Cause saying, "Hey, wanna go to the movies?" without having money to GO to the movies is really dumb. So, yeah, make sure you can afford to go where you ask her to go. And like the others said, just ask, you'll never know if you don't ask. She may just think of you as a friend, though that's good too. So just ask her. (this is coming from the 13 year old that has never asked a girl out, thank you)

As I said, I don't have the guts to ask her out. Also, I don't have a car or mode of transportation to get TO where I ask her out to.
