Entering The Tournament

Welcome to the Second Official =SB= Grand Tournament, following on from the mightily successful first rounds. We invite you, the casual or the serious roleplayer, to join in this historically super event. But first, we gotta bore you to death with these things called rules...

First one is easy enough. You are allowed one entry into the tournament, and he/she must be a fan character. No canon characters such as Sonic, Tails, Robotnik... this is purely for the fan-charries.

You will be required to submit a profile for your character, in order to prevent over-powerful characters from entering. Remember, this isn't a contest to see who can create the most powerful fancharacter, but who can roleplay the best. To make sure your profile is alright and within the rules, Master Of Darkness is in charge of approving your profiles and pointing out areas in which you could make changes.

Oh yeah, one other rule you'll be interested in... This is a Tag Team Terror, so you'll need a partner. We'll cover that shortly.

Here's the template you should use:

Name: ~This should be self-explanatory

Age: ~Age will affect your abilities. If you're 6, don't expect to be the world's most intelligent being, or able to take much in the way of punishment. Likewise, if you're pushing 80 you're not going to move too quickly.

Species: ~This again limits your abilities to a degree. Hedgehogs can run quickly, bats can fly, echidnas are strong and can dig, bunnies can jump high, cats are agile and sneaky... be creative.

Appearance: ~What sort of clothing is your character wearing? What colour fur do they have? Wherabouts does their weaponry sit on their person?

Personality: ~Are they easily wound up? Do they keep calm under pressure? What makes 'em happy? World's your oyster here.

Skills: ~You may have up to four skills and/or moves. Moves are extra attacks that are pre-set, that once executed take off that little more damage. Example, you could be a great swordsman, and then create three awesome moves.

Equipment: ~Up to three items may be carried into the arena. How many you can use inside isn't limited - this includes stealing your opponents(you don't get to keep them for the next round, however). This includes weaponry. As far as guns go, no big death rays, BFGs or stuff like that. Most other toys are cool, but be warned the judges will be watching your ammo - no infinite ammunition.

Strengths: ~What is your character good at? List three plus points to your character - for example, they can read the situation in battle easily due to the vast amount of experience they have, or that they're really paranoid and as such are always on their toes watching out for trouble?

Weaknesses: ~Exactly the opposite. List three minus points that can make your character a little flawed, example a fear of spiders, is unable to use anything other than a sword, can't fist-fight for crap, gets too pumped of adrenaline to focus on the trap his opponent's set... lots to choose from. And YES you have to take three - no more, no less - or you won't be accepted. Also, make them combat-related.




There are some things you should be aware of however:

No Godding - this is especially important in this tournament, as there is a huge amount of potential for "instant teleportation" and "super strength moves". Owing to the huge amount of power flowing around here(in the form of the tag attacks) we can appreciate that there will be great opportunity to smack your opponents really hard, however you still can't force an action onto your opponent. Abuse the power, you're out - no ifs, no buts.

No super forms.
No Chaos Emeralds, Sol Emeralds, other magical stone or similar object.
No stupidly powerful attacks or moves - throwing a bolt of lightning to stun your opponent is fine. But causing a whirlwind that could rip apart a large city is simply too powerful.

No outside interference or help - this means other people aren't allowed in your fight whether they're NPCs or actual players.
No healing in battle. This means NONE.

You ARE allowed magic, so long as it isn't too powerful. If it's more powerful than a simple chant/incantation, you'll need to take a turn to power it up before releasing it. The plus side to this is you're going to hurt your opponent badly if you connect. The bad side is they'll have enough time to dodge or prepare for the hit, or worse still - counter attack.

As your profile is approved, a little tag will appear by your name - Edited by Master Of Darkness - just to show everyone that your profile's accepted and you're not going to change it before the actual event. If if changes from MOD's name to your own, we're going to want to know what you've edited.


Entering The Arena and Posting

The contest will be fought out in a Christmas tree format, with each fight lasting for 40 posts - any time a member of staff posts does not count towards the total, thus making for a total of 20 posts each. This includes your introduction post.

When you first fight, look for the thread with your name in. The judges will make the first post for you and your opponent; detailing where you're actually fighting, weather conditions for the fight, zombie hordes, etc. They also have the right to post at any point in the fight with condition changes, etc. If there is a part of the scenery that can be used as a weapon(within reason) then it can be used. The judges may also throw in random fighting conditions throughout the fight that may last anything from one post to the entirety of the battle.

You are required to make an introductory post as you enter your assigned thread, before your fight begins - and within 3 days - and get fighting. The combatants then take it in turns to post - and it's up to you how you win the fight! If one fighter does not post within 2 days they forfeit their slot in the fight unless they get in touch with a judge stating why they're unable to post. Which means their team mate will be fighting on alone.

