I am truly surprised to see these great drawings, they are indeed very well made, I seem to have liked them all, I guess these drawings seem to be greater than many of the other drawers that I have seen before. Great job on them, especially the one that you call "Character Barrage" I really like them xD I hope to see more of them if you have. |

Just slipping a comment in here: I LOVE your weapons designs. You draw weapons so well, and I'd love to see more of them. It's something I always admire because it's an area in which I lack myself. I can really tell that you've been inspired by Phantasy Star, by the way, in a very good way. Two areas I could suggest improvement on are pencil colouring and drawing hands, but one just takes a bit of practice and the other's something most artists have problems with, so no worries! As far as pencil colouring tutorials go, I'm afraid for the most part you're on your own, but I did find this one on deviantART that looks okay. Many don't really mention crosshatching strokes and only going two ways with your lines in colouring, which really helps. You could also try and get your hands on some watercolour pencils and use a damp brush to smooth out your colours, and avoid the grainy look that pencils often give. Hope this helps, and keep up the great work!

Just as I said, some are sketches, so I didn't really put that much effort on them. Thanks for the offer, but I don't really need them. Now about Phantasy Star... you know that the one that inspired me was one of the Online and Universe series correct? Since it's all photon weaponry and stuff; just making sure that I knew what you are talking about Anyways... I think it's a bit overconfident to say you don't need tutorials, but eh. Just trying to help, and trying to help based on what I've seen. And yeah, the only Phantasy Stars I know myself are Online and Universe; I play Universe on the PC, in fact. Usually on Universe 14 as Hedjie. I really like the weapon designs on PSO/PSU myself, and think that the photon concept is quite awesome. (most of my weapons were made with Megi-photons >> since I love purple and elements were nerfed) You're really good at CGing, in regards to your latest work, but the one criticism I would have of that pic is that the shoulders look a bit too broad, a little lumpy (though I see what you were trying to do with the folds in the clothes there) and it throws off the arms slightly. Shoulders are usually at the same width as the hips on both males and females, though sometimes a little broader on more muscular males, but not too much. Apart from the shoulders, which don't detract a great deal, it looks great! Detailed, clean, nice colours, and a very fashionable outfit. Nice work! |

I can give you more info about it, but... it'll just get in this topic's way But anyhow, I have another finished product: Miyayu Regami Also, about the overconfidence stuff... no, I know what I'm doing. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- *Cough* Dual Post *Cough* I managed to update Kyoru very heavily Slay Kyoru (THE UPDATE) He's now usable in comics/flashes/games etc... just obtain my permission and such. Although, I'm not sure if this is the final version, but still, it does contain the basic poses. Also...
