ship ready and the wolf standing on the dock grounds. "I am sure, I'll make it." While he turned around making haste back home to equip him self for a long journey out at sea. Whether his interest collecting the middle island symbol wasn't his ideal to adventure. It was the hefty winds, battling if possible and pursuing through what could almost be deadly for any mortal man. Running across the beach before heading upstairs the same way he'd arrived from. Minutes passed till half an hour before his trial ended abruptly from the scenery crowds gathered around in a circle shearing and booing two different names. One who'd stand familiar to Adrian. Making haste he asked some of the nearby citizens who's presence was more towards the market. "What's going on?" While slightly moving his head forwards into the midst of battle and crowds as one. "I am sorry, what did you say." Unfortunate towards the man, his act of words felt empty and no listeners nearby. Scratching his forehead before continuing watching dozens of wares tempting one rich fellow like he were. The black wolf made it to the scenery and wished to almost walk through to find his friend into a dazzling feud. "Hey, watch it." Voices alarmed, when the animal pushed through without hesitation towards those around and wouldn't care if they fallen to the ground. There she was. Feona the fiery red fox, who've he'd known since his arrival at this town. The fox had more pressure avoiding one fist after another then fighting back. "Enough off this." Adrian yelled after pushing the one involved from each other. "Explain your self Feona." "Let me have her." The other one screamed almost the wolf's ears into deafness. Feona returned almost the same without making much sense towards Adrian who only wished to seize such one futile and pointless fight. "Shut up." Adrian made it clear he had no patience with woman yelling at each other. "Now explain your self." He knew the red fox female was known to cause trouble, however he'd never been the one to persuasive interrupt before until now. Two different stories about who was responsible. He decided to take Feona with him. "Come along with me." While making sure the crowds excited for more, moved aside. None would seem to interfere, except the female. "Let me go Adrian. I ain't finished before I say so." Yet she couldn't escape from his clutches. |

Back at the docks Bret was checking the ship to see if the there was no damage, he stood on the docks and saw that the left side of the ship was okay, he walked to a wooden jetty behind the ship and saw no damage to the rear of the ship. He began to walk to another jetty to the left of the one he was on now to check the right side of the ship, Rocky looked over the railing on the ship and saw his brother “what are you doing?” he shouted down, “Bret looked up and saw his brother “I am checking the ship for any damage this is an old ship, but since you are on the ship not helping me go check the front” he shouted back up. Rocky got a bit mad because of the captain sarcasm but he still went to the front of the ship, he climbed over the railing at the front and looked down at the front of the ship held on to the rail with his right hand, he saw no damage except a small scratch at the top left side of the front. He climbed back over and turned around and saw his brother in font of him, “I have checked the front no damage” “Good the right side of the ship is okay too, now we just need to wait for that wolf”. The captain headed towards the steps to go down but before he did he looked around the ship. “Where is Zamau?” “I don’t know he might have gone to get prepared for the journey“. Bret headed into the ship and went down stairs into the cabins and tripped over a shoe on the floor, he got back up and saw the puma sleeping in one of the hammocks he threw the shoe and it hit a wall and woke up the puma. Zamau looked at the captain and saw that he looked angry “What’s wrong?” the captain picked up another shoe what looked the same as the other “I tripped over your sneakers, next time leave your shoes by your hammock, anyway the ship is ready for the journey we just need to wait for that wolf” said the captain. “His name is Adrian and I thought we were leaving tomorrow?” “We are but we sleeping in the ship tonight to be ready for tomorrow come on the wolf might be back by now”, Zamau got up and sat on the side of the hammock and jumped onto the floor “Well shouldn’t we wait outside then?” Bret said nothing and went back outside the puma put his shoes back on and followed the captain outside and to see if Adrian was back. Adrian had lost time and had more serious stuff to finish before heading back. First, he cared for the red female, however he couldn't see them together. She was to crazy and unpredictable. "What is wrong with you?" As he'd finally let her go. "What do you care." She snapped in return turning around showing her back. The black wolf walked forwards before embracing her literally. "I do care... I wish not to see you getting harmed by some foolish act. You know what? Maybe you should accompany me along with a few towards the greater island to secure one sacred artefact. There will be adventure." Turning around, both almost touching their nose-tips nudging em against each other. She had always liked him for his stubbornness and words that always made her feel better. However she refused his offer and pushed him literally apart from each other. "I can't. I have other obligations being taken care of like work. With fear of falling in love she had to stay away." Adrian sighed and wished not to persuade her in anyway. "Well if you change your mind. Meet my by the docks tomorrow morning before sun arise in the morning image." With one hand raised literally waving before heading back home to secure his equipment. Looking upon time would stand the test of time. Almost dark, and he'd still hadn't arrived back home. Well if they travel out alone. Then I shall use another transport to accompany them. While he promenaded back to his house. That female always made him unfocused towards his current objective. And delay was always a possibility. However the captain mentioned something about sailing first thing in the morning so he should be fine whether he turns out back at the ship around midnight. Outside the cabins on the ship the captain and Zamau looked over at the docks and saw that Adrian had not returned, Bret looked up at the sky and saw it was dark blue, he looked down at his watch on his left wrist and saw it was 8.30 pm and he was getting a little mad. Zamau looked at the captain and saw and angry look on his face “We don’t leave until ten in the morning, there is plenty of time for him to come back” the captain turned he head and looked at the puma and growled a little and then went in the ship towards the bridge. On the steps of the ship leading down to the docks Rocky was sat sleeping, while he was sleeping a gust of strong wind blew the sea up towards the steps and splashed the dog, Rocky quickly woke up and ran down the steps he and was wet “Oh great just great” he shouted sarcastically. Zamau heard Rocky shout and ran towards the steps he looked down and saw that the dog was wet and began to laugh, Rocky looked up and saw the puma laughing and got angry. Zamau began to walk down the steps still laughing, the puma didn’t see that the steps were wet and slipped down to the dock ground and then Rocky began to laugh, the dog walked over to the puma helped him back up. Zamau looked at the steps and then looked at Rocky “What happened?” “I don’t know I was asleep, but maybe some wind blew the sea against the docks what splashed up an hit the steps” Rocky began to walk back up the steps slowly to the ship, Zamau was about to walk up but the dog threw down a towel it landed at the pumas feet “You can get those steps dry with that towel!” shouted the dog, the dog went in the ship while the puma tried to get the steps dry. |