If the fight does not end in a clear-cut victory for one participant or the other, the winner will be decided by the judges. The judges will look for Fair Play, Grammar, Adapting To Surroundings and Entertainment Value.


Fighting

Fighting is completed by simply describing your actions each turn, and seeing how your opponent reacts. Posts should ideally be a minimum of 40 words(or a good paragraph), but you can do more if you like,. It's not difficult. Example:

It came sooner than expected, as Jakobovic snarled, leaping in the the kill with sword drawn. Taking a single step back, Dane raised his own sword to parry the blow before following up with a slice towards the hunter's torso. As the creature was falling prey to its own adrenaline, it would have a large amount of difficulty avoiding the blow as opposed to taking a defensive stance.



There. Easy. That's pretty much what we're expecting.

You are allowed a maximum of two actions per post - this is to prevent anyone from dodging, striking, then running away and getting another weapon out ALL in one go. Actions are drawing a weapon(it takes time to pull out a gun and take the safety off of draw a sword and balance it in your hands ready, by which point that's a good second or two of time gone), attacking, defending/dodging, or moving towards or away from your opponent.

Your character is not super-human, therefore will be expected to take at least some blows. If you dodge everything thrown at you, this will be considered unfair play and you will be marked down for it. Unless your opponent only makes one punch right at the beginning and then runs away because they choose to avoid you, then that's slightly different.
Likewise, every blow won't connect - in theory.

No Godding - that means NO GODDING. If you're caught, instant disqualification.

No editing the posts other than for grammatical content - if you've made a mistake with the action you've taken, you are NOT allowed to change it unless your opponent hasn't posted his reaction yet. Once your opponent has posted, the previous post is locked apart, of course, for grammar. If you are editing a post in this way, please PM a judge and your opponent to let everyone know you're not cheating.

All other rules for roleplaying stand - this also means saying if your opponent got hit. If you post an opponent's reactions, it's instant disqualification unless you're merely repeating what they did in their previous post, in which case that's fine. But saying that you struck him on the head and he got knocked out is cheating - you are aiming towards that body part, and then it's up to your opponent as to whether he dodges it or not.


Between Rounds

After each fight each participant will be given refreshments, weapons repaired and wounds healed, simply by stepping into the "Magical Machine" - this is free of charge and means you're ready to fight once again. the machine also relieves you of strained limbs and tops up your energy as if you've just woken up, fresh as a daisy. There is no need to post this action, it is automatically assumed you perform this action out of common sense.
You are of course free to read up on any of the other fights going on, but if you post in any fight other than your own, it's an instant disqualification.


Judging and Progressing To The Next Round

All fights will be judged on four categories, should there not be a clear winner:

Fair Play - how fairly did you play, simply? Did you force your opponent to take all your attacks? Did you dodge all of his? If you didn't play fair, you'll be marked down. Simple.

Grammar - how well can you spell and punctuate? We all have access to word processors with spell checkers so there should be no excuses on this front. If English isn't your first language we'll be lenient on some aspects of the wording of your posts, but don't take the mickey. You'll still be expected to spell correctly.

Adapting To Surroundings - when it started raining halfway through your fight, how did you react? Did you go "Ewww" and try to carry on bravely, or just completely ignore the fact it's soaking you to the skin? Acknowledge the scenery and its surroundings and we mark you up - simple.

Entertainment Value - were we kept on the edge of our seats? Was this a classic fight, one to go in the Halls of Fame somewhere? If so, you score high here.

All categories are marked out of ten(10) by your friendly neighbourhood judges Spin, Master Of Darkness and DragonFlame.
Once the scores are gathered from the panel and added, the winner will be declared and will move on to fight the next opponent in the tree. The losers will have to drop out of the tournament at this point, better luck next time!
The exception to this is the battle for third and fourth place, the losers from the final two sides of the tree will go head to head to decide who completes our rostrum of winners.

In the event of a draw, the judges may decide to extend the time/post limit, decide amongst themselves who a winner is, or even allow both to progress through to the next round to create a Triple Threat or a Fatal Four-Way. At the end of judging, the judge's decision is final. You may appeal once by PM, stating your reasons for doing so. The final verdict stands.

As suggested by you, the members of this forum, we'll be giving out shiny banners to place in your signature for 3rd, 2nd and of course 1st place. These give you ultra-bragging rights at any other forum you might post at - and of course, this one ^^

Special rules for the Tag Team Terror

Well first rule - no two seeds shall be paired together. Other than that, people may enter either in a pairing or if they cannot find a partner, can enter alone and be randomly designated a partner.

