 There's a floating box on the top left of my screen that says; "Wow! A floating box... a floatbox! And it's transparent now, too!" What's it for?

 Yea I was gonna make a topic about this too...now it says "Sonic Blast Help Pod". I assume it helps people but when I click it it turns un-transparent, and it does nothing.
