 Well I've decided to go with something epic to celebrate my return to RPing, and it really doesn't get much more epic than this:

An incident occurs in which super-powered critters (Fan-Characters basically) accidently get Station Square blown up during a fight with a super-villan. This causes a public outrage at how these so-called "Super-Heroes" behave, calling for reform and order. As a result G.U.N. gets a law passed that declares that all creatures with super-powers (or those that use highly advanced technology as a power substitute) must register with them and either:

A) - Be trained, and serve as G.U.N. Agents or;

B ) - Give up using their super-powers ever again, punishiable by law if they do.

Now as you may see, not all people are happy with this. Some, embodied by Sonic, take umbridge at this assault on their liberties. Others, such as Shadow, see this as the natural evolution of super heroes in society, and see this as a reasonable request. These dividing lines pit brother against brother; friend against friend; lover against lover. Now it's up to YOU to choose what side your Fan Characters are on. Your allowed up to 5 FCs and one Official Character. Try to make it that close friends are forced against each other, not truly hating each other but doing what they think is right. Also, if your controlling an Official Character, try not to make them seem too OOC.

Shadow the Hedgehog - Shadow knows first hand the destruction untrained and uncontrolled powers can create. He's not going to put the world he vowed to protect at risk becuase of other people's inability use them properly. (Blizshadow)

Miles "Tails" Prower - Tails agrees whole-heartedly with G.U.N.'s decision and hopes that this act will make the world a better place. (Cazarir)

Rouge the Bat - An agent of G.U.N. for the longest time, she completely believes in their decision... So long as she gets her jewels. (Master of Darkness)

Silver the Hedgehog - Has abilities that could be considered dangerous, and no desire to hurt the innocent. He realizes that this could be a way for him to put his powers to good use. (Blizshadow)

Storm the Echidna - He believes that by taming those with supernatural abilities, the world will be better off, even if that includes himself. (Nirguris Vikaile)

Ress the Jaguar - Knowing of what he can become and how strong he is, he knows that getting some help to control his power would be wise and not only help others but help himself from hurting others. (lilsonic)

Roman - This is the first quick way to finding peace, he thinks. In fact feeling left alone after his sister abandon him since she cared less for who's right or wrong. But he wished to make something useful out of his life then just heading back home getting served dinner just to settle down in front of television before some sleep until back to his last work, who's involvement were just paper work, and even more paper work. It tired the warrior and there for joined GUN forces. He knew at least how to handle a gun and could easily pin down a foe if necessary. (Dragonflame)

Panzer Scope Prototype I - Designed by G.U.N as the answer to uncompliant supers, Scope is a prototype military android programmed to hunt down and delete any anti-registration mavericks. If he does his job well, they may even begin mass production... (Timothy Ulysses Crusader)

Danielle Moonstar the Echidna - Dani realizes the danger uncontrolled powers would have on society and wants to stop it from getting out of hand. (Beta Ray Banhammer)

Opponents of Registration:

Sonic the Hedgehog - Free and unrestrained is the only way this blue hedgehog knows how to live life. He could never put up with all the red tape and regulations of G.U.N., nor could he quit doing what he does best: running. All this is aside from the fact that he believes this to be morally wrong. Dr. Julian Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik - G.U.N. would sooner have Robotnik thrown in jail than have him work for them and he's fully aware of it. Though he and his arch-nemisis haven't exactly teamed up yet, it seems inevitable if they are to protect their way of life. (Master of Darkness)

Knuckles the Echidna - Guardian of the Master Emerald, he serves no one but himself. He doesn't trust G.U.N.'s offer to place the Master Emerald under their security while he serves as an Agent or is forced to stop guarding it due to inability to use powers lawfully. (Dragonflame)

Blaze the Cat - Blaze is a Princess, and therefore refuses to serve G.U.N. and insists upon her right to do what she wants. (Open)

Vegura the Hedgehog - Vegura is a strong believer in letting life take it's natural path, and he won't settle for someone trying to control a gifted power. (Nirguris Vikaile)

Timothy Ulysses - Normally, Tim would be fine with the new reform. After all, his 'gift' is subtle enough to hide from G.U.N and indeed everyone. However, as magic is considered to be a 'power', he refuses to register; the secrets of the arcane must not fall into government hands. (Timothy Ulysses Crusader)

Rachel Harding - Rachel refuses to join G.U.N for two reasons; she hates being restricted and she is also against war and violence (don't mistake that statement for complete pacifism though). Her ability is not so easy to limit, and in any case she wouldn't even want to. (Timothy Ulysses Crusader)

