Marital Status: Dates many woman. DOB: ??? Birth Place: Another Planet Residence: Anywhere. Occupation: Unemployed. Alignment: Hero Top Speed: ??? Personality: Similar to Sonic's, except more annoying, impulsive, idiotic, immature, Hyperactive, and trouble making. Physical Appearance: (He is mostly red, but has multiple colors. He has 2 stripes going down from his head (think Darkspine Sonic) and they are gold. He has multiple, swirly streaks on his (think Shadow), and the color of them are gold, green, blue, black, and orange (the streaks on his legs are the same color. The color of his mouth is light brown. Eye Color: Either Yellow or Blue Hair/Quill Style: Same as Super/Hyper Sonic's in Sonic 3 & Knuckles Nose: Same as Sonic's. Ears: Red, same as Sonic's. Debut: In the incomplete Solar the Demon Hedgehog fan-fiction Back Story: 1 million years ago… in a planet far, far away… a Demon planet, shared by demons and juggernauts… an artificial race of Demon Hedgehogs were created by a single, brilliant mastermind. The Demon Hedgehogs were made for battle… and were pitted up against each other, they were being trained and gravity rooms, and doing missions to destroy space pirates. There were 2 fighting groups for the Demon Hedgehogs… … The Omega and Sigma forces. Demon Hedgehogs in the Omega group: Omega: 1. Eclipse (male) 2. Shine (male) 3. Solar (male) 4. Flash (male 5. Bright (female) Demon Hedgehogs in the Sigma group: 1. Flare (male) 2. Sun (male) 3. Darkness (female) 4. Beam (male) 5. Hellblaze (male) The training and missions itself would be consider cruel and insane in the standards of other planets… but in the Planet of Demon Hedgehogs… it was necessary… the top Demon Hedgehogs were Eclipse and Hellblaze. The weakest one was Solar. He was a bully target and was very unpopular in the whole planet… despite this, he was actually the most powerful because of the potential inside him. … but that had yet to be seen to the public. The Death of the Demon Hedgehogs… After successfully completing their 999th mission… they got the job to destroy the most cruel space pirates, the Soul Raiders. However, something was wrong. Flare was missing. The Demon Hedgehogs searched for him throughout the galaxy but they still couldn't find him. So, they went back to their Home Planet... which was what the Soul Raiders wanted them to do. The Soul Raiders were actually on the Demon Hedgehog planet. They waited to see the Demon Hedgehogs come back to their (Demon Hedgehog’s) home planet for them to see that everyone else who was on-world was all but slaughtered and what became of their comrade, Flare. It was revealed that the Soul Raiders kidnapped Flare and after weeks of torturing Flare, they had Flare's mind shattered, turning Flare into a lifeless Soul Raider servant. The Demon Hedgehogs fought the Soul Raiders with everything they had… but… though they managed to destroy several Soul Raiders… they were all murdered… Deaths of the Demon Hedgehogs (how they died): 1. Eclipse: Death wasn't explained, but he did try to fight the Soul Raiders one on one to let Shine escape. His corpse was him without his left arm and left leg and completely lifeless. 2. Shine: Tortured to death... 3. Flash: impaled through the heart. 4. Bright: Blasted. Died with Hellblaze. Sigma Demon Hedgehog deaths… 1. Flare: After being brainwashed, the Demon Hedgehogs had no choice but to fight Flare. Eventually, Beam sacrificed his life to kill the Soul Raiders, and even though no Soul Raiders were killed, Flare was. The corpse was just lifeless. 2. Sun: Fell into a pit of spikes and other hellish objects. 3. Darkness… committed suicide (Darkness had a gothic and hated life.) 4. Beam (was desperate enough to explode to kill the Soul Raiders… but failed) 5. Hellblaze: Attempted to cover Bright from being killed by a blast that killed them both. How the creator (the father died). Creator: Shot in head. The mother: Heart Attack. The Soul Raiders… having believed that they won the battle… blasted off to their home planet… but one Demon Hedgehog survived. Solar (notice why he isn’t on the victims list), through badly beaten… blasted off to the Soul Raider Planet…. But, though he put up a better fight than the other Demon Hedgehogs (he even attempted to destroy the Soul Raider… but held back too much. He then dominated the core and the planet would explode in a short time after that)… was defeated. He managed to escape the killing blow but was then found by Soul Raiders who then threw his body at the depths of the planet. But, he landed right near a working space pod. As the land he was in was being consumed… he managed to have enough energy to get inside the space pod. The planet the space pod was sent to arrive was Earth (as a slaughtered Soul Raider was about to go there)… and so, Solar blasted off to the planet. The Demon Hedgehog world was then eventually destroyed by the Soul Raiders… As for Solar… he landed on the planet Earth and landed on water that would the freeze… with Solar in it. Solar was then in coma for a million years until he was awaken by Axel the Bird, beginning the Solar fan fiction. |

