I've heard many racist comments by people saying "Obama should win, we need a black president"... Well isn't that just as bad as saying McCain should win because we need a white president? Well not to society, but isn't the double standard humorous? Just food for thought. We should be judged by the content of our character and not the color of our skin. Also a double standard with Hilary. People voted for her just because she was a woman. If I said "I'm voting for Obama, because he's a man" I would be char broiled by most people, yet it's ok to vote for someone because they are a woman. *Please note this is not about politics, it is about double standards.

My intentions are not sexist or something like that, but, in my country (Argentina), we had two female presidents, and both times the country was at the ledge of bankrupt. First time, Eva Peron: she was good, nice person, she had some kind of Robin Hood personality, always thinking about poor people and people with special needs. BUT, she didn't knew anything about politic or how to manage a country, it ended up with the most violent State Hit (when military forces take the power in the government) Second time, actual Cristina Fernandez: man, she is BAAAAD. we are a farmer country, and she, the president, decided to elevate the retain taxes from 15% to 45%, so, the farmers had no earnings, or a pretty low earning, the economy is falling, the prices are rising, and she is in ROME, BUYING SOME NEW VUITTON ORIGINAL BAGS. and she doesnt wants to accept the fact that she needs help, our country is going straight to an economic chaos, worst than Wall Street's fall...the worst part is that there's 3 years left to finish her's mandate. so, DON'T EVER VOTE A FEMALE PRESIDENT. no offense meant

I thought the whole point of PC was to make everything as objective and unoffensive as possible. Isn't a double standard really the opposite and the thing that results in PC instead? =/