Lio the Lion - Lio does not trust anyone to begin with, and seeing as there are those that want to limit his power, he wont let that happen. thinking that limiting his power will not make him strong enough should those evil creatures rise up again, Lio will fight on Sonic's side to keep his powers and deal with all that stand in his way. Saffron the Hedgehog - Quite simply.. hes too thick headed to be dictated to by anyone. He doesn't agree with power restraint and control that the G.U.N. presents and would rather die than live under that type of restriction. (Bowie)

Nova the Hedgehog - Being for himself and for as much money and power as he can get, he couldn't imagine living a life dictated by the power restricting rules and regulations of GUN. He is even less enthusiastic of being no more than a mere agent, should he side with them or should the opponents lose out. Willing to become a temporary ally to possible future contracts, he believes that he brings a knowledge of technology and intellect to the Opponents cause that would be a huge help in combating GUNS mind power and technological masterminds. The hard part for him is having to side with "temporary former" rival Saffron, this could potentially cause some inner friction between the two that could cause some drama.. possibly weakening eachother. Nova at this point wishes more than sheer victory, having this extreme mindset leads him to yearn for the complete and utter destruction of GUN and all who follow their "misguided and pathetic" (in his opinion) model. Lizrik the Dragon - Humans couldn't possible be his ally. And nether would he step forth delivering any blows for GUN even if he could stain a proud alive battalion carrying out his own methods when dealing with law breakers. Instead his will to use his strengths when help/crisis situation require it. And there for his actions show clearly against the Proponents. Maybe it's for the best taken, carrying out a swift blow ridding all of their presence. (Dragonflame)

Captain Jack Jason Sparrow the Hedgehog - It's a pirate's life for him, a life that doesn't involve submitting to G.U.N. (Beta Ray Banhammer)

Diamond the Hedgehog - He doesn't live on this sad planet, he's a wanderer, he wants to experience a little of everything. Why should he join the military? He'd rather see blood be shed rather than join them. If they want to meet him, so be it, there own pitiful fate, he already had a commitment... (shadowsminion)

Neutral/Undecided:

Amy Rose - Torn between her love for Sonic and her beliefs on what's right, she can't decide which side she owes allegiance to. (Beta Ray Banhammer)

Escudo - A Mercenary that will do anything that involves for money, this is a life from, a creature that G.U.N wants dead. The hedgehog is annoying to them because of his intelligence, and also of his army filled with life forms, there goal is to recreate the world into a place where they can live normal lives while the ones that used them like slaves, and experiments can finally feel the same pain that they have felt over all these years of suffering. He doesn't care who is innocent or not, all that are not life forms have done wrong things to his kind, and that is something that he cannot forgive. His reason of being a mercenary is because he needs money in order to maintain the food, supplies, housing, etc. If he doesn't do that than there will be no place for them to live in which will be fun. Escudio doesn't like the word "Fun" He doesn't even want to hear it, he just does it so that the young creatures that were born by senice can feel at a home where there is no harm.

That is how he continued on doing, until something seem to have happened, now G.U.N has decided to maintain the power of all ones that process something that many other don't. Due to his dislike of G.U.N Escudo couldn't allow such foolishness, of course it would make life more easier, but that won't make it for his kind, without power that won't stand a chance with the high level technology that G.U.N may have. There are ways that he could handle problems like that, but he cannot afford to make many lives be sacrificed from his kind, that is why he oppose this. But that doesn't mean he will join forces with the ones that are not allowing this to happen, they are the ones that just watched life forms get suffered, or punished for no reason, of course he'll do something like this if it involves of money because all he needs to do is hide his indenetly from them, but for some reason he doesn' want to do it, no matter if they request it since he believes that there is a way for him to take in control besides the two opposing sides. Esperanza - The female rockstar, there is no way that she will let G.U.N get away from doing something like this, she believes if they have that much power they will use it for their own goods, and if this does happen than she won't be able to play her music as loud as she always liked it to be. There is no way that she will let this pass away, she needs to handle this, and with Escudo's help she will be able to accomplish that, after all she is doing this for the life forms, even trough she isn't a life from herself. Soto - A student of Escudo which long ago completed his training, he is now a fighter, someone that can make his own decisions, and also do what he think he should do. he is a young boy, but he does understand the outside world. He cannot allow this organization do what they are planing on doing, he respects people no matter who side they are on, but if they try to interfere Escudo's plans than he will have no choice but to stop whoever thinks that can get trough him. He also suffered a way like how the life forms did in their times in the past, but it was different to him since he is a human, but with a past that seem to have some relation to the life forms that live in their base. He treats them like family, and family members do protect each other. (Dominican Stats)

Taylor Hiss - Taylor is an outsider to this conflict, he'd prefer to stay uninvolved. But it is only a matter of time before he may be forced to put his life on the line for his own standards. (ChocoJockey)

Shi the Cheetah - Shi doesn't know who to side with. Going against his bigger brother Lio would not go well as Lio will act like their father and hate him as well. but going against his younger brother would leave him alone and Shi would be breaking his promise to his dead mother if he left Ress alone. so he stands in the middle, were he should be. Tom Turner the Wolf - Disgusted with both sides disregard for the safety of civillians when it comes to their fights, he refuses to take sides.