When fighting, only one of the pair may post actual fighting - the other may post their display of moral support or generally being bored, but does not interfere with the fight or the posting order until they are inside the ring. Both may arrive at the same time in a grand entrance but only one may fight at a time. Only in one circumstance will the outside fighter be allowed to join in and attack the occupant inside the ring, which will be explained below. Any other attempts to intefere will result in an instant disqualification, no exceptions or excuses will be tolerated.

Funky part - the tagging. Each fighter has to verbally tag out or in of the ring for the tag to take place - it will be assumed that a teleportation takes place. There is a minimum of three posts before you can tag out, and a maximum of five before you have to swap places. This ensures that everyone gets a pop at the fighting.

No healing is performed at all during a fight, especially when a fighter is sitting around waiting to be tagged in. Major wounds will be tended to with the minimum of bandaging by bystanding medics, but the wound will not be healed - only the loss of blood will be prevented unless that bandage is ripped open.

When a new fighter is transported to the ring, they will be placed anywhere of their choosing within a two meter diameter of their partner. This is to prevent anyone from being too far apart from their partner.
Now here's the cool part - as per wrestling, a tag team attack may take place before the non-legal fighter has to leave. The fighters will have one turn to make that single attack, before the previous fighter is removed.


Also, the judges will be making random weather changes this time around - whilst not as dramatic as the Battle Royale to begin with, they will progress more and more until the most severe weather takes place in the later stages.

As much as it goes against my idea that Rping is bad, especially if the forum is busy, I have decided to join this thing and have a go at it. The style of the contest has caught my interest, and I'm willing to see how this goes.

Here's the character template for my character:

Name: SuperCyberMetalHyper (SCMH for short)

Age: Created a few years ago, so I'd place his age at 8.

Species: Robot

Appearence: A dark blue robotic hedgehog with hollow red eyes. His arms and muzzle are tinted grey, but the rest of his body is covered in synthetic dark blue fur. His shoes are red with black stripes. His spines are decorated with a single yellow stripe with a red outlining.

Personality: As a robot, he holds a somewhat calm and claculative manner. Despite this, though, he has an angry and menacing streak that will arise if he becomes infuriated or senses that he is losing.

Skills:
- He is equipped with retractable scythe claws on the back of each hand. Extending these scythe claws, SCMH can spin at a high velocity with his arms outstretched, thus turning him into a spinning whirlwind of pain.
- Using his jet, SCMH can accelerate at an incredible speed. Coupling this with his claws, he can perform a powerful clothesline move.

Equipment:
-Scythe claws

Strengths:
-SCMH has durable armour that can withstand a tough amount of punishment. It can even bear the brunt of bullets, but not completely.
-His computer brain allows him to asses situations quickly and efficiently, thus allowing him to respond quickly to danger.
-He is adept at combat training, and is as equally deadly with his fists and feet as he is with his claws.

Weaknesses:
- The scythe claws are not indestructable. Given enough damage and fatigue, they will break.
- The jet shoes cannot be used if enough damage is done to the leg area.
- He runs on a capacitor that holds around 500 kilowatts of power. Movement, attacking and other actions all drain the capacitor's power, but it steadily recharges at a rate of 50 kilowatts per second. So if overloaded or forced to do strenuous amounts of action, SCMH will be forced to power down for a full 20 seconds before complete recharge is made.

The forum community these days has changed rapidly from what it was. You can no longer sit down and post quietly in a topic and then come back in a couple of days and stll understand the thread of the discussion. Nowadays, the overflow of posting and the stupidity of some members is annoying and degrading. People have no care for what you post anymore, they simply see it as a means of furthering their own post count and making themselves look good. It's all flashy signatures and huge egos and trolling and noobs. Good forums died long ago when people weren't such twats.

And that, good people, is why you won't find me much on this forum. Because I was buried under all the crap everyone made when they came in.

Looks like I havn't a partner. :P So, i'll be randomly paired.

Name: Fireyo

Age: 15

Species: Mutated Hedgehog

Appearance: I'll just show a pic. Posted Image


Personality: Fireyo is carefree, and has a good sense off justice. Although one off his worst traits is not thinking about what will happen next. He goes with the flow and doesn't anticipate, he's also cocky.

Skills: Well,he's based around Fireyo, so
Magmaball- A bigger version of a Fireball. It isn't that strong, but could cause light burns, so doesn't take as long to charge up as his other attacks. Size varies depending on how he wants it. If he makes it to big though, he can't hold the pressure and the weight collapses on him.
Swift Zip- He sends a Ziz-Zag of Fire towards the anemy. It lasts for 2 turns or so, he will try to use it to keep the enemy away from him. It actually does no damage, but catches the enemy and paralizes for a 1 to 2 turns., and can be used without charging. Though he needs to recover after using it. Also, it strectches up to 75 metres.
Flaming Miracle- His strongest attack. He jumps in the air, and creats a ring of fire around the enemy. He then makes a fire dome and closes it in on the enemy. Used onlty in very tough situations. It takes alot of charging aswell as recovery time afterwards, and takes away some of his energy, leaving him alot weaker.
Equipment: None really, he has reinforced gloves though.