Okay, there are a lot of things that don't seem to make me see this as a good character, this is my opinion so bare with it, after all a thread needs comments, am I right? First off your Physical Appearance is not good at all, it's just like two Sonic characters in one, you want the reader to think that he looks like Shadow and this other thing that I don't know about? Not creative, I suggest you try to edit a few spines, make them more different than any other Sonic character. Also try to add some stuff around his body so that we can see some style instead of noticing a basic fan character. Another thing I really think you should redo his looks, most of the things you ave he is just like Sonic which shows no creativity, so do the favor and try to think more trough your character just so that you can grab some more better ideas. Homing Attack, and hyper speed should go because that is basically the same skill that Sonic can use when he is on battle, now I may not be a sonic fan but I at least know this xD So yeah, take those away because you are just making your character reach more closer to Sonic, and shows no creativity. Personality needs to be a bit more detailed, and try to not put that he acts like Sonic, it's another way of showing no creativity. Try new stuff, make him more unquie, if he dates girls than just try to fit his personatily into that class, that will might bring up some ideas to help you out. Same goes with your personal facts, you really have to stop trying to be linked with a Sonic cast character, I mean really I suggest you fix that, and I don't need to say the reason why since you have already know xD Back story is not good, do not tell me in a single line about how they got killed, explain more into their deaths, also try to add more things to your history because there are stuff that I feel confused about. As I said this is my opinion, I don't care if you follow it or not I just wanted to let you know what I feel with this character, do not take it offensive but others might think the same way, not to sure trought xD Anyway good day! OK, how does Solar look like Shadow? Hairstyles are different, color scheme is different, attire is different. And what's so bad about making him fast? There's nothing wrong with that. There are other Speed Type characters anyway. And the homing attack is a technique that all furry characters should have. And his personality is not the same as Sonic's. Solar is more naive, immature, slightly darker (Not as dark as Shadow), impulsive, and anything eccentric. How is my backstory bad when the only thing you didn't like was the lack of detail into the Demon Hedgehog deaths. Why should I even go into full detail about them? This isn't the fanfiction, so why should I add more detail? And mind stating the things you feel confused about? |

There is no need for an agurement here <.< Anyway your coment is also horrible due to the fact that you said "plz" In here we do not speak like if we are in a chat room so in other words you should just say 'Please' Now lets not agure here, you sir made this thread, and each thread should recive a comment by some member, I dicded to take a look at it because I pretty much like to see other characters and also try to help out in order to see them make a more better character. Not saying that I am all prefect, but I want to leave out opinions, hoping to see that the member will take some of those ideas, now I really due find that a bit harsh, but he does have a point. Even so what I said is wrong to you, you still seem to be very unorningal because you made your tail just like Sonic, you made your nose look like Sonic, and you made some other things that are just like Sonic. ~~~~~~~ The homing attack is a technique that all furry characters should NOT have, why? well it's unorinal, if you want to be creative and show that you made progess why not make something cooler than that? Trust me there are many things that are better than whatever Sonic can do, just need to put your mind to it. Now please there is no need for aguements, I am telling you what I, and Haro see in this character, no one here is asking for you to redo it, I am just leaving a opinion to what I see. |

OK, how should I make some unique nose? The nose is just simple and Sonic's type of nose is what all hedgehog characters should look like. I gave Solar the Hedgehog type of nose. The nose shouldn't even matter and you probably only paid attention to it because it said "Same as Sonic" when it, in reality, isn't a big deal. Really, just wow. I see what you mean about the tail so fine, it will be changed to something more original. Also, the Homing Attack is only one of his abilities. Heck it's a standard ability that all characters can do. Having it shouldn't be bad anyway. And he's Speed Type and all Speed Type characters should have an attackt that's like the Homing Attack. Sonic can do it, Tails can do it, Knuckles can do it, Amy can do it, Metal Sonic can do it, Shadow can do it, most characters can do it. So why not add that for my character? Your nose/muzzle is like, a recolor/copy, is what he is saying.
... It was never classified that speeds should have a Homing. Plus, if you haven't noticed, your character isn't real. So that was very uneeded. Homing = Overused...
No offense...but like, the whole character altogether is. |

And could you explain HOW? And so what if my character isn't real? I gave him his abilities if he were real. But seriously, so what if he has the Homing Attack? You shouldn't jump and say "Uncreative" when there is nothing wrong with a character having the Homing Attack. He's Speed Type, so it does make sense to have the Homing Attack. A bunch of other characters can do it so why not? Seriously. You guys are just... wow. The nose thing isn't a big deal. He has the nose of the normal hedgehog in the Sonic Universe. |

Well, almost every fan Character loves to train and fight, so making him like, a normal person would be good...
If that means "he has no weakness", change that.
Making him know real characters isn't a good move man. But it can be if you can do it right.

Well Sonic personalities are overused like a recolor, but the "LOLWUT" attitude, like annoying, dumb, hyper, and trouble making are overused too. But both?