Ysaro Hitodama III - The ancient samurai would never join such a gun-toting, dishonorable faction like G.U.N, but by the same token he isn't taking any steps to actively oppose the registration. His general rule of thumb; he does what he wants, and if someone tries to stop him, they will die. (Timothy Ulysses Crusader)

The Wanderer - Something in the temporal flux has gone awry, prompting the Fourth Coming of the Leviathan. Once again taking up his blade, he will do what he must to protect the continuum, even if it means drastic intervention. (Timothy Ulysses Crusader)

Alpha the Hedgehog - He would sign up for G.U.N, if they didn't have so many rules and restrictions. He knows what's right, but he just can't live under those conditions. He hasn't decided yet. (Kingdaro)

Appearance: A gray echidna with two large dreadlocks hanging off his head. He wears an Official Nirgurian General's suit that is gray with yellow rims.

Name: Vegura
Species: Hedgehog
Fur/Hair Color: Black/Light Blue
Eye Color: Blue
Appearance: A black colored hedgehog with light blue highlights all around his body. Often wears a blue suit to compliment his hair color.
Backstory/History: Vegura is the leader of his kingdom, Nirgur. (Often called Vegura's Kingdom by his standards)
He controls all of the city, and never stepped down until his son took his place. (Which already happened, which is why he is out fighting and not governing Nirguria)
Powers/Abilities: Vegura has strong fencing techniques, which is his main offense. He rarely takes to using anything other then his Royal Twin swords.
Reason for siding with that Alliance: Vegura is a strong believer in letting life take it's natural path, and he won't settle for someone trying to control a gifted power.

And there we go. Incase you haven't noticed, the relationship of these two is that Storm used to work under Vegura, and Vegura had trusted him with all of the army operations for Nirguria's force. Basically, they had begun to trust one another greatly, and gained a mutual respect for one another.

 This makes me think that you have took a small piece of my hard working At which has not been used since like a year ago due to all the thinking and stuff sd

I will use Escudo, Esperanza, and also Soto if you don't mind. Also I want to add them as Neutral, they have their own army of life forms, they really hate G.U.N because they used them as experiments and stuff, and they cannot even think about working with the ones that are born from nature because they also know that they are the ones that treat them like trash when they are on the streets. Yeah... that is why they are Neutral, they are aganist to both of the ideas.

Appearance: Is built long and thin; and wears baggy jeans with an old bomber jacket and T-shirt. Carries a dark green Remington 700 rifle with him at almost all times.
Backstory/History: An outsider, whose distinct talents will put him under G.U.N.s scrutiny before long.
Powers/Abilities: Taylor is able to conjure fire and control it to the finest extent. He also has the relatively unique ability to travel between dimensions, but he keeps that as a closely guarded secret, for obvious reasons. Taylor is also an expert marksman, and always carries his rifle, which is rumored to have special properties which only he can tap into. *zip*

Indeed, there is nothing more repulsive than these monsters that defy nature and are known by the name of witcher, as they are the offspring of foul sorcery and witchcraft. They are unscrupulous scoundrels without conscience and virtue, veritable creatures from hell capable only of taking lives. They have no place amongst decent and honest folk.

Backstory/History: Born into a tribe that held very strong and powerful gems called lion gems, Lio was suppose to be the next King in his tribe. But he didn't wish this because it was what his evil father wanted. After seeing that has evil father was working with eggman he knew that finding the gems were more important more then before. after watching powerful beings form when the lion gem and chaos emeralds power collide, and retaining those evil being by using the lion gems himself, he now searches endlessly for the lion gems that are still out there.
Powers/Abilities: flash kick, lion strike, run very fast, roar of might, lion haze.
Alliance: Opponents of Registration

Powers/Abilities: can dig as well hear and see under ground. can punch through hard things and has a powerful force behind each punch. he can also control earth.