Strengths:
He's good at offense
He's quick on his feet *Ie.Speedy so he can run fast.*
He can jump high
Weaknesses: He doesn't think about what will hsppen next. So, he just does, not thinks.
He has a crap deffense.
He's weak to water or Ice-based attacks.

SCMH, you need to remove one of your strengths and your chaos emerald. The version of the rules you see is a quickly edited version of the Super Forms rules, looks like I forgot to put that clause back in - no chaos emeralds here, I'm really sorry dude :( apart from that, cracking profile.


Chaos101, hmm. Please explain how powerful this "magmaball" is, how long it takes to power up and any ill-effects it'll have on Fireyo. If you're stuck for how to write it up, take a look at the profiles from the last tournament. Same also applies to the zig-zag - how wide is the spread for the flame? How long does it last? Power level? And so on. I do like the sound of Flaming Miracle, but again the same problem - elaborate on the power and energy usage, please.
It's not that I don't want you to have these cool powers, it's that I want you to explain why I should let you. Detailing the power levels and how much it takes out of Fireyo is a part of this ^^

Strengths and weaknesses - he's good at offense, AND crap? Change one, please. He's quick on his feet? As in he can react quickly, or he can run faster than the average fox?

Aside from that, you're in. Make the changes I've asked for and if I like them, I'll let you take part ^^

Name: Light

Age: 16

Species: Human

Appearance: Wears a white shirt with a black button up shirt (which is left unbuttoned) with black/gray pants, white shoes, and sunglasses on his head. Black hair and white gloves

Personality: Mostly determined to complete his goals. Sometimes act cocky and cool.

Skills:
Sword Mastery: Light has been very skilled with swords and can block most everyone's physical attacks with his sword.
Holy Beam: Light puts his sword out to his enemy. His sword starts to glow. After it reaches full power, he releases a beam of light that goes towards his enemies and hurts them. May blind them if weak.
Holy Blast: Light focuses his energy in his hand and then shoots a ball of energy at the opponent. If it hits something (or someone), it will explode with a big boom.
Last Light: His strongest attack. Light uses all his energy up and turns all white. Then he goes around slashing anything in his way at full speed. This goes on for about 20 seconds, then he reverts back to normal Light, left with no energy to fight.

Equipment: He has Holyium (A sword which allows Light to use light based attacks).

Strengths:
-Light can run very good.
-Light has good evasion (meaning it will be tough to hit him due to his evasion)
-Light has lots of energy

Weaknesses:
-Light cannot fight with his fists. If he loses his sword, he's pretty much done.
-Light hasn't mastered his skills yet
-Light easily falls for traps.

This should be interesting, i'll give it a shot.

Name: ~Blader

Age: ~ 15

Species: ~ Beates (A hybrid like species that mainly specialize in brute force when fighting, the females are are bipeds and agile, yet fragile, but the males are quadropeds and specialize in brute force, though Blader is a male, he has the physical build of a female.)

Appearance: ~ In avatar, a bit old, but it'll do.

Personality: ~Cocky, and a bit of a jerk.

Only has two moves
Skills: ~ Kuroikotan - A blast of radioactive waste, with slight concussive force to it, last one post, and has enough force in it to push the enemy back a few inches
~Vanish - The ability to phase through solid objects, non-solids will pass through, but still
have an affect, for instance, fire will pass through, but still burn. This move lasts for a maximum of two post.
Equipment: ~None

Strengths: ~Agile with both hands and feet, and over average speed and strenght

Weaknesses: ~Despite the above average abilities, he tends to avoid fights,
~Doesn't work well with others
~If he uses the phasing technique in excess, the pent up energy weakens and eventually kills him.

I couldn't resist joining.

Name: Vasiel 'Vas' Loup

Age: 16 (Around 21 in nocturn years)

Species: Nocturn (A race I created a long time ago. Doesn't really effect his stats.)

Appearance: Well... he's a big centaurian furry thing to be precise. He has a a largely muscled lupine bottom half with a more humanoid upper half. His bodies covered in medium-lengh blue-black fur, grown long on the back of his head to give the idea of hair. He also has a slightly bushy tail.