The black wolf arrived at midnight as he'd foretold. However instead of making entrance he walked on deck before finding him self looking ahead into the moonlight. Clearly each one of these moments made him feel closer towards his own family. He carried downstairs shortly there after making sure not to disturb before checking available cabins. Fortunate he chosen the lone suit. Quickly letting down his baggage, before heading too sleep. |

In one of the ship’s cabin’s Bret, Rocky and Zamau were sleeping in the hammocks, the captain woke up and steps on to the wooden floor and headed up out of the cabin and outside. Zamau woke up by the sound of the captain walking up the steps and got down from his hammock, as he got down he tripped over one of his shoes by the side of the hammock and landed on his stomach, he got back up and walked up the steps and outside. Outside it was a little cold with the moonlight shining on the ship, Zamau walked over to the railing and looked over at the docks and saw the captain untying a rope what was connecting the ship to a post, the puma walked down the steps what were dry now on to the dock ground and walked towards the captain. “What are you doing?” The captain didn’t look at the puma but still answered “I am untying the ship for tomorrow, you go back to sleep it’s cold out here“. Zamau looked and saw the captain was ready to go like he was in a hurry, “But if you untie the ship won’t it just drift away from the docks? also these are rough waters at night”. The captain stopped and left the ship tied to the post “I wanted to leave now, by the time everyone woke up we would be there” Zamau pointed to the sea Bret looked at the water and saw it was rough, there were some waves and the tide was high with the water soaking the half of the docks. The captain looked at his watch and saw it was 1.45 am. “Okay we will go later today at ten in the morning” Zamau looked at the beach “What about Adrian, is he back yet?” Bret was on the ship walking towards the bridge “Yeah I think so” the captain shouted down. Zamau walked up the steps on to the ship and walked toward the steps into the cabins, at the top he took his socks off because they were wet from the tide flowing on the docks, he walked down into the cabin and jumped in his hammock and went to sleep. //Remember to spread characters from each other. I have hard times actually see who is the one active or not.\\ It was still late at night. Adrian had no trouble sleeping out at sea. However occasionally dreams would haunt him doing unpredictable things without knowing. Once or twice he'd almost set his own place on fire. While still present, those above sure made a hell of a noise at such late noon. The decisions made him head back on deck. "What's up with all the noise." Adrian questioned ether one nearby when he made a couple of training exercises as to whether stay up all night. |

In the cabin while everyone was asleep Zamau woke up from someone shouting on the deck about the noise, he got up and headed up the steps onto the the deck where he saw Adrian, he walked up to the wolf to explained what happened. "Sorry for waking you up, the captain was untying the ship so we could sail through the night, I had to stop him because the sea is rough at night" The captain came down from the bridge and saw the wolf and the puma "Why are you too up?" the captain asked. Zamau walked towards Bret and stood in front of him "Well Adrian woundered what was with the noise, about you trying to sail to the island now" The captain looked at the water and saw it was calm and then started to yell, "If we would of gone now we would be there in the morning, the sea is okay" Bret turned to the Adrian "Do you think it would have been better to sail out now?" he asked the wolf while still shouting. Adrian almost covering his ears with all shouting going on. The captain wished to sail at the midst of night. What the rush was all about wasn't of the wolf's concern. Sigh... "I am perfectly fine with your decision captain." Pointing the question towards Bret. The warrior headed back from where he came from passing Zamau on his way down. Tapping him on his shoulder whether it was to accept the puma's apology. It wasn't long though before the door closed behind, and soon carried towards sleep. However he kept pondering why the Captain wished to leave shores in such one inquisitive time. Where he to be trusted, at least there was no point making hasty approaches on whether he's guilty, breaking the law. |