Backstory/History: Born into the same tribe as Lio and Ress, he too was banished. but Shi went somewhere different then Ress did. He joined a tribe of birds and staid with one of the families there. staying there for so long gave him more powers then he had before. meeting up with Lio and Ress later on, Shi saw the creatures form from the chaos emeralds and the lion gems. knowing this, he know how bad there situation was. watching out for Ress and following the orders from his older brother Lio, Shi did his part and wont stop until all the lion gems are found and safe.
Powers/Abilities: Can fly, can hold his breath for a very long time, tail slash, see in the dark with his night vision eyes, target locked eyes.
Alliance: Neutral/Undecided
Reason for siding with that Alliance: Shi doesn't know who to side with. What is the difference between a duck?

 Name: Saffron (Saffy/ Saff)
Species: Hedgehog
Fur/Hair Color: *see appearance*

Backstory/History: After coming to the conclusion that he preferred to focus on fighting with his hands (it brought him more pleasure and saved him tons of energy) he dropped his longtime weapon, which is now destined to collect dust in some attic somewhere. Having been out to help people but too cold to stick around long enough for talking and congratulations, he has become a "respectable" figure but not quite a sociable one. In fighting others he has an iron will and an "all or nothing" ideology, Win at all costs. Thoughts like his are reasons why G.U.N. would want to regulate power use to prevent abuse and overuse of power. Not that he throws his weight around with reckless abandon, While his mind is one track, he still tries to prevent as much damage and chaos as he possibly can. A tough task for a hothead.
Powers/Abilities: (Note: this character has changed since when I submitted him in the tournament, I kept his tournament self the same as I entered it only to prevent causing problems.)

Corkscrew Launch- A vertical spinning maneuver that gives him liftoff and forward momentum, kind of like a drill-bit rocket dash, limited directional control while in it but quick striking and not hard to completely halt the attack to re-direct, but does allow openings.

In general Saff prefers falling momentum based attacks, while being capable in hand to hand, his strength lies in the high jumping abilities which could help him rebound from skyscraper walls to get high in the sky, or not so high, and come crashing down in a flurry of kicks and punches. Very resilient and a tough K.O. however this can prove to be quite the problem in his unwillingness to back down.
Alliance: Opponents
Reason for siding with that Alliance: Quite simply.. hes too thick headed to be dictated to by anyone. He doesn't agree with power restraint and control that the G.U.N. presents and would rather die than live under that type of restriction.

Species: Hedgehog

Backstory/History: Nova, growing up in a cold northern area (an equivalent to Russia, has Russian/ Slovakian accent) learned to survive in the harsh elements from early on in life. He started becoming interested in his family's crude technology at a young age and tinkered with it, eventually moving onto computers and then cars. Almost as if it came naturally, he became a very effective repairer and creator of technology. His early jobs had him as a computer technician and a part-time mechanic, but neither gave him true satisfaction so he decided to use his knowledge in a way that could benefit him just a bit more. Within 3 years the Triumph I was completed, a mixture of rusty old pieces of vehicles and random garbage, it was barely functional but was a nice base for the future. Many more years passed before getting the sophisticated technology required to make the Triumph III the current generation jet black and red lit steel/ Kevlar combination suit. Both reliable in the forms of fighting and self entertainment, he used it to help prevent crime to start.. but realizing that heroism wasn't very profitable, he began using his "powers" to influence people and make money through check or through force. All of the manual labor in his life and wearing the suit have toned his real body, much stronger than he used to be but still falling far short of the brute strength of most, he relies on the speed/ reflexes that have been enhanced through said labor. Sometimes he still stops crime or even heroes.. if you pay him the right price. Today, a Civil war begins that will decide just how he will be able to conduct his powers in the future
Powers/Abilities: Intelligence and Swift reflexes

In suit abilities (current)-
*Red Lazer Sword (one for each wrist cuff/ rare use)
*The Shocker (Tazer like endings fire from fingertips on either or both hand and shock to drain an enemy of energy, non lethal.)
*Power Flight (Rockets built into the quills and feet bottoms allow for flying/ and impact ramming, can fly one passenger/ Fuel Cell Powered.)
*Comm. jammers and interceptors
*MP3 playback for self enjoyment during boredom, runs through the suits virtual memory and plays through the ear areas into the helmet.
*Strength increase, sacrifice of swift reflexes and slight increase to raw speed when jets are active.

Abilities (being tested and worked on at the moment)-
* Heartbeat sensor (crude at the moment due to lack of resources, can detect heartbeats of other people in the area, cannot tell between friend or foe or from actual enemy to common rats and small critters. ineffective and confusing at this time.)

