You manage to meet up with your number one enemy or rival. You've been tracking him/her down her a long while and now you have them. Work up a situation where you fight and deal with your rival or enemy. You can talk them down and try and convince them to give up, or simply fight them til death or until they had enough.
Goal = Describe your surroundings, where you, what season you're in, and how you managed to find your foe. Main goal is the fight or the talk down.

Appearance: His face is gaunt, and has no hair whatsoever. No eyebrows, beard, mustache, or hair on the top of his head. No hair at all on his body. Pale white skin that one might associate with vampires, or one with some sort of skin disorder. Weathered hands. Wears a black tuxedo with a tie. His 9mm handgun is in the left side of the jacket, and three extra magazines are located in the right. In his right pocket, he carries his cell phone.

Personality: He's arrogant, but that's because he probably actually IS better than you. He's one of the richest and most powerful people in his country, the United Kingdom, and possibly even the world. He was a sniper in the New Mobius army during the first Covenant War, so he understands concepts like discipline, and respect, but certainly not loyalty. After his squad was ambushed by the Covenant, he was one of the few survivors, and the only one who didn't escape. He was captured and tortured, and soon told the Covenant all he knew about the NMA's strategies and battle plans. The Covenant were prepared to kill him after he betrayed the NMA, but he begged and pleaded for them to allow him to become a spy for them in exchange for sparing his life. His top priorities are his own well being and prosperity. Others are like chess pieces to him: tools to be used to advance his own schemes. The only thing that ever causes Bill to lose his cool is his nemesis, Archaic, a blue armadillo. Bill has constantly been on the search to find him, but only he knows why he wants to find him so badly.

Skills/ Powers:
Martial Arts Expert - Recieved training in the NMA as a soldier, and in the Covenant Army as a spy. He also trained in a secluded forest for a year after the first Covenant war.
Disarm - He can disarm any foe who carries any firearm or a melee weapon as big as a short sword from at most five feet away without breaking a sweat.
Kale - He can transform to his true daedric form (long story) for brief periods of time (approximately 60 seconds) before reverting back to his human form. In this form, he is almost invincible, ten feet tall, and can throw fireballs.
Daedric Lead - He can conjure a daedric rifle that doesn't use ammunition and shoots flaming bullets for brief periods of time (approximately 60 seconds) before it reverts back to his 9mm handgun.

Equipment: Bill carries a 9mm handgun, three extra mags (not sure if each counts as one item or if they can all count for one, but I'm going to go ahead and throw that in), and a cell phone that can take worldy and otherworldly calls, for those few daedra who use phones.

Strengths:
Heightened Reflexes - Bill is extraordinary at planning out complex maneuvers in a manner of seconds when confronted with an enemy. He doesn't usually realize it, but because of this it almost seems like the world starts to move in slow motion.
Numbed Feelings - Caused by the torture the Covenant put him through. This is true both physically and mentally: Physically, he hardly feels pain at all: Mentally, his emotions are almost nonexistent. This is both a strength and a weakness.
Knows People - His cell phone can prove to be quite useful: a few of the right phone calls to the right people can bring him supplies, men, or otherworldy things to aid him.

Weaknesses:
Trees for the Forest - His extraordinary observation means he notices small details others might miss, but this means he sometimes has trouble seeing the bigger picture. This seems to come and go, but his focus is terribly misplaced when it's upon him. This can cause him to make many mistakes.
Numbed Feelings - While this is helpful physically, the Covenant torture also weakened him emotionally. This means he lacks empathy, and even though he himself is a good liar, he has a hard time deciding if someone is lying or not. He can tell lies well, but sometimes they simply aren't the right lies: he often incorrectly judges what someone says and says the wrong thing in response. The same is true when an opponent in combat is faking: he usually can't tell.
Small Frame - Bill's human form is very small: only about five-foot-seven. While it can help him get into small places, it also means his body is easily knocked over or lifted into the air.

Appearance/Description

Standing about 5’9 in height, Finn has a fairly average build. Although his upper body muscles are a little more developed through the type of fitness training he prefers, drawing attention to his wide shoulders.

The wolfs fur grey in colour, has a small black line running from the top of his back to the tip of his tail, thanks to his father’s genetics being black in colour, his mothers grey like himself.

Having never been into fashions he dresses relatively smart, usually to be found in dark colour chinos, collared shirt and plain brown shoes, preferring the smart casual look both for his work and private life.
With a slightly off white mussel, his light blue soft eyes show a face of friendliness and trust often used to his advantage in the past with the opposite sex.

