And after the mayhem and the chaos that was the last tournament, the dust had settled on the familiar arena - circular in shape, roughly 100ft in diameter, with all the scarring from the previous set of battles left lying around, to serve as a harsh reminder that these tournaments were not child's play. Things weren't made any easier by the grand final from that tournament, Dakoter and Rachel absolutely tearing the place up to find a winner; the eventual victory went to none other than Rachel, the dark horse of the entire historical event that was the very first official tournament. Set slightly to the south and off to one side of the arena - inbetween the two sets of double doors the combatants would enter through - could be seen the structure that had magically appeared during the Battle Royale, a grand building that blended beautifully into the rest of the coliseum. The main point of focus here was the overhanging balcony, which would be the point where the three judges overlook proceedings. This balcony would also be the place where the partners of each team would wait before being tagged into battle, and would return to once their stint was over. The three overlooked the arena with a mutual interest. To the left of this group sat a large blue dragon, scales glistening in the warmth of the overhead sun and an evil glint in the eye as he waited to survey the forthcoming fights. To the right was a human, with short brown hair and wearing an eyepatch. He brushed a little bit of fluff off of his tuxedo, casting his eye down towards the car park to ensure his Aston Martin wasn't being stolen. In fact, apart from the eyepatch, this gentleman was very smart and rumoured to be one of the two grand architects for the entire tournament. Finally, the one in the middle moved forwards. It was the same mysterious being from the Battle Royale, resplendid in his hooded trenchcoat. He had an average build, but apart from that nothing could be told about this man. And all three had the power to wreak havok below. The hooded man clapped his hands together; at this point all the clouds in the sky disappeared and the wind became non-existent. "I summon now, on behalf of the grand architects, Haro and Rai, and Tails Fanatic and Serenity! Fight with honour, and may the best pairing win!" He placed his hands on the balcony overhanging, the crowd roaring with approval now the fights were finally underway.

((Well Im here and since Im here I might aswell just start)) Stepping through the entrance and into the light of the arena was none other than Rai. His eyes darted around the place for any sign of opponents or even his own partner. He stepped onto the fighting floor without hesitation. He clearly took it upon himself to choose who will be going out to fight first in his team. "Lets see what losers can even attempt to challenge me, hell I could take two on at once." His confidence shined, infact he was so confident that even before this new tournament began he down graded himself. Dequipping all of his weaponry and nasty little gadgets he owns from his space theivery. This tournament he was going to go through with his own natural raw skill. |

"Don't be so cocky..." As the sun left the field, giving it a shady feel, a small, blind cheetah began to cripple his way to the arena slowly, using his sword as a cane. He staggered slowly, as the wind being pushed from the door blew his short hair, and the ties in which his blindfold are knoted also. After about 5 minutes, he was finally beside his partner, Rai. |

Jet walks on through the doors to the area slowly and calmly as he looks around to survey where he will be fighting today in this tournament he entered. He usually wasn't one for tournaments like these, but he figured he probably should since some friends of his were in it, he thought he probably should try and fight and win this tournament. He wasn't mega confident he could win, but he knew he wouldn't be a push over. As Jet walks in, cape flowing behind him, he looks over and can see two other people already in the arena and could immediately assume these were his opponents since his partner should be close behind him. He looks over seeing the two of them and starts to look them over to figure out what the best strategy could best be come up to take these two on. He was already starting to think up some ideas right after he first saw them, he just hoped they would work. Jet was then looking behind him to see if his partner was coming since she was right behind him a moment ago, and he would most likely need her help in these fights. |

Karin walks to the arena gates to where her partner was at and where there fight was taking place.She walked up from behind seeing her partner right there in front of her looking at her and waiting for her.She was in her fighting cloths with her hair up like always and her weapons in hand in her pouch behind her for eazy acces. her golden eyes became slits like a cat eyes. She dosn't look at Jet and stands ready for there fight to begin.She started to serve the area they were fighting in and making a memorizing notes on her fighting enviroment seeing that it won't be too bad for her abilitys.Karin then looked at her opponents giving them a good look over like she was taught. |

Rai looked at his ali unimpressed. Strange was all he was to him, maybe this cat will be useful for allowing him time to rest when tagging out he figured. The drake's attention soon turned to his opponents. "Tch.." He growled, wanting to beat their faces in and leave already for the next bout. (Oh, lol. And thanks.) Kenshi simply waited for his opponent to make a move. He let his neck relax, his head facing down towards the blowing sand rushing past the battle arena. He stabbed his blade into the sand, pushing his body weight against the hilt, the sword going deeper. Sighing, he let his head rise again, as he said resentfully, "When exactly is this starting?" Kenshi, after the comment, glanced at his partner quickly, and thought, "Looks weak. Who knows." |

