O.o I didn't know there were posted images of Silver's original designs..and I must say, they all look pretty cool. ^^; I like the one Bliz posted last, though, the most, but the design he has now is the best. xP;

If you look at the character designs in Sonic, a majority of them aren't so exceedingly detailed. On one hand, it would have made him different and stand out, but on the other, to me it seems that the detail is almost cluttered and perhaps that's why they chose not to use the initial design. That and he might have seemed out of place entirely. I kind of like the shoe design in the second, albeit I agree to Sonic Team's choice to go with boots. They are less used than sneakers in their world (although it's interesting to note that the other characters that have them are both girls XD; ). The third design just scares me and the last one I actually wouldn't have minded at all. I like the gold fur and the eyes, but all the same I am satisfied with the finalized one. I think they probably chose against this one simply because of Silver's personality, but it's just speculation.

X3;; I like image number 2 and 3, but mostly 3. it looks like his current design, but not so bland. Silver's just white with green-blue boots. though, I don't care, even though I would love for three to be his current design.