Personality: Whilst friendly a jokey with those he knows well, towards others he's untrustworthy. He has a short temper and a sarcastic attitude when it comes to those he doesn't like, and has a tendency to point out the mistakes of others.

Skills:
~Unnatural Speed: Vas is fast. As in, REALLY fast. Faster than he really should be able to run with legs. Around, 200-250 mph I'd say, although I've never estimated it exactly before. (I'd like to make a note on the 'as fast as Sonic thing'. Sonic can run officially at over 770mph.)
~Royal Tiara: Vas spins on the spot, creating a large kind of buzzsaw of fur and claws.
~Royal Crown: Vas runs extremely fast in a circle around an enemy. As he runs, the air inside the ring condenses, wearing the enemy down and giving them a slightly crushed feeling from all sides, aswell as heating them to dangerously high levels. If anyone was to try and stick a limb into or out of the circle they would probably find it quite painfully removed... although Vas would probably have a good chance of death, or at least extreme pain aswell.
~Royal Hounds: Vas creates a solid aftershadow with a mind of it's own. They commonly dive at opponents and such like, bursting out of existence upon making heavy contact with something.

Equipment: N/A

Strengths:
~Previously mentioned unnatural speed
~Is quite physically strong
~Has a weight advantage

Weaknesses:
~Is easy to hit due to being a large target
~Has an intense fear of lightning
~Has low constitution and health

Appearance:He is a black hedgehog with white stripes and kinda looks like Shadow,He wears white trainers with red and black patterns on,black trousers and a orginazation XIII Hoody,He wears a necklace that his girlfriend Rachi gave to him after the last tournament ended it was pretty much a lucky charm that she gave to him so Shadver promised he would never lose it because it kinda supported more of a relationship between the 2,His totally increased from the last tourney and changed a bit He gains more red stripes before on his body that flash when he does his Strongest move his dark/light criti bomb

Personality:Shadver mostly likes to help people and his the type that can work with mostly lots of people mostly stays calm and confident,He does joke a bit and He is the leader of his gang,he does depend on people sometimes but not all of the time

Dark/light beam-Shadver uses his power and uses it on his keyblades to make the keyblades glow and then he shoots it at the signal the beam comes out of his keyblade/s and shoots at fast speeds,He can hit it at a distance

Dark/light criti bomb-Shadver's most stongest attack.Shadver firstly jumps in the air pretty high and get his 2 keyblades and get them together to create a Small dark/light criti bomb,As he continues he gains red stripes flashing all over his body,So he Uses his dark/light energy and uses it to his ball to make it more bigger and stronger then gains more energy from a 200ft raidus to increase it's power and make it even more bigger and soon it becomes the Real Dark/light criti bomb,Once Shadver shoots it at when he is ready at the oppenent it does a Devestating damage of his/her's Health and increases chances of Critical hit once the oppenent gets hit.Charging takes up to 1 TURN and CRITICAL HIT-40%

Dark inhale-Once Shadver touches his 2 hands on the floor and uses his dark energy on the floor,The arena suddenly starts to turn Darker making the oppenent harder to see him and his teamate and gets darker and darker and darker once it is complete the oppenent cannot see him but only Shadver can and his teamate,Takes 1 turn to charge it up and it's last's for 2 turns

Critical air shoes- Once Shadver has equiped these pretty cool,nifty shoes on it allows him to fly as high as he wants he can catch up to people if they are flying and battle rivals in the sky,Some of his techniques can be more easier to use when Shadver does them in the Air

Strengths:
-He is a fast character (I mean seriously fast)
-He has very Good flying skills
-He has high stamina and dodges at a pretty good amount


Weaknesses:
-Bad in water based levels and Water element
-Can sometimes UNDERESTIMATE the oppenent
-Dosen't block that much.

Christmas is back again

I tend to use his implate. Mind if long reading. Maybe the most importent thing is what he is able to do in battle. I havent realy desided to go with anyone. I would like to see a random pick. That is just me. Dont care who i join up with. The matter is learning the ways of working together. No objections right. I let someone deside if he is allowed or not.

- Name: Warzak

- Age: 5 (28-35 years old.) Look into his profile if any questions.

- Species: Dragon

- Appearence:

Height: 9.7 Feet (2.97m)
Lenght: 44.3 Feet (13.5m (From nose to tail)
Skin Colour: Midnight Blue (Underside) Ivory
Eye Color: Tangerine yellow

Head: What would be any difference between Warzak and other dragon's head. The curve symbolise that his origin stands from west. Just above his braincase there are two distinguished horns stretched out from each side almost making him look a devil. Though his eyes shows another appearence of his maybe scary image because of his size.

