Your avatar makes me sad. Fox and the Hound is a sad movie x(

I liked Holes, it was kinda a kiddish book but it was still pretty good. Haven't read many books though.

Huh? What's that post above me say?

Two books I've just finished reading are 'The Te of Piglet', and 'The Tao of Pooh'.

Both books sort of bring you into a philosophical introduction to 'Taoism', if it wasn't obvious, where 'The Tao of Pooh' brings about the introduction, and 'The Te of Piglet', portrays the view of 'virtue' of Taoism, and the numerous things that block the way for one to live in Harmony with Tao.

Although it's a rather deep book, it uses the characters of Winnie the Pooh to explain the concept of Taoism..and it's a very interesting read, really. ^^; Not to mention, I had an essay for Writing class taken right out of 'The Tao of Pooh';

"Those who have no compassion have no wisdom. Knowledge, yes; cleverness, maybe; wisdom, no. A clever mind is not a heart.Knowledge doesn't really care. Wisdom does."
If someone asks me if I'm enjoying life, unless it's something really unforgivable, I can't help but answer that I am. No matter how much despair there is, I'm satisfied with just living...Just being allowed to be here really is a wonderful thing.

Christmas is back again

Wuut! Yvette is back.

O my, about books. Well i haven't really read many books in my lifetime since i usually always falls asleep or can't relax in a chair without getting disturbed by other thoughts and noises. I wish to read something, but i am afraid that the book will never be finished. :D

I reccomend 1984 by George Orwell.

BTW, I am now reading "A day in Rome", an informative book written by Alberto Angela, son of a very known documentary maker.

the hunter and the rye
Surely you mean 'The Catcher in the Rye', right? ^^;

1984 as suggested was good as well, although that was a bit horrifying to read. xx;

Twilight.

The. Best. Book. Series. EVER.

I'm sure youve heard of it so there's no point in writing a summary. But it's amazing.

You could always ask a relative what kind of books they would suggest. I would suggest any classic book like The Time Machine, they always have a good sence adventure that everyone can enjoy.
