I created a poll and let everyone choose a winner. That turned into a failure. So i felt there would be something missing. Maybe the music charts will be arranged like this. Quote: SB Charts Example Artist - Song - Rank Since last Week - Rank This week - Amount Of Weeks - Total Rating Now for the fun part. The list will be picked by randomly chosen members that tend to gain any interest participating. The first time, up to 10 members will be able to pick one song. The song chosen will then be placed onto the list as our start. They will not have any specific order until the voting ends 24 hours later after it's been created. I will comepleatly take command of the list. Yet i might ask for some help in asking around members at random until the list is compleate. Sure sounds booring. Yet if there are many music fans around here, then i would like to see them pick a notice on this one. I wont take any desicion on witch song shall be picked. Cuz i might tend to pick someone i favor more then others. Silly right. Anyway, as long the song have a video, with a usable link they will be acepted and from there added. Like mentioned above. The list will be quite detailed. Artist. Name of the artist or band. Song. Name of the song. Rank Since Last Week. This will turn songs able to stay on the list if enough votes. On how they ranked last week, that number will be staying there. Rank This Week. Simple as it is. What place the song is. Depends on points from members. (Will be taken care of later.) Amount of Weeks. The amount of weeks the song have been on the charts since it arrived. If reached a sertain amount of weeks, it might get a reward standing as SB Top 5 Best songs of all time. Total Ranking. The amount of how many points a song will have. ------------------------------------------------------ Leaving to how this shall work since all members will be able to give points. (That might cause the list will never change. That would be quite booring. So that leaves members able to have the same amount of points giving towards the opposite side. Example. (Member name: Linky Streak) Will have 30 points and (-30) negative points. You will have to listen to every song through the first week. Later on, continue as if a member might get boored of someone they favord earlier and tend using negative points instead of positive. No member may be able to give more then 10 points in favor or dissfavor of any songs. Leaving you able to give points to more then one song. You can even give points to everyone, just you need a bit of math knowledge making sure you wont make any points go wasted. That intend to be both minus and pluss. This will leave a song able to fall out of the list, causing newcomers able to reach the Top 10 SB Charts and there from able to pursue the 1st place. You will have the ability to choose how the list will change though. Sure this might stand complicated. Yet, this is how the SB Music Charts might succeed. ------------------------------------------------------- Each Weekend from Saturday 24 hours ahead to Sunday members will be able to listen and change the fate of SB Charts list by giving votes. Beginning from this Saturday if enough positive comments and approvement and enough with understanding people able to forsee this might work. Through the weekend, i will tend to ask once again, or let anyone volunteer helping me out choosing another 5 members able to choose 1 newcomer each day until Saturday when they will be challenging the Music Charts. Sure this might only involve those rich in love of music, yet i belive there are some around here. On Sunday the list will be updated on the first page. Wishing to get this topic pinned if granted. To make sure it wont die away. That is if, members showing enough interest. ------------------------------------------------------- That's about it. I am sure questions might be asked on how more specific this shall roll. I have it all ready for you if the words wasn't understanding enough. Now give comments on what you feel about this. This topic will be moved soon enough to the entertainment section staying as the discussion topic and leaving members able to pick out songs they would like on the list if not used to the pm system. In a matter of 24 hours i shall ask 10 different people on what song they would like on the list. Choosing randomly of course, yet i wont be picking the music. I will take care of the list on how it will change after voting have been done after 24 hours starting from saturday. And if something stands confusing above, then ask and i shall tend to try and explain more carefully. Though i want to see how many music fans it is out here on SB. The more we get, the bigger variety will it be.

Yes by following that link you will find your self in SB music charts. Take some time. It aint like the biggest deal. Listen to all of the songs, maybe take out notepad, just start desiding and when your ready post down your rating filling the +30 points and -30 points you have available. For a slight example. Looking through the list as we speak. If you feel numbers stays to confusing. Then just add eather 5, or 10. As long you fill up the points. Member name: Alistairs Song 1 = Left blank Song 2 = +10 Song 3 = -5 Song 4 = Left Blank Song 5 = +10 Song 6 = -10 Song 7 = -5 Song 8 = -5 Song 9 = -5 Song 10 = +10 That would leave 30 points to positive side. 30 points towards the negative side. Final rules. Only able to give a song more then 10 points eather way. You may be able to vote and give points to all songs as long you manages to keep 60 points. Do not tend to ignore a song, try and listen to it. There is always possibilites using the edit button or just posting one song at the time. Course that could be taken as spam. Topic shall be moved. I hope people turn their interest who loves music around here giving their votes and make sure the charts might last a little while longer then just a few days tending only to planning ahead of time, yet never started. I shall be voting as well, yet every song have been added by 10 different members. Name's is not importent. Do not speak to any member picking on your favourite leaving a -10 points. It is just for the majority leaving new songs able to enter the next week's competition. Enough said. Topic shall be opend tomorrow and left for everyone to post their votes and comments if that suits them.

It might not arrive in the challengers all at once. But in time it will. And the matter i have some attention. Next week the charts will expand to two forums instead of one only. Let's see how well this is going though. And yes, just put forth any songs you wish to see in the upcoming weeks ahead.