After Adrian went back to sleep accepting the captains decision to set sail early the dog turned to the puma and grinned “Adrian seems okay with it so we can go” the captain said very happily. Zamau was unsure about sailing out early through the night “I think we should wait until 10 am to set sail” he whispered. The captain stopped smiling and got a little angry “Your not the captain I am, and I say we leave now” he whispered as he clinched his right fist, Zamau saw the captain was getting angry so he began to walk back to the cabin. Bret turned around and began to walk to the steps leading down to the docks, as he was walking he fell down on the deck and fell asleep. |

Time passed by. Soon they would be out there in the middle of ocean. She never showed up. It would be a while till next time he would see her. The wolf had finally closed his eyes and snored silently. What's next on their schedule would only tomorrow morning reveal. //Short, as I have nothing more to add. Morning came the sky was blue the sun was shining, in the ship in one of the cabin’s Rocky woke up he stretched his arms up and yawned. The dog opened his eyes and got up and stepped onto the floor and walked towards the steps Rocky went up outside onto the deck. Outside it was warm with a little gust of wind the dog walked along and saw his broth sleeping on the deck, he ran over to the captain and woke him up “Hey Bret wake up!” the dog shouted. The captain slowly stood up and was a little tired “I’m awake what time is it?” the captain asked. Rocky looked at the captain watch and told him “It’s ten o clock” he said. The captain was surprised by the time “We have to go now, is the crew awake?” said the captain as he walked down the steps on to the docks, “No but why were you asleep on the deck?” his brother asked. The captain looked towards Rocky “I wanted to sail out through the night but Zamau said the sea was too rough we woke Adrian up then I fell asleep” said the captain as he was untying the ship. Rocky looked at the captain untying the ship “If you untie that the ship gonna leave without you” said the dog, the captain looked up towards his brother “No it won’t the rope is to keep it steady while it’s docked, the steps are securing the ship to the docks” said the captain. The captain untied the rope and the ship began to shake a little but it was still connected to the docks by the steps, the captain walked up the steps on to the the ship "Rocky grab the left railing of the steps" he said as he grabbed the right railing. The two brothers began to pull the steps up, two bars connected underneath the bottom step came out of two holes in the ground disconnecting the ship from the docks. The two brothers pulled the steps up and the ship began to move away "Time to wake up everyone" said the captain as went up to the bridge, in the bridge he activated the alarm "Rise and shine" he shouted. At once, the black wolf find him self seated viewing just ahead, before circling around whether the ship had been set on fire. However it all passed away, when hearing the captain shout. "Rise and Shine." Typical, for once I was asleep without my nightmares haunting me. Making haste outside to see what the big deal was about. When he arrived, all sailors had find them self in use. They had left the shores behind. The female didn't show up, for whatever purpose he wished to see her along. Maybe to actually have someone to communicate with about more personal stuff, he couldn't just share with complete strangers. However he would need to get knowing them somehow. As they all had one same purpose. Secure the Crystal staff, what's importance it may have, wasn't currently directly concerning him. Instead he made ways towards the captain to report for duty. "You need any of my assistance captain." Asking while scratching the back of his head, just awoken and with little time polishing his fur. The captain looking onwards at the sea, there was no island in sight yet since they just set sail. The sun was shining down on the ship the captain closed his eyes and yawned a little because he was still a little tired. The captain opened his eyes and saw a shadow on the ground and heard Adrian askeing for his assistance he turned around to respond "Not at the moment but in time I will need some help later, and you can call me Bret" he said as he smiled. Zamau walked up the steps out of the cabin and on to the deck, he saw the captain talking with the wolf and rushed over. The puma tapped the captain on the shoulder to get his attention. "Hey what was up with the alram this morning" he shouted, the captain turned towards the puma "I was waking you up I'm sorry about the alarm dude, anyway we are sailing now it will take three hours until we get to the island". The captain walked away form the wolf and puma and headed up to the bridge. Edited by Zamau, Feb 5 2009, 08:52 AM.

Adrian continued onwards with his own. Facing Zamau before moving towards the bench accessible on-board. As he find him self seated down, he just sat there looking ahead towards their destination lying ahead. Closing his eyes, with an attempt retrieve some lost sleep. It's crazy to be waked up so early in the morning with no important matter whatsoever. Then, it's more casual that he would find a passable and enjoyable attention from the glowing fireball beyond Earth's atmosphere. |