Personality

Finn is a type of guy who will give help and assistance if asked but is often reluctant to do so off his own back. Not through laziness, but if there isn’t anything in it of benefit to the wolf, why should he waste his time? – Giving the impression he’s up to something, it’s usually the case.

However, making friends through his time in the forces and meeting acquaintances along the way, Finn also has a spontaneous side that comes to light when with people he can trust. Often giving suggestions for trips, fishing, or of the criminal nature come together quite well when again, it can benefit him.
Not a criminal mastermind by any means, but if there is something that you need, Finn is the guy to see for contacts.

Always true and honest, if he can’t do anything he’ll say so, no need to beat about the bush. Especially when making promises you can’t keep, feeling the blunt end of a steak knife is usually the response to that situation. Hence his hesitation to help unless needed.

Background

An average guy living at the family home completely undecided what to do in life, Finn was pretty good at his current job at the local wood mill working with the machinery , making repairs and undertaking small projects for his boss. Being promoted to assistant manager was a small ego boost for the wolf, although after time it didn’t last long settling back into routines again.

Coming home from work on a dull Wednesday afternoon his father, Shelton, had seen a recruitment centre open in town for the Mobius forces to join their campaigns. Talking over the dinner table about it, Shelton and his mother Shayla encouraged the young wolf to do something constructive, start a career and get settled.

Agreeing, he took the first opportunity to take the entry test into the force as an electrical engineer going on what he had learnt from working after school at the garage, eventually full time. Taking the entry test wasn’t a problem, plenty of back up plans if he wasn’t up to scratch in the brains department, which although didn’t turn out brilliant was still able to do something interesting.

The only available openings at the time were the logistics arm of the combined forces. Entering as a stores clerk meant he had the power to control vast amounts of valuable goods, including everything from a pencil right through to ammunition and weaponry.

Everything started out well, the prospects of promotion were great, and working up the ranks proved no match for the wolf eventually becoming a commissioned officer with pride. Unfortunately, the higher power was temptation for corruption with his new found authority.

Starting small, miscalculating figures at first to gain small profits turned into much more with things going missing, selling to acquaintances for personal use in other departments. All was going well until an undercover sergeant blew the whistle and ousted Finn to the authorities.

Finding himself in military prison for a spell only enhanced the sly and sneaky side of his nature, wheeling and dealing in whatever he could to make life easy inside his cell and to hell with the consequences. When released from prison with dishonourable discharge everything was gone, his home, job, way of life bringing everything into reality.

Unable to face his family and friends back home, starting a fresh somewhere for a while to get things straightened out would be best, keep out the way until things died down. Whilst walking towards town from the prison gates, a passerby offered a lift to which Finn duly accepted.

Having got talking with the stranger who owned a local small airfield, the wolf managed to get a small job repairing wiring for the aircraft relying on his old trade. Sparking an interest in aircraft, flying lessons were soon on the cards, gaining a private pilot’s licence eventually working his way to bigger aircraft with help of the airfields contacts.

Time spent waiting for aircraft to come in led to boredom between the mechanics, pilots and anyone else hanging around. Passing the time often led to card games which at first were harmless, but before long led to gambling. After much practice the grey wolf became a dab hand in many games, an old classic being poker, developing a knack of deception often calling the bluff of other players.

Still in contact with old comrades, Finn still keeps his hand in the old ways although more discreetly learning from previous mistakes. The demand for military goods from civilians is consistent, thus taking advantage of his links from the service. Enjoying gambling, lighter side of crime and having an ok job meant getting stuck in a rut, but a rut he rather enjoys being in.

Skills/Abilities

Not much in terms of powers, but because of what he gets up to toughening up was a must. Training hard in the gym when serving as well as in prison, Finns strength is his best physical ability.

Able to throw a good punch and have keen wits to avoid some retaliation, close combat is this wolfs kind of action. But thanks to his gambling and slyness, some situations can be resolved before violence, reading the situation before it escalates. Some would call this cowardice, but he like to call it all for one and none for all.

When undertaking legitimate work flying is his thing, enjoying taking to the skies for anyone and everyone, but mainly for the customers who prefer not to fly commercially for legal reasons opening Finns eyes to the real underworld. Keeping his distance, every now and then when asked quietly to provide support, or in real terms body guarding, he had no problem agreeing since he could handle himself fairly well.

Weaknesses – Able to use small arms from basic training is about all the weaponry Finn knows how to use, so when up against an armed accomplice it's pretty much on sided. A battle of wills is needed to avoid being struck, two bullet scars on his arm are a reminder of it doesn’t always work.
