You both are right. that is why we're doing the ranking system. this way, anyone that wants to join can join and those that want help well get help. those that want to help out can do so as well. I see DF has posted the training session. thats good!!

I also have a PhD in Gamemastering. My favourite class was always "How To Make Your Players SUFFER 101". I got VHAs for every assessment.

Ok, i feel this Newbie Beginner school haven't shown much progress. Also i have trouble finding time to create those rank posters or whatever we shall be using. I actually have some pressure from work to manage a test so that i may progress in advancement. Maybe higher payment. O well enough off topic.

That is, i have almost each rank set in mind just need a little time on creating them. Golden your help is much appreciated in any way you could assist.

Okay here is the deal. We haven't even started what this group stands for. This is only were new members can swap discussion about how this shall roll.

1. School need to be activated. Members who wish to learn new ways of roleplaying or advance from beginner level into advanced just need to make their apparency in that thread then leaders or proved worthy leaders may assist adding different of lessons until they find him/her able to continue into ranks.
Also this is one of the places were members/leaders shall gain experience and advance in ranks since we shouldn't be any different then our members except that we control who joins, new ideas need our approval as well with the majority, yet out vote stands above and could clearly change it's fate if we wish to contribute. Then again that would also leave as crazy rulers with no interest listening to our members. I can't tell, but that sounds a bit sarcastic wouldn't you say. Always good with the majority wouldn't you all say.

We create a complete new character or one of our old, yet we begin from level 1.
This i didn't mentioned to lilsonic. Maybe i was in a rush with last sent pm. But i have came up with an idea.

With each post we make. We will add 1 experience to out total rank. While 5 experience to our character's progress. While i have also thinking about adding rewards in this world aiding in both ways. Like a small token of currency.

In another maybe more simple way to explain this would be shown in quote beneath these words.

While on other hand this ain't the only place were we shall be gaining ranks.
Maybe new ideas will develop as group continues to grow. Also ranks won't be as easy to reach. And from what i last come up with a bit replacement in order along with Tux and lilsonic. Since i haven't been able to speak with you about this MoD then hope to see you around on msn and i can chat with yah about this if you have anything in order to change what i came up with.

So yeah i am crazy like this about getting this started. But pressure from work have maintained me less able to make anything useful to aid this cause. Anyone have any better decisions then please lend a word, since that's what we are here for.