Upper Body: From below his neck there will be a distinguished shape. His wings stands one. By it's Wing Carpus there is a small shaped claw shaped as if he had replaced his claws from his feet. As mentioned he stands aligned with the eastern group and there for have four legs each one with sharp needle claws though his phalanges claws stands the most brutal because of it's size. While on his right clavicle there is a mark from his birth even if it only can be seen through night with a bright light to lend it's viev. The mark is said to been spread through his family heirloom and will always stands attached to those within his family.

Lower Body: The last symbol of Warzak would be his tail. At the very end there stands forth another needle sharp claw, though managable to turn from just illusion into a deadly cutter by turning them as knife blades able to pierce through most of his foes if using tail whip at the right time eather from air or ground.

Extra: What already have been said. His origin stands from the West, though his mark shall be explained here. What would stand as his old ancestor's scar from a knight's sword leaving a mark that would embrace and symbolise his family by a slightly showing cross like an x.

- Personality: Personality: Warzak stands selfesteem about him self because he is filled with pride by showing him self of as the one who he is. He also stands profound and usually manage to fill insight about what would should be done about their current situation if in part of a fellow friend. He have never admired to use force if not in dire need and there for stands highly unpredictable in moments when you belived any difference of his actions. At last he stands pretty socialisitc and enjoy huge crowds, though he dislikes human because of their history and stands with hatred upon them from showing any slight of threat.


- Skills:
~~ "Arch Breathe" What stands as normal from dragons do not apply to our little friend. He will create an effect from both ice and imagination called Arch. The victim will be embraced by an invisible barrier with a freezing effect, though you will be able to see everything that occurs from the outside without the ability to move. The imagination will be how Warzak find's his prey suitable enough to get killed. Though at this rate, he would likely have little chance creating any serious damage.

The lenght stands immensive at this age, while the width starts to be elaborate as well more difficult to avoid. The time effect stands from before.

Effects
- Lenght: 40.3 Feet (12.3m)
- Width: 9.5 Feet (2.9m)
- Time: 10 seconds

~~ "Tail Whip" More accuracy, though his might stays unchanged by focus more on his target. The double claw have increased a few inches since the beginning.

Effects
- Accuracy: 75%
- strenght: You better try and avoid his tail because it might inflict minor damage even if not equipped with his double claw. You might not be able to stand on your feet from it's force leaving you sent flying several feet away. Though this occurs only towards a medium sized human. Bigger enemies might not inflict any severe flying backwards from getting hit.

~~ "Frost Reflex" This will only work on the ground. And this ability will only work against other water based or ice based attacks. Everything involving coldness will take unpredictable effects if he stays enchanced with his frost reflex. The moment water connects it will freeze, while ending time of what already stands solid as it touches Warzak embraced with his reflex. Seconds later it will all implode and send forth small sharp needle pieces of ice all around his surroundings. The only way to avoid this, is to immidate when noticed the effect make a run for it, or find anything to use as shelter. Warzak stands unharmed until the effects ware out. This will have a negative effect because it drains his will to fight and he will be temporarily unable to use any of his arch abilities in a limited time. Though he will be able to use his claws and fangs, though the matter how huge his will is.

~~ "Flares Of Frost" Increasing the numbers with flares of one. Four medium sized flares will be unleashed from his mouth at an increasing rate from last time. You better have good reflexes if you want to avoid them all. Be prepeared though, he will only be able to focus on two targets, leaving the other two be sent out randomly.

Equipment: It should be involved within his strenght's. He carries no weapons that is.

Strenght's:
~~ Almost an adult will make him feared but only to those who act frightened.
~~ Agility is sacrifised leaving his strenght increase on the ground. But very fast in air.
~~ Able to use his claws, fangs and tail as his weapons. Could also stand onto his hind legs fighting with his front feet.

Weaknesses:
~~ Weak against Fire: Because he interacts with ice, he wont last long if caught in a fire storm from his rivals or anything involving flames. Though he may be able to confront it with his Flares of Frost, though it depends on the strenght of flames involved.

~~ Loss of will: As mentioned when using frost reflex he will last almost unable to fight after it's use. He wont be able to stand forth any defense and cuasing anything that still stands around his vicinity to strangle him or shoot him in his head anything that could cause his death. This will change when he is older, and he might leave with some resistance even if he wont be able to stand against huge amounts of pressure of a surviving rival or enemy.

~~ - Tailwhip accuracy: The amounts of times he wont connect with his foe will almost occur more then his hits.

Name: Dakoter "Muzzle" Artemis - Feral Form

Age: 15 (10 months, dog years)

Species: Feral Wolf

Appearance: (he's walking around in my sig). Long-legged, maned-wolf type, golden eyes with black sclera. His coat is primarily grey with red-tipped hairs, making him appear rusty. His paws and underside are white. He has an erect black mane, long, heavy tail, and an unusually lithe body. Also, very long, black nails.
Dak wears a black color and platinum dog tag.

