Unreal Tournament 3 looks just like Gears! No surprise there, it's made by Epic. So far I'm not impressed though... I'm not a fan of first person shooters. I liked Resistance and heard good things about this so I decided to get it since used it was only $18. The campaign seems a little bland in the missions where you have to defeat the enemy by destroying their core or capturing their flag... So it's basically like online with a story added to it and bots. Granted I haven't played it long, so maybe it'll get better. I've heard online was what this game is great for, but after Warhawk, I doubt I'll be playing this much online. Warhawk is just all around AWESOME! It just pulls you in and makes you want more and I only played the demo. I hate online games and the only online game I've liked was Tribes 2. In fact I liked it so much I spent thousands of hours on it over 4 years. It was just so addicting! Warhawk is somewhat like Tribes, only more realistic and less fantasy. I can't wait to get my own DSL so I can play it at home.

Now that I have a comfortable place to sit while playing games, I'd say Unreal 3 is pretty cool. Still no where near as good as Warhawk, but it is good.

It has rendered all of my other games(Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Resistance, Motorstorm, etc) unplayable and now my most anticipated titles for the near future(inFAMOUS, Killzone 2) are no longer anticipated!! I simply can't get enough... I'm going to buy the add-ons too. I can't wait to play with dropships and jetpacks!