The hard part for him is having to side with "temporary former" rival Saffron, this could potentially cause some inner friction between the two that could cause some drama.. possibly weakening eachother. Nova at this point wishes more than sheer victory, having this extreme mindset leads him to yearn for the complete and utter destruction of GUN and all who follow their "misguided and pathetic" (in his opinion) model.

EXTRAS: When it comes to fighting, he can handle himself just fine while in-suit, however should the suit become fatally compromised, He may be caught in a bad spot. Also, should he ever be caught without the suit in a fight his reflexes and intellectual advantage would be his only advantage.. fighting completely defensive in this method, it would only be a matter of time before he is worn down and caught/killed or attempts to flee.. which could lead to similar results.

Weak points of the armor are on every limb above the joints, and at the neck and stomach/ lower back points. These areas are Heavily Kevlar composed instead of steel/ aluminum plating (to obviously allow for movement.) These areas can be quickly worn down if not defended by the more hardened points. The hardened glass visor is also an entryway into the suit but is a much harder target to break since it is rimmed by the armor which protrudes past it. Essentially.. just wear down a limb and break the suit in those areas to break limbs and essentially find a way to remove it from him forcefully. Hard path but very beneficial to anyone who can.

 Opponents:
Timothy Ulysses - Normally, Tim would be fine with the new reform. After all, his 'gift' is subtle enough to hide from G.U.N and indeed everyone. However, as magic is considered to be a 'power', he refuses to register; the secrets of the arcane must not fall into government hands.
Rachel Harding - Rachel refuses to join G.U.N for two reasons; she hates being restricted and she is also against war and violence (don't mistake that statement for complete pacifism though). Her ability is not so easy to limit, and in any case she wouldn't even want to.

Neutral (Note; both of these characters will only show up briefly every now and again):
Ysaro Hitodama III - The ancient samurai would never join such a gun-toting, dishonorable faction like G.U.N, but by the same token he isn't taking any steps to actively oppose the registration. His general rule of thumb; he does what he wants, and if someone tries to stop him, they will die.
The Wanderer - Something in the temporal flux has gone awry, prompting the Fourth Coming of the Leviathan. Once again taking up his blade, he will do what he must to protect the continuum, even if it means drastic intervention.

Proponents:
Panzer Scope Prototype I - Designed by G.U.N as the answer to uncompliant supers, Scope is a prototype military android programmed to hunt down and delete any anti-registration mavericks. If he does his job well, they may even begin mass production...

Christmas is back again


  • Name. Roman
  • Species. Human
  • Fur/Hair Colour. Peach
  • Eye Colour. Green
  • Appearance
    - Clothes:
    Head: Usually carries a red waistband while outside.

    Upper Body: Roman usually changes clothes each day making his appearence changes as with each passing day. Though at most you will see him in a white shirt with ceaser him self standing above his crowds within an black and white image. While his jacket stays white usually always open as he liked to show of him self with his brand new shirt. At the back stays a cross inscripted with his sister's name above. While it's cold outside he usually have black gloves keeping his fingers warm, though he wouldn't leave them helpless with something to big. Instead he cares more for his movement with his fingers.

    Lower Body: Along with his most used outfit he weares white jeans with black belt around him. While his shoes stay white along with the rest of his clothes. He endour to look like ceaser with advanced clothes, while he could alas change from different suits mostly colord in white.

    Extra: He weares two jewelry, one staying around his neck. It stays as a golden cross, while a small ring on his righthand middle finger. The ring stays with a blue crystall with golden edges. It's a family heirloom he posesses.

  • Reason. This is the first quick way to finding peace, he thinks. In fact feeling left alone after his sister abandon him since she cared less for who's right or wrong. But he wished to make something useful out of his life then just heading back home getting served dinner just to settle down in front of television before some sleep until back to his last work, who's involvement were just paper work, and even more paper work. It tired the warrior and there for joined GUN forces. He knew at least how to handle a gun and could easily pin down a foe if necessary.

    Found small among dragons because of his size. White scales mostly covering his whole body. (Still in progress, but that's all you need to know right).
  • Backstory Keeping this blank. Don't have a background and i wished not to create one out of thin air. If this won't work, then i change character. No problem.

  • Reason Humans couldn't possible be his ally. And nether would he step forth delivering any blows for GUN even if he could stain a proud alive battalion carrying out his own methods when dealing with law breakers. Instead his will to use his strengths when help/crisis situation require it. And there for his actions show clearly against the Proponents. Maybe it's for the best taken, carrying out a swift blow ridding all of their presence.


And also could join with one official character. And if no one objects I'd say Knuckles.
Isn't that good enough, then allow me to change something that's missing. While i shall be waiting until it's created.