Personality: Quirky, to say the least. Dak is highly unassuming and nonjudgmental; he goes with the flow and doesn't let others' actions get to him. He also doesn't hold grudges or take the "valiant" route. he's pretty.. uneventful.
But, he is a Nut. Dak has a rather unorthodox way of reacting to his environment and those in it; what you think he'd do, he does the opposite of. Dak also acts a lot like a regular old dog.

Skills:
Feral fighting (CQC) - Once in his opponent's breathing space, Muzzle is about as fun to play with as a rabid dog. Dak utilizes his claws, fangs, and even his tail and mane to rip his enemy to shreds.
Chaos - Not as proficient in flashy techniques as a certain hedgehog, but Dak can manipulate chaos into an impressive tool. Gathering it in his claws and teeth, Dak can sear through most materials. Adding it to his mane creates a jagged saw of fur, while adding it to his tail creates a pretty painful club. He can also gather the energy in his legs and paws to run faster, jump higher, and swipe and kick harder.
Dexterity - Dak is one fast, agile mofo. His movements are fairly fluid, as he can twist and double back, flip, and change direction on a whim. Dak's long claws grant him firm grips and traction, and his long, heavy tail acts as a rudder when changing direction and as a counterbalance when scaling. Dak's sleek frame and long legs also enhance his speed; his quick stride is impressive by itself, but his aerodynamic frame reduces resistance and allows him to get maximum speed for little effort.
In a sense, Dak will catch up with his target, whether they're zig-zagging or moving in a straight line.

Moves:
Cutting Edge: Claw, Fang: Building a large amount of Chaos in his claws or teeth, Dak uses the volatile energy and heat to slice or break through otherwise keratin- or enamel-impenetrable material.
Cutting Edge: Mane: Building a large amount of Chaos into his mane, said scruff stiffens and combines into a single, serrated edge or innumerable quill-type structures.
Moonshine: Building Chaos in his eyes, Dak will release the charge as a flash of blinding light, disorienting the onlooker.
Double-Suspension Gallop: Using this centuries-old gait, Dak can clock in at speeds of about 70 mph.

Equipment: None.

Strengths:
- Dak's flexibility and quick, fluid movements allow for a strong offense when fighting in close quarters. Also, because he's relatively compact, Dak doesn't need a lot of space to attack
- Chaos adds an extra punch to most attacks
- Dak had excellent eyesight and hearing, reducing the effectiveness of surprise attacks

Weaknesses:
- Dak's light frame can't take a lot of abuse: a few strong blows will send him reeling. Also Said light frame does nothing for having muscle; Dak's normal kicks and swats aren't the strongest in the world. Also, he can be overthrown easily.
- Dak also doesn't have much in the way of defense, aside from speed.
- not having opposable thumbs also means the wolf can't take up arms or improvise as well.

Personality: Naive to the world around, Pyro can get distracted at times, and have odd moments of clumsiness. Still, deep down, he's calm and able to keep his cool in pressure situations.

-fire manipulation (control's fire's movement and shape, as well as being able to produce sufice amounts)
-Self combustion (body parts become engulfed in flames, e.g fist, for extra damage)
- quick step - allows him to move quickly over short distances.

Strengths:
- good sense of balance, thus able to pull of highly agile and gynastic moves
- able to cope with warm conditions, also providing a power boost
- quick thinking on the spot

Weaknesses:
- short endurance levels,
- heavy rain fall causes fire abilities to fizzle out.
- stuborn, dosen't know when to quite, which land end him in some tight spots

Alrighty! It's finally time! But this time around, I'm entering with an updated version of very first Fan Character! Aw yeah, can't wait to see how this goes down!

Strengths:

1 - Jack has very good aim when throwing his knives.

2 - Jack can recognize almost any form of Martial Art and how to counter it. ALMOST any...

3 - Jack's Pyro and Cyro powers can be used for a multitude of things...

Weaknesses:

1 - Jack sometimes (Read: Alot of the time) underestimates his opponents.

2 - Jack easily fails to notice traps set by his opponents.

3 - Jack likes to brag and tease his opponent, inadvertently giving them an opening to attack.

Name: Edge the Cat

Species: Cat

Appearance: A black cat, with two white stripes on his head going from front to back, purple eyes, a medium sized tail, red shoes, and furry white chest (like Tails', but smaller), and wears a small bag (the strape goes over his chest)

Personality: Edge is a pretty serious, but laid-backed guy. He's a pretty outgoing guy and can be pretty sarcastic. He's also quite friendly and helpful.