Jet just stands there smiling as he watches Karin make her approach and is pleased that his partner had finally showed up right behind him. He figured that even though normal manners would allow for ladies first, in battle he though it more polite to not let her take first blows in a fight so he steps a few steps forward his cape swishing behind him as he does. Jet walks calmly towards the center of the ring towards the other opponents not looking too concerned as he continues looking them over. From the looks of one of them, he was a dragon like creature, and the other had something strange on his head that really did make him wonder what it was at first, but it didn't take him long to remember reading up on things such as those in his past. "Alright, I shall be taking first whack at who ever wishes to test out their skills against me, I'm ready to go. Karin, you stand at ready and come in when I call for you. I will be able to see what I'm up against by then and be able to for an appropriate strategy." says Jet as he was walking still in her ear shot. He wanted her to hear this since communication would be important between the two of them if they were to survive this thing, and that's what he planned on doing. He wasn't planning on going right down and making an easy win for someone. They were going to have to work to take the both of them down. Once Jet was nearing the center of the arena and closer to the other two competitors, he stops and just looks the two of them over. His standing right there with one hand on the hilt of his sword, but not looking like he was about to charge right away. He seemed to be wanting to see who would respond to his challenge of semi approaching them first, since he didn't wish to jump the gun and attack both at once and disqualify himself. He could hear the cheers of the crowd wishing for them to hurry up and start the bout but he was in no hurry. Patience was on his side and he could wait for his opponent to approach him at their own will. He wasn't going to be pushed at the will of the crowd. He just stands there and stares down the two competitors calmly and patiently. |

Karin watched Jet move up a head a few steps as she studied her opponets she herd what Jet said and nodded,"alright then." she was focused on the crppled one and pushed her feeling of being sorry for him away.She got herself prepared watching carefuly and staying alert.She knew her place and was ready for anything alll she had to do is see what shes against and know what she can do against them. Karin stayed quiet so she can hear the sound of when the fight will start. |

Jet watches as one of the fighters just ran off and abandoned his partner here in the ring. It wasn't something he was expecting at all, but would take advantage of though. This might be their ticket to an easier win, but who knew how this lone person would fair against two opponents. "Well, I guess since we still have to fight, I better bring it on." says Jet and takes a few steps forward towards his lone opponent. As Jet got nearer though, he stopped and held his sword out towards Haro in a prepared stance, he looking ready to strike at the first opportunity. He didn't want to just rush in and try and attack him while was all up against a wall like that, since sometimes cornered people can be more dangerous than ones out in the open. Jet though stands his ground and waits for his opponent to make the first move. He knew better than to make a first strike as he waits now for him to bring it on. Jet was showing no sign of fear or nervousness as he faces his opponent wanting him to come and bring it on, because if he doesn't soon he was just going to have to attack first himself, and he would rather not do that. If he had to though, he had a plan of attack, that might net him a quick victory or at least one that won't take forever to decide. He wanted this over quick if possible, since a prolonged battle might cause more injuries than should be gotten in a battle. If he made it into later rounds though, he figured though injuries might be a possibly, he just hoped he didn't get hurt this early on. This first guy didn't look all that tough he though, but that is just at his first glance as he waits for his opponent to move towards him. |

Karin was standing there watching she was surprised her oponets team mate would abandon him.She actually felt sorry for him he has to fight a un fair fight and has no idea what strangths her partner has as well as her oponet. Karin noticed him get to a corner and didn't like that one bit that ment trubble since she remembers a previous fighter before the tournament did major damage to her and chard her hair with fire. Karin kept a close eye on the two but her opponet the closest hoping no harm comes to her oppnet. |

Kenshi, panicking, figured that if he lacked a partner, he would just have to fight them off for himself. His partner seemed weak anyway from what his senses picked up on, AKA the partner's energy he felt through the sand. He picked his sword slowly out of the sand, as he pushed his left foot into the wall. Pushing himself up, he rebounded from the wall, getting extra air. He then began to spin himself for 1075 degrees for momentum, as he finally released his blade, the blade flinging itself at his opponents at rapid speeds, looking like an unleashed propeller of some sorts. |
