Sonic was eavesdropping and busted in. I infer that Amy was chasing Sonic and Sonic just came upon the room. When Amy "Attacked" Sonic, they all fell into the containment device the project was in. The project is called the Profits, and they are a great evil unleashed upon the world. And I guess we have to re-contain the Profits. And I thought Big Z was deleted...must be thinking of someone else. Hm.