Skills: A strong roundhouse kick, A claw dive attack (A move in which his claws come out and dives at them, like Wolverine does on M vs. C), the spin kick (like Ryu's from Street Fighters), and the Sonic Updraft (like the one from Sonic Battle)

Equipment: A small dagger he holds and 5 fake rings which explodes when contacted.

Strengths: Edge can jump high (due to being a cat), has a wide variety of martial arts, and have fast reflexes.

Weaknesses: He cannot swim, due to his sharp hearing loud noises hurt his ears, and grabing his tail opens his defenses.

Species: Dog (Breed: Yorkshire Terrier)

Appearance: Aldagar is completed covered in long, light golden fur, interrupted by a black stripe that runs down his back to the tip of his tail. His eyes are different colors; the right pupil being gold while the other is grey. His hair falls down in one bang past his right shoulder, while an unruly tuft rests on the other side. As for attire, Al possesses three tops: a light blue/royal blue sweat shirt without the left sleeve and two muscle shirts; one black, one white. The bottom consists pair of pants that match the sweatshirt. His gloves are plain, white, and fingerless. Black, white, and grey leather boots adorn his feet. Personality: Having been socially ousted, Al has gained a clear-cut view of life's workings that can dangerously border on cynical, but being young, he constantly finds himself sadly wondering about the nature of those who continuously wrong him. Although he has become distrusting of strangers and is difficult to become attached to, this does not stop him from being respectful or even outright friendly to the people around him.

When it comes to a job, the dog is firmly dedicated to his duties. He is never disgusted by his work, even if he fails. When entranced in a task, he will refuse to deter from his own path unless heavily persuaded. Thus, he can become dangerous to those who attempt to interrupt him from his actions. He rarely recognizes the true repercussions of such outbursts, and this fatal flaw only serves to further drive people away from him.

Ironically, Al wishes that he could forget his fears and could possess the courage to start meaningful relationships on his own; making him vastly bonded to the few friends he has. It has also led him to suffer occasional bouts of jealousy in the company of those who are not as socially awkward. However, he will, on occasion, cast himself out of his shell by becoming the life of the party himself, but only in the presence of his inner circle and a few select individuals with whom he feels he can absolutely trust.

Skills:

  • Aldagar is a seasoned archer and is most adept at wielding his personal long-bow.

  • Claw Strike: A simple move of fast, multiple slashes with his claws. While Al can easily use them while up close, he is able to rush past an opponent with powerful leaps as well, slashing and wearing them down over time.

  • Hidden Ground: Al can tunnel underground deeply; able to bypass tougher ground material like concrete with a leap into the air and a spiraling dive-bomb back down towards the earth. It can be used both defensively and offensively: the dog can hide and regain stamina before bursting forth from the ground in an ambush attack.

    EDIT: Holes are not impervious to entry from other combatants or weaponry/attacks. He's also not that fast of a digger. His aerial move, although allowing him to dig through tougher material, does not allow him to travel anymore than a few feet underground. He must put his paws to work.

  • Fang Breaker: Aldagar's finisher. He quickly places himself in front of the opponent and initiates a furious combo of slashes and punches. If the move is successful after this point, he immediately finishes with an uppercut to send the opponent flying before leaping up to grab the victim within his teeth and slam them down.
Equipment: Bow and Arrow: A long-range bow and arrow set custom made from heart wood, making it extremely durable. As a result of its range and origin, it can be a hindrance on the move, but Al has learned that the bow is actually strong enough to be used like a staff. (EDIT: Al usually carries around 14 arrows and may retrieve them if he can.)

Strengths:

  • Al is quite small and swift on his feet. He is also very at home battling on all fours and is highly flexible, naturally making himself an even harder target to hit.

  • Trained extensively in the art of hunting and ambush, Al is rather familiar with espionage and tracking, making himself a valuable spy.

  • Al will assess his opponents' physical performance and remain on the sidelines before rushing headlong into battle. He knows the value of never underestimating an opponent and would rather be shown a breech in defense before acting.
Weaknesses:

  • Being equipped with finely-tuned senses makes him more susceptible to attacks and effects that will hinder them in some way. This rings especially true for his eyesight, as being half-blind leaves him vulnerable to bright lights and attacks stemming from his left side.

  • Because Al is a very light character and his claws and teeth can only take him so far, bulky opponents whom deal in raw strength rather than speed can can gain an easy upper hand if he is caught in their attacks.

  • Honor prevents Al from using his full strength on opponents he perceives as indescribably weak. This empathetic habit leaves himself more open to surprise from opponents who may shield their true abilities as well or beg for forgiveness after he has dispatched of them.