What does him being a demon have to do with stars and making his gear rainbow-esque colored?
There is so many unoriginal things here that I don't even want to type it out why they are unoriginal. I'll say some though, no explanation because you're smart enough to figure it out lol. His whole race was created by some random genius. A "Demon" Planet = Where he is from. He was pitted in a random gladiator pit like a pet. His family was killed. Okay I'm tired of reading/pointing out flaws now...I hope you fix them

Synonyms: banal, bromidic, clichéd, commonplace, corny, hackneyed, musty, overworked, platitudinal, platitudinous, shopworn, stale, stereotyped, stereotypic, stereotypical, threadbare, timeworn, tired, warmed-over, well-worn, worn-out Dictionary.com is your new friend. ^ Overused, explained in full, pick any of those. Now I don't wanna sound mean, but they're HANDING you crit on a SILVER PLATTER! TAKE IT! You're focusing ONLY on the word overused, so, I have provided synonyms for it above. Now, I must agree, your stats basically say that your FC is on roids, and A LOT of them. Lower them. Solar can be an original name, if your character is sun based (already been used here, don't take this idea). You should find a name that fits your theme or your FC's personality. Ex: A badass Wolf would NOT be named Jimmy, or Carl, or Andy. This brings me to personality. Sorry, but "Sonic's personality" is NO GOOD. It's not creative at all. Come up with your own personality, just like people, no two characters should EVER be the same personality wise. So be original. Super speed is fine as long as it is not faster than Sonic. The FASTEST thing ALIVE! HINT HINT! The age thing, he's immortal, like Mephiles, right? That's fine in my opinion. Just make him look good and original. Demon has already been used MANY times. Ex: Mephiles and MANY FCs. Be more creative with that, a mummy? A ghost? There are SO MANY possibilities! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Make his abilities match his theme! Ex: My FC Diamond can shoot out Nebula Diamonds and use Nebula Energy. Matches a certain theme, yes? Give him a weakness. End of story. As for OC friends, I agree with Haro. Not the best of choices, because SEGA decides what they do or don't do. Not the fans, lol. Sonic's rivals are Metal Sonic, Knuckles, and Shadow. I'd my another FC to be Solar's rival. But hey, do what you want. His quills... no, sorry, but no. More original, a different design. Ex: Diamond's have DIAMONDS on them. It's that damn theme again. A theme is VERY important to have. So, it's not the best, it's not THE worst. But it definitely needs some work. I took the time to write all this, now please accept this advice and make a better, more original FC. Good luck. |

Well I really do need to say that Haro has somethings that are wrong, and so do you <.< No one here is prefect just to let you know, heck everyones character is not orginal because those personatilies, powers, etc has already been copied from a movie, game, anime, etc. Trust me no matter how hard you think of a techinque it will have something that realtes to something else, trust me I can discribe how all the characters here are from all the tales games I have played. Anyway the point is that no one here is Mr. Orginal, but we do like to see some mix in a character like... make a character that has no conection from the sonic world what so ever, that will show that this character is different than the oringals, like give him some costom fonic arts, allow him to have the power to use items, like put C. Viper for example (She is epic by the way xD) There are many ways that you should think of, and with those thoughts, make them into a better liking, something that you would like in your style. If you were talking to me. I'm only wrong in your view. Because, you see, my advice was made off of my opinion, and I don't expect you to agree with everything I say. That's life. Not everyone sees eye to eye. So everyone will think I'm wrong, in their opinion, it's natural. And actually, if you base a FC of your own personality, it's original, personality wise. But, I agree with you. As far as original goes, not every thing is based off other peoples ideas. There ARE original FCs, but when I say original, I mean creative and your own. So, I agree with Dominican Stats for the most part. |

I already know what Overused means. I was asking Haro to explain. Anyway, he is not really overpowered, his speed and agility are perfect but yeah, he has some weaknesses. Agility -10/10 Speed -10/10 Strength -9/10 Defense -3/10 Evasiveness -10/10 Intelligence -5/10 Lowered his Defense and Intelligence. Even though he's been around for over a million years... I wouldn't exactly consider him immortal. Also, what's wrong with his quills? No Official Character has had his type of quills in normal form. Shadow had Super Sonic's SA1/SA2 quill style. I'm still working on his abilities. OK, how about an alien hedgehog instead of a Demon? His personality isn't the same as Sonic's. Sonic is laidback, easygoing, short-tempered and cocky. Solar can be cocky but he's not as easygoing and he's dumber. Also, Solar is more annoying than Sonic. |

Hey, I thought of some abilities for Solar! Hyper Speed stays as an ability for Solar and he can also use Galactic Style Abilities, such as Asteriod/Meteor Attacks, Solar Eclipse Attacks, Solar Wind(s), manipulating power from other planets, and more. Solar mainly uses this to boost his speed, agility, and strength while controlling it at the same time.
